It was pretty painless. Very easy to deal with. Got to fill out all the financing paperwork before going to the dealer. Fast and to the point. Walked out with an awesome Smart Car.

Good experience buying a car from Stapleton Motors, no pressure like you have at a big dealerships and they were nice enough to deliver my car to my house since I was adding a car and not replacing one. Great place, I would buy from here again .

Mandi was amazing. This was the quickest and and easiest car buying experience I have had so far. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition and got it for a fair price. Literally took only 1 hour from start to finish where i have spent a full day at other dealerships haggling back and forth.Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Bob was super awesome! While I was getting my finances all figured out they held a vehicle was interested in and they called everyday to follow up with me. The owner Sean is super easy going and a real nice guy to chat with. My truck is amazing and I loved every bit about buy my first car

This place was great! The owner, Sean, was extremely friendly and had great customer service. His prices are fair and his maintenance shop did great putting the lift on my truck after I bought it. Their inventory manager, David, was also extremely helpful and went out of his way to meet my requests and had a lot of integrity for his company. He will be running a dealership one day too. Thank you both so much for everything you did!

I am usually very hesitant to buy from a "dealer". It is normally very hard to get the true story from a sale person. I experienced quite the opposite from Stapleton Motors. They were honest about the vehicle, it's history, and they were willing to negotiate on the price based on it's age, condition, and needed repairs. They took care of the necessary repairs in their shop and it has been a great truck. They have also been willing to assist me after the sale with information needed to maintain my truck and to work with me on a few items. I gave them the highest rating (which is very unusual for me) I recommend them and would purchase there again.

When we came into Stapleton Motors we were just looking at a potential truck for my brother. Once we got there, the truck was in incredible condition and was too good of a deal to refuse. The staff here was very welcoming, and made sure that everything was done professionally. We cannot recommend Stapleton Motors highly enough!!

Outstanding service, especially for a dealership. Had an issue a couple days after purchase and they fixed it immediately. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Extremely happy with my vehicle. I finally have something reliable and in excellent condition.

I bought a Ford Explorer back in July way before I started working at Stapleton Motors (the end of November was when I was hired on) and I believe I got a really good deal. I have never had any major issues with it. Runs well, handles great in the snow. When I bought the vehicle Bob made the buying process as simplistic and easy as possible and the owner Shon was pretty laid back. The vehicle was very clean when I drove off with it. Finding parking was the only trouble I had (as I was new to this area) but I they are working on fixing that. I recommend just parking anywhere on their lot. I've also had some minor service work done here and it definitely helped me save some money.

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Stapleton and had the pleasure of working with Shon and Bob on it. I've bought several cars over the years and also done a decent amount of shopping around for this latest one. I've seen all kinds of dealers from the big dealerships to mom and pop used car lots. I can say that this was absolutely the best experience I've EVER had test driving and buying a car. Shon was outstanding throughout the process! He quickly answered any questions I had, fixed some issues that he found without me even asking and made sure that I was not only comfortable throughout the process but 100% happy with the results. Hands down best dealership in the area and I will be a lifelong customer of Stapleton because of their attention to detail and customer service. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!

Super solid gents here that sold me a truck. Below book and no shady up sales. Was a quick and straightforward process, got credit union financing with better terms than pre approval. Miles better experience than my last purchase from a large chain dealer.

Awesome job. Owner was amazing and great to work with. Cleaning of the car could have been better still finding old French fries under the seat ( which we haven't eaten in the car yet). Overall would recommend them to family.

Shon is an angel sent from heaven. Just traveled back to Denver and was experiencing car troubles. Another auto place referred me to Stapleton motors so I called and he said to come up as soon as I could, he helped me right away, literally waiting at the garage door. He was extremely generous and made my whole day which started out pretty rough.... like I said, an angel. I will refer him to anyone and everyone.

WARNINGBEFORE you buy a vehicle from Stapelton Motors, spend the extra money to take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic. I learned that the hard way, dumped almost $1,000 the first month I had my vehicle, after Stapelton Motor mechanically checked the vehicle.Misfire #2 (bad coil pack)Fouled spark plug (all)Worn rear brake pad (which I pointed out to the salesman)And I did contact Stapelton Motors about the issue, and they told me they did not find the problems I mentioned, of course.Spark plugs: visual inspection would have found the problem (which probably lead to the coil pack failing)Rear brakes: I heard the issue and pointed it out, but was assured they were fine.

Couldn't get the truck I wanted, however I was called back months later on another matter, parts, I was amazed and impressed with that. I'm more than willing to do business with these people, and I'm a very picky customer.

I had mechanical work done after an accident. Much of the work was incomplete. I took the car to some one else for additional repairs. Too numerous to explain. I will not return here.
