Hey guys this body shop is the best in town! Jake the service writer was awesome always stayed in communication with me even though the bumper manufacturer took 5 weeks. Jake is professional and honest about the entire process. Once it arrived the truck was in and out under 24 hours. Bobby also stayed on communication with me and was super friendly and professional. Mike was my technician that really took his time and got it right! High high quality of workmanship and these guys are completely DIFFERENT THAN THE SHOP AND SERVICE!!!!

They had the parts in stock. I called the service department and got Wayne Reynolds on the phone. Great guy. Got me in and out. Now I will say that this locations labor rate is high as hell but the service is 2nd to none. Keep up the great work.

It must nice to do what they wanna do. Had an emergency need a few parts. But when got to it said that they were open till 12 am got there at 10 pm parts closed service open but the service can't help you. So if you break down and need parts/ supply in a hurry don't hold your breath to see if they're open call them to verify which I kind of did that was the waste of time as well cause they'll put you on hold to make you feel like someone cares and or gonna pick up on the other side. Maybe us truckers should start doing the same deliver our loads when and what time we want to especially if anyone is delivering for rush centers. Maybe than they'll be more diligent about the time they choose to close.

Went to Rush Peterbuilt 4/4/24 service I was told the truck would be in the shop that night. Returned 7am 4/5/24 was told just got in the shop. Tech would be in at 8am at 10am asked the service deck an ETA waited 5 hours still no answer the worst dealership I have been In the worst experience in Rush Perterbilt!!!!

I brought my chip truck to Rush Truck Centers in Commerce City, Colorado to have the PTO, which controls the dump hydraulic, fixed. Their tech said he could fix it but after replacing almost all of the parts to the PTO he gave up and tucked it away for a month without letting anyone know. I just picked the truck up today 6/16/23 and reluctantly paid $5,121.64 for a truck repair they DID NOT HAVE THE COMPETENCE TO PERFORM. Now I am forced to have a mobil mechanic come out, a further expense to me, to fix my truck before a large job we have scheduled for this Monday. When I picked the truck up they told me the valve body is bad, why they couldn t diagnose this and fix it in a timely manner I d beyond me. My company is small and this has cost me dearly. DO NOT GO TO RUSH TRUCK CENTERS FOR YOUR TRUCK REPAIRS!Extremely dissatisfied,Jared O BrienO Brien Tree Care, LLC

For the most part when you're at the store it's good service but I usually call ahead to check on parts. They have been slacking big time with their phones.Update: Alan is super helpful and very knowledgeable.

I have called several times today and the last 3 days.. I'm trying to check on my truck and no one seems to stay at the service desk. It seems unprofessional. Makes one feel like no one matters if they are putting customers first. When I call the phone rings up tp 20 x every time. Only seen to get answered early in the am. Why is that. But can't get a single answer after 2pm.. I've been calling since NO ANSWER IN SERVICE department

I was in today to get a long list of things I needed. Normally i hate going in because I spend the evening trying to get the parts but today was awesome. A young man Gage I think was his name helped me out and it was a great experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with what he was doing!! I give Gage 5 stars for doing a great job. Thanks

As you can see the negative reviews keep piling up. Steer clear. These parts guys are unhelpful. Better off ordering online or finding another business to order parts. You call and order a part, one guy says it ll be here next day, drive an hour drive to come get it all to find that the order was never created, and the part was never ordered. Best part is the guy at the counter tells me I need to get a hold of freight liner to find out a part number. Isn t that what they do, take time, order the part, and charge their markup to make money and do THEIR job. Lazy and unhelpful. I won t be back.

I have been going to this location for a couple years now and i have never been treated like i was today, i know this kid is new and learning the system! You could tell! but he was very helpful, friendly and with good customers service, not like some other older guys rude, mean and moody and i got most of my parts

I have their salesmen beating down my door for my business. Everyone of them promising me the moon and stars. The 1 time I need something and decide to give them a try no one answers their phones or is return. messages. I'm on 2nd shift and the website says they are open until 10pm . I've been calling for 3 days between the hours of 3pm-9pm

Rush is the worse there prices are ridiculous compared to other peterbilt dealers they work bankers hours half the time they don't answer the phone the other half they don't have what you need in stock they went give out part numbers so you can go somewhere where people are willing to work and get you what you need this is a 24/7 365 industry of you can't keep up rush cost you're doors so the Larson group can take over and get things done I give completely up on rush I try limping the truck to Joplin these daysMy peterbilt is a kenbilt because I have to get most of my parts from mhc these days because you guys are never open

5 starts on sucking, keeps my truck for 2 month to replace, fuel pump and water pump, a/c problem couldn't be diagnosed because it has no ecu codes, they are not technitian, the just part's changersIf they don't have a code, they can't do it, and originally price was 8,000. Some at the time to pick up went to 10,000 and some, never coming back to any rush center. Labor 1,897 for fuel pump and water pump that's all they did...

