This Conifer O Reilly s is my local store, and I want to support these guys. But it s hard to justify it when you re just flat out ignored as a customer.I used to work retail, and I know how difficult it can be these days when everyone is short staffed. But it s pretty inexcusable for me to stand at the counter for over five minutes without even being acknowledged, despite being the only customer in the store while several employees can be heard talking in the back.Another employee eventually came in the store with a customer, obviously helping them with something. That s great and totally understandable! However, just say something to me like Hey, sorry you re waiting I m just finishing up with this person . At least something so it doesn t feel like I m being blatantly ignored. The final straw for me was when the several employees in the back came out and continued standing around talking, while I continued standing at the counter being ignored. All I wanted to do was pay for the stuff in my hand! Instead, I walked back to the aisle, re-shelved the products I was going to buy, and drove down to the new Advance Auto Parts down the street. They were much more helpful, and I will be shopping there from now on.

Got new wiper blades replaced and check engine light checked. Vince helped me and was great! He recommended a few things for the O2 sensor. We chose a cost-effective one. I will let you know about that. I will definitely always go here!

Vincent went above and beyond to help me out today. Came by to get my battery tested, and not only did he cheerfully come test it for me in the parking lot, he went out of his way to install a new one for me. Great service and great attitude. I ll definitely be back.

Three company trucks broke down while in Pine. The employees were all incredibly helpful with getting parts in a fast and manageable time, giving insight when needed, and overall assisting wherever possible. Very kind staff. Would love to buy parts from here again when broken down 870 miles from home.

Absolutely none of the oil drain plug washers fit my drain plug, bought 3 different kinds and none of them fit even though the website says all will fit my car. Pathetic.

This place has been satisfactory as auto part store so far. Prices are definitely higher than the autozone about 30 minutes down in Littleton but that s expected I suppose

I want to be able to support this local store, but find it impossible to get service. In the last three weeks I've stopped by 3 times and waited in line for a total of 35 minutes. I've still not been able to make a purchase as I've had to leave due to timing. I'm not in a rush and folks need help, but the lack of any sense of urgency is unacceptable. More so, the fact that there were three employees in the back chatting instead of ringing up sales is very frustrating. One employee came out, saw the big line and headed out for a smoke. A little pep in your step when getting a part. Opening up a register when the line is long and someone needs more help with a sales person. Anyone acknowledging our presence saying, "Appreciate your patience folks, we'll be right with you." Any of these basic, fundamental customer service pieces would go a long way.

Vince was awesome helping me find the right blower motor for my old chevy! Really went above and beyond to help me figure it out.

Always great service here, the staff is helpful and makes everything smooth. They are great about ordering in parts if they dont have it in stock as well, although I find they have most things in stock.

Kelly is a great manager and asset to O'Reilly auto parts in Conifer/Aspen Park. I have always had a wonderful experience and Kelly has always helped with my auto part needs. She really knows her stuff and has saved us plenty of money by helping diagnose issues that we may be able to handle the small repairs ourselves. Thank you Kelly for being such a great employee for O'Reilly , but just a kind and wonderful person in general.

Spoke with Kelly on the phone. We were in from out of state and got stuck in a snowstorm. I thought I was going to need tire chains so I called the store to check on availability. Kelly was patient and very professional as she went through the chains they had in stock and recommended which ones were easiest to use. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn t need the chains after all, but if I did I definitely had plans buying them from her at her store.

Came in a month or so ago needing a new battery. Gage was so helpful and even took the time to install it for me. Service was fast and friendly. I will continue to take my auto issues to O'Reilly!!

Customer service - ? People waiting in line but the counter guy goes in the back to put away a few returns instead of helping the line of people.

Clueless on turning brake rotors. I ve done it for years when I worked at Napa. I m now a manual, NC and CNC machinist with more lathe experience than I care to admit. They look for any excuse to get out of machining them in order to sell you new rotors. I Mic d my rotors before I took them over. I guess 1.5mm isn t enough meat for them to successfully resurface.I bought new premium rotors at Napa for a little over $130, which were $70 cheaper for the pair than ORielly s cheap rotors. Their Premium rotors are pushing $250 a pair. I took advantage of a 20% off sale.I think Oriellys doesn t understand or care that people will drive to the new Advance Auto just down 285, or NAPA up in Evergreen for better parts and service.I won t be back to Oriellys.

Not initially good. Our battery is under warranty and it has had trouble recently holding a charge. (WE HAVE HAD TO USE JUMPER CABLES TO START IT). We took our car to Conifer CO O'Reilleys yesterday (after driving 15 mi there) and the clerk put a tester on the battery (brought tester outside)..he said the battery was good and advised us that we should take the car to a mechanic...said it could be the alternator. We took it to a mechanic today who reported that the alternator was good but the battery is bad. But it is supposed to crank 800 amps but only cranked 100. This cost us $89. We took the car back to O'Reillys this afternooon...only to be told they would have to put the battery on their tester again, but inside. We had a receipt from our mechanic who stated the battery was bad...didnt matter he said...they only go by their tester and the Manager was not there and was gone for the day...only she could approve an override exception. So we are going to drive 15 miles again tomorrow to see if O'Reillys will honor their warranty along with the advice of their employee, which has already cost me $89. Went back a third day and the manager Kelly made everything right...she gave us a new battery.

A polite FYI. If you call ahead to confirm a specific service and an exact one hour window of your arrival for said service, don t expect to receive help even if they confirm it can be completed and come on in . I needed a very simple battery test (and would ve bought a new battery and more needed items) right after 5 PM and was told upon prompt arrival this was not possible. They don t test batteries after dark . I of course left since the only service I needed could not be performed due to slight darkness and was then stranded on 285 until my spouse could arrive. Just a fair warning to go elsewhere if you need something after the sun goes down.

So appreciative of the kind, thoughtful service! Brian was super helpful, and in pointing us in the direction of what we needed to temporarily fix the car, he saved our weekend camping trip when we otherwise would've been stranded with four kiddos 80+ miles from home! Thank you!!

They do not understand what services they provide and what that entails. Their website says one thing, the service they provide is another. My experience with their check engine light process consisted of me hooking up the device to identify the code and one of the employees googling the code. Thanks, I couldn't do that myself as I leave my review on google... Your website says you will provide a print out of verified solutions so said customer can purchase the parts from the your store. Good job, not getting my money.

So convenient, they always have what I'm looking for, and everyone is friendly. Only reason for 4 stars is I have completely given up on ordering online to pick up in store. It never goes smoothly, should be easier and quicker than shopping inside, but it isn't.

Stood in a long line and the cashier ignored me and helped someone else who came in after me. Slow, unprofessional.

Great service! Staff is very helpful. I was really at a loss - it wasn't a blown fuse as I had hoped, and the staff here worked quite hard to remove my relay. They replaced it, my headlights turned on, and I could once again drive at night. Thanks!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, for starters. We are on a drag racing event and I had axle bolts back out and bend an axle. Got it together and called here to order the axle and replace it when it got there. They said they could get the correct 33 spline axle for 169.99. Said order it. I get there and they aren't 100% sure on what the axle is, so I take a peak and it's a 30 spline axle for 144.99 that they ordered. Does me no good as I have an 8.5 hour drive ahead of me today and had to drive 30 miles out of my way just to get the wrong axle. They may very well not always have bad experiences like this, but just sharing mine.

This isn't a bad autoparts store, despite me saying that it's 3 stars. They do have a broad selection and will order parts if you need something specific. The 3 stars comes from them losing many of their high school staff because they're going elsewhere. The HS staff always was welcoming and generally very knowledgeable about parts if you had questions. Now most of the employees are older folks and aren't exactly helpful with finding stuff. Many are hard of hearing and not the most polite folks in comparison to the HS students. I'm not very impressed by the customer service

I called Dave at 9am for brakes he told me everything would be in by 12. Then he call sand said my parts are in. When I arrived at 11:30 after a 20 minute drive he only had one rotor. Dave said when he call he said my rotor was in not rotors. He clearly said rotors and come on down. Then he says the other rotor wasn t going to arrive until after 3 and they were unwilling to do anything not even say sorry. I asked him if he was dumb or just plain stupid, he was unwilling to answer and asked me to leave the store. I said no so he called the police. I got better parts at a lower price at NAPA. The guys at NAPA evergreen are great.

7 people in line, no one from back would come up to help. Waited 20 minutes to get simple part. Not the first time counter people are not interested in how long the wait

Four to five employees, able to test my battery and install it immediately. Unlike Napa and Evergreen where three customers overwhelmed their system and I said they may or may not install the battery, depending on how easy it was. Worth the extra drive for a store that is staffed properly and knows customer service

Staff was very helpful in selling me a headlight replacement bulb (2004 Ford escape) for $27. I then found the exact same product ( same manufacturer, part # etc.,) for 11$ at auto zone. The exact same bulb for 1/3 the price. So unless you're in an emergency in their parking lot, or you love donating to corporations, go down the hill.

The most completely disorganized store. Never a designated checkout lane. Employees are either wandering around behind the counter or standing around. Usually only one employee working with a handful of customers waiting. This has been going on for a long time and nothing changes.
