I brought my Tacoma in for diagnosis of an undercarriage noise. Although I didn t have an appointment, they said if I could leave it, they would do their best to work it in ASAP. They called the next day and let me know my truck was not safe to drive due to bearings and ball joints being out. I appreciate that attention to safety. We discussed options and availability of different brands of parts and I feel Megan really shopped around for the best prices without sacrificing quality of the parts. They were also honest and reduced the labor hours where the work overlapped (all front end suspension work with wheels off etc.). The end result is my truck drives better than it has in years. Without doubt it feels better than it ever has since I had it lifted.These are new owners in the same location as a Toyota mechanic I trusted for years. I just hoped they were as knowledgeable so I didn t have to take my truck down the hill. It turns out the mechanic, Jackson, and Megan both worked at the former shop so the Toyota expertise was not lost. Plus they work on Subarus now which the former shop didn t. Overall, I m very happy with the job and I ll take my truck back whenever it needs work.

The Conifer Automotive team rock from the from office to the garage. I've done business with Megan and Jackson for years (when this location was CTS Automotive) and they have ALWAYS taken great care of me and my Toyota. More specifically, my expectations are always met regarding price, completion time, warranty of the work ... the whole package is the best. The best. And a much better experience than the dealership. I'm happy to support local business. Love you guys!

I think these guys are the best. They did do more to my car than the original "problem", but it is SOOOOO much better now and safer to drive. Above and beyond with help and attention to small details.

Thank you Conifer Automotive for all of your hard work! I recently have had two problems with my 4Runner and they took care of both. They even got me in same day for an brake replacement and had me back on the road super fast because I had an urgent work trip!