If you're looking for a gravy job this might be it.Don't expect much. Cuz you won't get it.I was one of their service drivers for more than a year and a half.Never got a pay raise, never got offered a uniform,Never got a bonus, never got a reimbursement of any kind for out-of-pocket expenses.I saw a lot of talented people come and go.It's truly sad they have the makings to be a great company but do the bare minimum to squeak by..

I had the most horrible costumer service experience ever thus far. I took my truck in for a DPF filter cleaning. My truck was in perfect working order when I drop it off at Rush. I brought my truck in on a Saturday and received a phone call Monday afternoon stating that my truck would be completed Tuesday afternoon. I was told by the service advisor on Tuesday, that I can come and pick up my truck within the hour. I received a second call 30 minutes later stating that my truck is leaking DEF fluid. I was told that it would be on me to fix this issue, when in fact my truck was never leaking fluid when I drop off my truck. I was giving a total price of what it would cost to fix it. When it was time to pick my truck up it was 1800 dollars more than what I was told. I know rush dose not care but, I had to let everyone know my experience.

If you can avoid this "shop" do everything you can to do so. They have had my truck for 2 weeks every day I call its the same answer, "we have diagnosed it still waiting on a tech to start". By far the worst "shop" I have ever had the displeasure of using. Get ur $hit together rush this is ridiculous

BEWARE: PRICE GOUGING (PARTS)!Charged me $240 for a $120 air filter. That's double the average online SHIPPED pricing. I expect to pay a bit more at dealer, but they told me they couldn't adjust/ discount pricing anymore...& double? Buddy just got discounted TODAY on a FILTER in Fruita, CO @ Pete dealer... so that's where I'll be taking my future in-person PARTS business. We've spent a fortune with Rush Denver for over 8 years, & think it's a shame you'd choose the one & done strategy than reward loyalty for repeat business on parts! I did buy it... so I guess you got me.

By far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a dealer in 17 years of trucking. Thank u so much for getting me in on short notice & getting me fixed up & ready to go in the same day. Everybody was super nice. Kept me informed of what needed to b fixed. Gave me an estimate of when I'll b done. Could not be more happier. U set the bar high as how all repair shops should do business. Will most definitely b back!!!

Unless you want truck sitting at ship for a week before they even look at it bring it here. My truck was here a week to get an inspection done on it and brakes and after a week they still haven't got into shop and they keep saying is your next on bay.

Our company truck 279 is at this dealer but unfortunately the service department never answers the phone calls. I was informed that truck needs 2 parts and they gave long eta. I found both of them and shipped to them. Still no response!!!! I wouldn't recommend this dealer

Brought my truck in for check eng def derate. The def sensor was bad. Back ordered 4 to 8 weeks. I also had a pm done on my truck while waiting. Peterbilt authorized the over ride until the sensor comes in. The service writes, parts and all are outstanding. They always answered my questions and kept me up to date. Again, outstanding shop!!!!!!

VERY SHADY PLACE!I don't know that I have ever dealt with people so rude and unprofessional! I was even threatened! I brought my RV to get some simple repairs under warranty, I specifically made sure they could bill my warranty before going because I did not have the money to spend, nor should I have to spend money on a brand new RV that needed the cigarette lighter and USB port fixed. They kept my RV for a week before telling me it would cost me $800. to fix, and they proceeded to then tell me that I would have to talk to my warranty because it is not a Ford issue. What they failed to do is inform me prior to fixing, so I never gave them permission to go ahead and fix anything, but was left with an $800 bill. After long discussion on the phone with several people, I was told they would wipe the bill clean, but it came with a threat. The manager said to me " If your engine ends up blowing up, don't come back here". Why would my engine on a brand new RV blow up? I took that as a threat, and I drove to the shop to pick up my RV immediately even though I was told it wouldn't be ready for pick up until the following day, but I felt very concerned about what was said. When I arrived, the manager told me the dashboard was apart, and I said, 'that is ok, I will drive it out of here anyway'. He went and got my RV, and drove it out, he would not allow me to walk back where it was parked in the parking lot. When I got in it, the dashboard was intact and it looked as if they never even took the dashboard out at all. Very sketchy place! I have no idea how they are even in business at all!
