Lazy lazy lazy, take their time on the simplest things. Made it there at 10:45 a.m. 6 men/ boys just stood there never acknowledged me, I had to call the phone to get their attention. I left at 5:30 p.m without any work being done. Smh

02/11/24 11amFull PM service. Once i arrived they got me in right away. Did the full PM and found that my air and engine filters were bad, changed them as well, snap work, all done in less than 1hr!Steven and Alec are true definition of PROFESSIONALS, you love to see guys like that on duty. They were helpful and went above and beyond! Not sure about other guys and reviews, but i think management did some work here. So all in all 10/10. And im a peaky guy.

It's the owner looking on this ?on what experience people having here?If yes ?! ....And still doing nothing to improve service I wish you a beautiful bankruptcy because that what you gonna get with this bad employers.Was there 8:30 pm no trucks in( one left the bay on 8:30 ather 8:50 pm) everybody playing around pretending working didn't take a tires job because no time.....Too ugly service...Too ugly place...Like everything there

Mariah and the guys at night,All pulled together to get me out in time to pick up my load. Had a small job that turned into a big job and still got me out in time.Thank you!!Great job.

I went in for a oil change and there was about 8 TECHS around my truck messing around talking stuff to eachother being un professional. After paying i did a walk around my truck i saw i got charged for them to grease it and they didn t so they had me pull back in after me saying something they only greased my drive shaft that was all I noticed then got to the yard and noticed they only wiped grease around it and also my washer fluid was empty but got charged for it NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUISNESS HERE bunch of scams but yet charge 556$Service: Oil change

Really bad place to come for oil changes, no sense of care for the customers, lazy techs working here, after an hour of waiting they come out and send you away to come back the next day. Not good guys, I guess the load is going to have to wait???

They forgot to put the oil fill cap back on and it made an absolute mess down my truck and who knows what got up in there

Extremely Rude. They dont give u any updates On service. I had to ask over 5 times on an update on service. 2ndly. When it was time for payment my company has an account. The info was n system instead of being patient help us resolve so 3rd party could pay, they just kept demanding we need a credit card now as if we were going to try n skip out on the bill. If u go here u will regret it. Avoid like the plague

The absolute worst SpeedCo around full of attitude and full of excuses, the little shop boss (I guess) is a know nothing smart mouth better then you counterfeit prick, his ability there is less then my ability at brain surgery...Go on somewhere else this place isn't worth your time...

So rude, they don t talk to drivers . I asked them. Can you please tell me how long it will take to change ine tire. The lady rudely answered I don t know. Please avoid this place. I will never come here

Please please avoid doing service here terrible customer service unprofessional mechanics. I only came here for oil change so I pulled in to the bay mechanic opened filters he said we don t have your filters. I told him to put them back I have to go somewhere else as he put filters back and I started the truck all lights came on and truck wasn t able to move I ended up towing it to other mechanic shop. Same thing happened to other truck at the same time.

02/20/23.11am in1:40pm outJesus. If you got the lady to do the oil change...be patient, 2 hrs minimum for an oil change. She walks to everywhere. look at everyone's service. come back, do a little bit, walk again, come back, do a little bit. I know they are paid by hour, so they don't have any rush, but cmom don't be exaggerated and annoying.They don't know how to grease your truck you need to tell them every point of greasing, total mess. I have never seen such incompetence in a speedco like I'm seeing here. Love's needs to send them back to diesel technician school.**I had to go get the manager(nice guy) and ask him to check all the service that was done in my truck. because they didn't know what they are really doing out there. ***

Took them a truck that was leaking air and got pm on apu never did get air leak fixed obviously untrained woman on second shift tried to tell me my gages were bad and after sitting at the truck stop I have puddle of oil under my apu plus they didn't have a fuel filter for it they should have went and got one very unprofessional I wouldn't take a bicycle there for repair there now that I know you will just end up somewhere else to get it done right

Would give 0 stars. Had the shop setup for a trailer tire repair. Got here at 1015 and checked in. Was told 1-2 hrs probably closer to 2. Go in at the 2.5 hr mark and told another hr. Another hr goes by and finally they come out to look at it. Told me to go around building and back into the bay. Been sitting at the back of the bay waiting to back in going on an hr now. Was told 30 mins ago we'll be right out. Avoid at all costs. The TA off Quebec st will have you in and out ALOT faster than this place

For the most part to do good job i'm just about everything. The biggest issue is keeping them on task. I have seen them in the middle of re doing breaks to take time out of their day to have an impromptu flag football game in the back. As well as spend an unhealthy amount of time on social media while underneath the trailer.

The worst ever experience as a customer. The mechanic messed my air compressor, clutch belt and coolant reservoir. I came to the manger with the complaint. He ignored me completely, siding with his mechanic. The shop did not do any proper service recovery. I ended up paying additional 600$ for the mechanic s pure fault. Nobody apologized and nobody admitted fault. Just awful.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Under staffed big time got here at 4:00 pm got out at 11:00 pm no BS wow !!! The employees are nice but overworked and stressed come on speedco get these people some help

When in for 2 tires, was told 3 hour wait. After 4 hours I went to check in and was told I was going to have to wait at least 2 more hours as it appeared that they put more trucks ahead of me for whatever reason. Left with no tires as I was running out of hours, anyone have any suggestions for a GOOD tire shop?Service: TiresService: Tires

Really bad service! Unprofessional mechanics! Had to point out to obvious stuff that should be done by default. Also the service is seriously overpriced. Don t recommend!
