At a moment while I was unloading. I realized I was losing air pressure at an abnormal rate. This place was the closest truck service center. I understand that sometimes they are backlogged on orders but they got me in quick. Diagnosing and fixing air leaks is like opening Pandora's box, but my mechanic Edgar stuck to it and fixed every single one of them and made sure it didn't break the bank. I'm back on the road same day, and with piece of mind, because of the quality and quickness of his service. He was extremely accommodating and made sure to show me what was going on so I knew I wasn't getting scammed. Give Edgar a promotion and a raise!! Extremely grateful to these guys here. Safety is number one and I'm glad to see that these people feel the same way.

I went to check in for replace my trailer lights they told me wait in the truck then they called me pulling in door 6 then I went in the beck door didn't open then the other truck get in door 6 I called she said wait after the truck done they didn't call me then I asked maintenance he told me go to door 4 in the back but no body care me I was waiting for more than 2 hours then I left they don't even talk to me asked me I think because I'm Asian.

Worst truckstops around,old outdated and filthy. T/ A would care less of updating the truckstops, unfortunately that's all Denver area has. If there were other options you would never see me at T/A...

Not bad. Like most Truck Stop lack of cleanliness. Had my truck worked on and had to wait for parts. With the truck inside the shop which sucked cause i wanted to use the A/C to nap and chill while i waited.

The shower gals do a great job in the morning. They were trying to make sure every one was taken care of and have a clean shower. The truckers were kinda mean and they handled it well . Please tip the lady's or who ever is working back there.The lady's at the counter were awesome also. I like this place . Always treated with respect.. unlike the truck stop in Bennett. Never go there. I think it's a Love's.

Checked in for a trailer air leak. Was told 2-3 hour wait to get into a bay. They never called.. I waited all day. All for something that I could fix in 5 mins. But they wouldn't order the part for me, unless my trailer was in their bay.

Checked in around 7pm on a Sun night. Luckily no wait, so I got pulled in within a few mins of check in. I needed my batteries checked, a taillight repaired, and an aero fin rubber strip from the back of cab wind fairing reattached.1st, the Technician drew up an estimate. It was very reasonable, an hr charge plus some screws, so I absolutely approved! He was done with my truck, and I left the shop just before 9pm. He was also friendly and helpful with my questions too.So overall this was a very pleasant repair shop experience (which is pretty rare in the trucking industry, where most overcharge for parts and labor). Good job, TA Commerce City!

Very upsetting was driving all night trying to find a safe spot to sleep for a few hrs arrived at 330am was woken up at 8am being told they have a 2 hr limit and will call the cops if I didn t leave. Wow never in my life of traveling has this happened also was trying to ask the staff about showers and I was ignored and just said never mind because I was to exhausted from my drive went to the restroom and a worker was smoking in the bathroom so unprofessional

Don t come here again these guys have bad customer service, i checked in the morning they called me in afternoon after that they keep me waited 7 hours , the guy told me i can t sit in the truck while the truck is inside the shop and They charge me overpriced. they charge me $1200 just for changing trailer air bag and truck alingment.

Ran down dirty and gross place. Showers are clean but thats it. Over priced as well. Parking lot smells like piss. Trash everywhere its just not a good spot.

I came by for an oil change and the guys at the shop have 0 customer service he was so disrespectful and he was like you gotta go we are too busy and the shop is empty and there s no trucks waiting

I stopped in for the restrooms and left with coffee and snacks. Some items are a little pricey, but I expect that at a truck stop. The staff was friendly, out was clean, and the coffee was delicious. I've eaten at the restaurant there before and the service was amazing, so was the food. I definitely plan on thong back.

I came here to take care of the trailer breaks waited 7 hours to get in to the bay and took another two hours to install the breaks. When I left the breaks started smoking almost get fire in Golden while going down the down grade. Returned back and they told to sign up for the adjustments. Once I signed up they told me that I should wait for another 11 hours to do the adjustments! What a great shot!!!

We traveled through the night and sleep at a rest stop that night then came to this travel shop hoping to get a shower. It was a 45 minute wait ruffly but there was a soup and salad bar at the diner that was pretty good. The showers were a shocker because I didn't know what to expect. All new tiled walk-in showers with sink and toilet inside!

No regular parking spaces. All spaces are reserved with the exception of about 12 spaces that were located about a quarter of a mile away from the store. Nothing to eat after 10 p.m. accept snacks off the shelves and the soda machine was out of order. My daughter also said that the women's restroom stalls doesn't have locks. This is NOT A TRUCKER FRIENDLY TRUCK STOP!!!!!!!!!

T/A should be ashamed of themselves. No appreciation for drivers at all. I was low on hours and needed to have my truck serviced. I decided I would stop at the TA in Commerce City and have my truck serviced while I took a 34 hr break. I looked for parking, there was nothing except reserved spots. I checked into the shop and asked for a parking permit, I was told no, they don t give parking for shop visits. I was told I could drop the trailer in 1 of 5 spaces while the truck was in the shop but would have to move it when they were finished. They charge $20 for the 1st 24 hrs and $20 for the remaining 10 hrs. They will not even put a shower credit on your ultraone card for the service. If you want to take a shower you have to do it at the time of the service, of course you can pay for one. On a positive note the service in the restaurant was friendly and the food was good. That is the reason for 3 stars. As for me I will not be stopping here again. As it stands I have to stay here or start the 34 hr over.

I went here to change oil in my tk, the kid, was telling me that I couldn't stay watching what he was doing, at the end I left and tk died in the parking lot, he put in wrong fuel filter it was hard to figure it out. Later on miles away found out oil filter was loose, loosing oil all over. Not very good experience.

Good service, the fountain soda machine isn't working right doesn't have hardly any of the flavors the regular coke had vanilla flavor. Not that I care for sodas but with spicy chicken water doesn't taste good. (Personal opinion)

TA really needs to update their facilities starting with this one. An employee explained that the corporation is set up in a way that the more the executives cut costs the more $ they make. This translates to substandard facilities and a staff that doesn't have the support they need.

This Ta is by far the worst i have ever been too. The food (beyond the basic hamburger on menu) is horriable. I ate there just lastnight and the chicken fried steak or there version of it was raw in the middle. The first thing I see when I walk into the main lobby by the cashiers is three individuals playing 3 card Monte they have Security here how could they possibly let that go on.. never going here again

All spaces are reserved for trucks, not well maintained, reserved parking enforcement and they do not enforce ADA handicap parking. Over the years these guys have gone downhill and getting worse to deal with. There are other truck stops that are better close by.

Is it possible to give less than a star? My truck has been sitting in the bay for 8 hours over a minor brake light switch problem. DO NOT COME HERE. THE LADY AT THE COUNTER IS CLUELESS. THEY ORDER THE WRONG PARTS AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND DISASSEMBLED IN A HOT TRUCK SITTING IN THEIR BAY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AT ALL THEN I REPEAT: DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE. You simply won't get it.

The fuel islands are used as a redt break location. 45 minutes waiting for a truck to pull forward is a little too much. I times the 3 lanes I could see and respectively, 34 minutes, 41 minutes and 45 minutes. The fuel desk was notified and the response was. They are in line yo pay...Really???Trucks are parked in no parking zones, making it dangerous for drivers to leave the islands.
