Awesome experience here.My "classic" 2000-era van had a maintenance light and some light performance issues during a long cross-country road trip. Despite being very busy on a snowy day, my van was seen and diagnosed within a reasonable time frame. Due to their professional and polite communications and their expertise, I was able to continue on my trip feeling much safer and very satisfied with choosing this repair shop.

Randy, owner, a completely wonderful disposition and a pleasure to talk to.We were half way between Oregon and Texas, while we were having some other work done, Randy checked out our AC and our suspension and had us fixed and back on the road the same day. Very glad I got to meet this man. We could all use a good man like that in our lives.

From the onset, I knew I'd like this place. When I first spoke to the owner, Randy, I found him with the right balance of professionalism and humor. As someone who has been in this business before, I found him quite knowledgeable and his prices were fair. A truly humble man who shows the acumen of 47 years in business. I highly recommend Mile Hi Auto Repair! Do NOT go to the big chains, because they're charging YOU to pay for their grand advertising! Keep it in the neighborhood, where you'll find fairness!!!

The owner is a fair and honest person. He fixed exactly what was wrong with my car quickly and correctly. Did not try to up sale me on services I did not need. When he retires we all lose a great honest mechanic. Top notch service from the last of a dying breed. A real trust worthy mechanic who knows what he s doing and handles business. I ll be going back to Randy for ALL of my car repairs from here on out and I highly suggest everyone reading this does the same. Squeezed my car in as I was having issues with it. Very quick and professional. My issues was a transmission. So he referred me to another place. Really appreciate that.. good auto shops are hard to find.

Great local mechanic! I've been in maybe a dozen times over the last couple years for various jobs that I can't do myself in my garage. Owner is friendly and does great work at a fair price. No matter how busy he is, he'll stop what he's doing to talk about what I need done. Highly recommended.

Beware this place is a joke. They kept my truck for almost 3 weeks. No phone call. Then dodged my phone calls. So I went in to have a conversation with Randy the mechanic. My truck was shipped off to another location. With out my consent. Like I said before no phone call . I had to find out why and where my truck was. Never again will I trust or refer any of my friends or family to this place. Lesson well learned.

Stopped in while having car trouble driving in to South Dakota. The owner was extremely nice and took time out of his busy schedule to check out our car. He was attentive and offered sound advice at no charge to us. A rare jewel of a mechanic!!

This is the auto repair shop that you want to go to. I am a customer, and I am very picky about who works on my vehicles .If you want it done right the 1st time you better bring your vehicle here.If you want a knowledgeable mechanic that will not charge you for things you do not need, you better bring your vehicle here.This is not your overpriced, Hack mechanic that will charge you for things that you do not need and will break things to charge you more money, on the contrary, the owner of this establishment is a 100% spot on,...he is a professional in every sense of the word and he will help you any way he can...So again, you can go somewhere else and pay a lot of money and still have the same problem, or you can come to the mile high automotive repair and have it fixed right the 1st time, The Choice is yours but that choice should be clear.This is your mechanic's shop, Hands down...

Been going there for almost a decade. Worked on my Toyota and 2 hondas. Square and straight forward pricing, timely, accurate. No doubt the best mechanic I've EVER dealt with. Thx Randy

Randy is a great machanic. Not cheap but not expensive. Friendly. He is some what busy just make appointment. He can usually get it done in one day.
