Terrence is the best! Super friendly and patient. Gets it done quick and right. I drove an hour to see this guy cause he is known for doing it right and being nice. Thank you Terrence! You re worth the drive!

Terrance took care of my vehicle to vehicle transfer same day even though I came in a day early for my appointment. He got me in right away and was very professional with the install. I am happy with the service I received at this location and I will return for future calibrations on my device. If you have an interlock device I recommend this location because they are the actual smart start company and will explain to you in detail about any questions you have. Appreciate the service

I have had my interlock for a LONG time. This is the best smart start location I ve ever been to, Terrance was a LIFE. SAVER. I work a full time job and have a very busy schedule so couldn t get my removal scheduled. Walked in with hopes that they could squeeze me in to get my device removed and Terrance actually made it happen! I cannot thank you enough for this. I know it may seem like a small gesture on your end but you have no idea how much I appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Christopher and the crew have been excellent I had an issue with a vendor install but Christopher took care of it and got my car back to me. Go to the Corp office for correct installation

Smart start and their employees were super chill and my car was an absolute mess even with a trash bag. They cleaned it out as they put my device in, apologies for not remembering names but those gentlemen took care of me highly recommend this as your provider.

This is a fantastic shop to get your interlock installed, removed, swapped, and calibrated at. Terrance is a fantastic technician with a deep knowledge and understanding of the system, various vehicles and their wiring, and is a good people person. Chris is also very knowledgeable about their product and will do his best to communicate and keep you happy. Both are very hard workers and very professional. This store gets an A+ from me!

I wish I would have started my start start experience at this location. Much better experience with people who know the service and the product much better than the other locations I have been to. Thank you for explaining things properly and handling my concerns. This dui process has been a nightmare and I m just trying to get past this point in my life. I was having issues with the device. They confirmed it had issues and replaced it and modified it so I shouldn t miss any tests going forward. Thank you for the professionalism.

My wife and I had an emergency because the blower unit given to us from another location was faulty and not calibrated correctly. My wife was stranded in 0� weather because it wouldn't start and luckily I was able to get us here and they took care of us. We will be forever grateful to this location on Monaco! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM!

Great service, very professional, on time, explained everything thoroughly and do recommend! That was then April 2021, now December 2021 they say I'm late and decide to overcharge me for lock out fee plus monthly fee. I already have Auto pay for monthly fee and can not be late. I tried to explain to the service person, but to no avail. I had to to use my time to go to their website and file an incident report. great company if computers are working right, if not, be prepared for lose of time and money.

Derrick and Wes were a god send for me. They fixed a problem from a previous install from a different store, taught me all sorts of information, and were super kind and understanding. I'm no longer anxious about the performance of the interlock, yay!

Truly the worst experience in my life getting a DUI. Smart start made it worst. We re extremely rude to me when I was going thru financial hardship. I wasn t able to make payments and tried set up payment plan when I wasn t able to pay on time. They put me in a even bigger hole by making purchase the unit. 3700$ Later I feel taking advantage of and will never recommend smart start.

Highly recommend. Excellent service. I arrived at 9:40am. Elijah, the service tech, was very cordial, serviced my In Home Portable Smart Start and had me on my way at 9:50.

If you have to have ablo & go installed this location is fast friendly and knowledgeable 160 every 60 days. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE
