Unbelievable!$4872 labor for changing fuel injectors and DEF sensor, though I had warranty.I do NOT recommend here because there is no mercy in this place!You can find many better shops around them whose labor is almost half.Good luck truckers:)))

This place is the absolute worst Volvo Dealership in The United States and Volvo Trucks USA should rethink if the Nextran should even have the license to represent the Volvo Company since this location is the absolute worst repair facility in United States and they do not care about the customers, they do not care about the warranty nor will they call the company to ask what repairs need to be done , they do whatever work they wanna do and then they turn around and demand money for looking at the truck.They also refusing to accept credit cards for over $500.00 and they behave like some road pirate towing companies demanding cash or efs or bank transfer!!We have contacted their management, their corporate management as well but they just do not care !!!Thank God we never purchased trucks from them but thru other dealerships and we will never step our foot in Nextran and we do recommend everyone else to do the same if you care about your money and your time!!!Places like this are ruining the reputation of other Volvo dealerships and Volvo Trucks USA!!!!STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND ATTEMPT THE WORK YOU DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO!!!

Do not go here unless you want to throw your money away, these guys don t know what they are doing, and they will charge double for labor when everyone else charges a lot less, the sad part is they are not even doing anything to fix the problem and charge you like they fixed the problem, just a bunch of crooks. Highly recommend to stay away from this place

love the parts department here. very professional people. didn't get to experience the service department but so far so good. Stay Trucking!!! and we highly encourage your company to hire an on call after hour parts guy, great for us great for you money wise cause you can charge double or an after hour fee and make a killing as volvo/mack parts are not available elsewhere in your area proximity !!

I had my hood latch repaired here today along with a prior visit for a leveling valve, they have great front desk service and the techs who complete the job as needed in a timely manner and correctly.

The service here is great. I came here many times and always greeted with great customer service. I wait for my truck to be fixed on spot so no waiting long hours.

excellent trucking service, i recommend doing the truck service with them, staff are knowledgeable and professional from the customer service to the service department. shout out for (Johnny Jones, at part sale, and Brian Pugliese, service advisor) thank you so much for taking care of my truck.

If you change your own oil and fix your own air leaks, you probably know more about your truck than half their shop. I went there with a very specific issue with very specific symptoms it was too much for the service writer to grasp, and I never got the opportunity to explain the symptoms to a mechanic, and the mechanics didn t care enough to ask they knew they were just going to throw parts at it until I went away. All they were able to do was replace a perfectly functioning purge valve with a new faulty purge valve, and create about 14 air fitting leaks around everywhere they worked. Every time they touched my truck it got worse. Then they charged me $1400 for it. It took me 2 days to repair what they had done. I ended up fixing the problem I brought it in for myself in the TA parking lot.Another poor fella I spoke with paid them to get his DPF filter cleaned. Paid almost twice as much as it costs to buy a new DPF filter.Don t walk away from this place, RUN! Take your truck to an independent mechanic that s in business because they are good at what they do, not because they bought a big Volvo sign to put out front.UPDATE! 10/27/22I retract the leveling valve going good I went to remove it to finish tightening the air fitting in the back and found that they only tightened one of the two nuts that mount it to the bracket. So never mind, they 100% blew it. And it s a nylock nut, so don t try and blame it on vibrating loose.And why would I take it back for you to take a closer look ? Why didn t you take a closer look the first time and not create a dozen new problems for me to fix? I don t have time to clean up after you. Y all should be charged with fraud.

These people will waste your time I came here and told them what the problem was as it was already diagnosed at Loves they're supposed to be a Volvo dealership didn't have the part they said it needed and told me it was ordered and would be here the next day. When I came back the next day it was a completely different story now they don't know when the part is gonna get here it might be a week they knew no one would wait for that so they lied kept the truck overnight and got to charge my company for work when they told me they did none the day before. Long story short these people are con artist if you can go somewhere else go don't come here.

Zero complaints, truck needed a bunch of work, all tasks completed. Full disclosure, I left it for a couple days...very easy from the beginning to the end, all folks super polite. Thanks Nextran Commerce City.

Drivers please tell them to fix the exact problem if u know it already because they r wasting so much time and so much money. Working on something else the whole day! The best go to different place. Instead fixing , they added the engine light. Thanks for their professionalism

Never come here! They do money spending time. 1 hour labor fee 197$. Just for engine diagnostic they took 950$. They didn t fix anything. Just diagnostic 950$.

Service Manager is really j...k. Brought my truck to this place told them thee reason, they kept my truck in the service 2 hours and told me that they don't have the parts and they need to order it. Waiting Period is 3 day at least. They charged me for just keeping my truck 434$ for diagnostic. They told me the same thing I already told them before. Team is friendly but the bolded head manager with glasses really need to think about retirement. Such a unpolite person

I was there for break caliper and air dryer cartridge issues and they were able to help in the same day and another leak was brought to my attention on the transmission controller fittings or some sort . Even though it got late towards their closing time they still helped me with all my problems , at the service department Brian was the gentleman who help me, very friendly and extremely helpful

They charged $923 for replacing the fuel filter, and they also included diagnostics, which revealed nothing. In fact, I drove it 100 miles and had the same problem again. In general, they took a lot of money but did not fix anything.

Drive in with the computer issues ,they didn t fix anything,just charged me for diagnostic .now I have to tow my truck to better mechanic

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, biggest crooks in the Volvo dealers network. Not for nothing they have so many bad 1 star reviews, i just did not look at them before going there. Went there for a electrical problem in my trailer lights that supposedly was coming from the truck ECU and a cruise control not working, got the greetings by a sign posting: $161.70 per hour with a minimum of two diagnostics hours. Delivered the truck at the dealer on Monday 4pm, i was very explicit explaining the problem on the trailer, told them that it may be necessary to hook up the trailer to solve the problem, they told me it was ok.They call on Tuesday morning asking for two additional hours of diagnostics, after having expended the two obligatory hours they charge already, i'd give them my ok, called back on 1pm, they told me electrical problem was solve but it was nothing they could do for the cruise control. I went there on 2pm, they send me to drivers lounge, om 5:30 pm i came down stairs to ask for the truck and i saw it parked outside, i asked for the invoice and they handle me a $618 bill. Payed for it and went to hook up the tractor to trailer, same problem like the day before, no maker lights, no right turning lights on trailer. Went back to receiving and they explain to me that they do not touch trailers, only tractors, when i ask why they charge me them $618, Mr Robert say: for truck diagnostics. So i losed a day of work and ended being robbed of $618 hard earned dollars.It's a shame Volvo Trucks Northamerica tolerate suck a crooks on they network, Volvo lovers like me (using Volvos for 20 years) get destroy by such behavior. I promise you, my next truck is not going to be a Volvo, thanks to the dealers like this one we are having in this country.

This is a great place to do business with would recommend them to anyone who own a Volvo truck. If you have a problem with the service just talk to them an they will go out or there way to make sure things are made right

I had brought my truck in for a few things towards the end of March. Needles to say they kept the truck for about a month. I was also working with a warranty company. But Nex-Tran missed diagnosed the truck on many of the issues. And what do you expect of course they are high cost being a dealer. And it seemed like no one really knew anything about what was going on with the unit. If you're not a carrier of 100+ truck's stay away. They are not for the smaller companies or O/O. It's amazing that it's a Volvo dealership but they know nothing about the vehicle they specialize in. One good thing was the Customer Service.

Attention Be ready to be RIPPED OFF!Left my rig for oil change, they drained my batteries, they left the ignition on for a weekend, made me pay them extra $1K for the new batteries.Absolutely incompetent people, do yourself a favor, stay away from them!

Nextran Volvo is the worst company. The Service manager is a liar. I asked them to fix multiple problems. But two problems were paramount. Fix these two issues first then we will confirm the other problems. We agreed that I had five days for the repairs. Nextran let four days go by before they touched my truck.Nextran did not fix either of my real problems.But, on the four day they worked on issues I asked them to wait on. 4000. Dollars later and a bunch of lies I left the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. Nextran said they fixed my fifth wheel. Three days later I had to replace my fifth wheel. 1200. dollars more gone. Nextran is a horrible company.The service manager needs to be fired. Nextran told me I had to pay in cash only.They would not accept a credit card because they did such a bad job they knew the credit card company would contest and agree. So they held my truck and trailer hostage until they received their cash. What a horrible company Nextran is. Good luck drivers if you go to Nextran.

Dear owners of trucks. If possible, bypass this dealership in terms of service and repair. They have a rule to take 2 hours for diagnostics, but no one guarantees that it was done correctly. Not punctual how long you need to stay in line and customer service rude and unprofessional. They point to steal your money and not solve the problem.

The worst volvo dealer and shop even seen .Guys I know that sometimes no options only dealer but not this one .. there are many other shops with good mechanics and management than this liars and bandits. They talking nice until you ll be in the shop than here will start the funny things and you ll go there and you ll pay diagnostics fee for nothing .. they will push you day by day on waiting list and will say that Is not done diagnostics until you ll just be tires and you ll want to take your truck from there than they will charge you at list 1 hour for every single problem even they did not found the issue very bad experience and the management needs to get involved to solve this problem because looking very bad and writing people time as money

From Wicked Repair and 24HR Roadside in Pueblo Colorado,these guys rock .. if u need Volvo parts no matter where u are in Colorado I advise u to call them .. they will take care of buisness that s what the point is right ?
