I'm a new camper trailer owner, and needed to get some warranty work done. Mark got me in on short notice and fixed the couple issues with my camper in short order. He even had to do some extra troubleshooting since the issue ended up not being a broken part, but rather, a pushed pin on a connector.Next time I need work done, I'll be bringing my camper here.

I hate doing negative reviews but need to note sometimes things don t go right. I had a couple of water issues; they fixed an issue with the shower, but a leak in a kitchen was not fixed after three tries. I finally fixed it myself. It was a simple mater of reviving the drain pipe so that the fittings in question got a proper tightening.

Even though I live in Tennessee, I find a way to come through Denver with my RV so Mark can work on it. He and Carol run a very efficient shop. He and his crew have many, many years of experience. While visiting from AZ to Colorado, I called 2 RV repair companies and neither could get to my RV for 2 months. Bue Compass recommended that I call Mark at Master Tech, and Levi told me to bring my RV in immediately. The service was perfect and the repairs were done with speed and I was out of there in under an hour. Great company, great repairs, great customer service! At least 10 stars! Sue Murphree

Update: they did some work on my plumbing system, serviced my A/C and heater and I only had to leave the camper with them one night.I had them replace the awning canopy on my old Jaco camper, and they did a great job. They have reasonable rate and excellent customer service!

Mark was so helpful in repairing the brakes, bearings, wiring and lights on my renovation project trailer. He was very easy to talk to and discuss what needed to happen. He send photos along the way and did a fantastic job and had it done quickly. We will likely be using him again to get our AC repaired on the travel trailer! 5 stars!!

Highly recommend Mark and his crew! They do quality work at a fair price and we really appreciate Mark's honesty, integrity and professionalism.Mark completed some repair work and installed a lithium battery for us a few weeks ago. He did such a great job for us that we decided to entrust him with our solar installation. Mark and his team at Master Tech RV were great to work with. I got a referral to them from the Airstream dealership in town who was booking service appointments out over two months. I was able to get an appointment for less than a week out to install a pair of soft starts in my AC units and swap my two batteries for lithiums (Battle Born). While they were working on the AC they identified a problem that necessitated replacing the front AC unit. Mark was able to find a unit inside my budget and still get all the work done within just a few days. He also gave me some great advice on setting up my trailer and hitch and jumped under my truck at the last second to secure something that he noticed was hanging loose. I'll be taking my airstream and pop-up to Master Tech for all my service needs!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

I purchased a used 2013Heartland Bighorn Fifth wheel from a private party. After using it for about a year the furnace quit working as well as a laundry list of little repairs and regular maintenance issues including wheel bearings and brakes needing to be replaced. I have heard many negative things about taking your rig to the big dealers and having it set for months waiting for the work to be done and then not having it done right, so I looked elsewhere and discovered Master Tech Rv Repair. I called them and was able to get in within a week.Mark was awesome to work with!! He was very thorough, complete, professional and efficient. Top quality work! He and his wife did a wonderful job communicating with me as well.Mark used only the best parts and was also able to do warranty work through my extended warranty on the furnace repair. I had him do an inspection and cleaning of the AC units and he found some installation flaws he repaired to improve the efficiency of the units. He was also able to line up a great detailer to polish and wax the oxidation on the exterior. I've got a 2013 that looks brand new!!I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Master Tech. Mark answered all my questions and put my mind at ease as a first time RV owner. Mark helped my wife and I with an urgent weatherization and repair. Mark was great to work with and went out to our RV multiple times to resolve and repair our issues to satisfaction. He even worked with our storage facility to get our unit plugged in overnight to help thaw frozen lines. We would highly recommend Mark and will use Mark/Master Tech again in the future.

We needed an emergency repair done on our camper before leaving for Florida for the winter and we're unable to schedule the repair in a timely manner at any of the main dealers. We were referred to Master Tech and they were able to get us in within a week and we're also able to take our insurance coverage. We are happy and pleased that we can still make our trip. Thanks.

We had a few issues, including a slide-out that wouldn't...well, slide out. Mark came by the house and diagnosed the issue and performed a temporary fix. He told me what part I needed and told me that if I bought the part he could install it at his shop (meaning no mark-up, definitely saved me a few bucks). I had some other things that needed to be done as well, so when the part arrived, I called - they were able to get me in within a week when other shops are scheduling out to October and later. Dropped the camper off expecting it to be there for a week or so at least - they called me the next day reporting that it was done! One of the things I asked them to look at was the water pump - they did a diagnostic, found nothing wrong, tested the pump and it was fine, they charged me NOTHING for the diagnostic! I would highly recommend them, and they will be my go-to for camper maintenance and repairs from now on.

I just purchased a used popup that required a bit of attention. This was our first trailer. Mark was amazing. He walked us through the required work, completed the work on time, and even walked us through how to work everything when it was done. He was patient, friendly, professional, and honest. In the end the cost was more than reasonable. I recommend Mark to everyone I know that owners a trailer.

I highly recommend Mark for repairs on your RV. He quickly identified the issues with my Airstream Interstate and fixed them quickly. In addition, he reviewed the detailed operation of my unit with me. I now am much better prepared to fully utilize all the options on my RV thanks to Mark.

Mark was able to winterize our 20 foot Jayco travel trailer on the same day as request. He came to our home, was prompt and had excellent communication skills. He did a thorough job and we look forward to seeing him again in spring to unwinterize and prep our trailer for trips. A bit more expensive than others but worth the price given his Masters qualifications!

I highly recommend Mark at Master tech for minor and major RV repairs. We had a problem with our slide out. He came out within hours of me calling and diagnosed the problem. Got the parts ordered and did all the paperwork for the warranty. We also had some major repairs needed due to a tire blow out. Mark said he could do that so we brought our 5th wheel in and he had it done in two weeks repairing the 5 foot hole in the floor and a great job on the cabinets that were destroyed. He was able to complete the work before we could even get an appointment to look (just look) at the RV from the big guys.

I will never visit a stealership again. I feel so lucky to have come across this little shop. My recent experience was nothing but positive. They were fast, reasonable, and explained everything in detail so I understood exactly what to expect. My bill was less then expected and the work was done faster then expected. I will absolutley reccomend and return.

I recommend Mark for any and all RV services. With the weather changing quickly and my need to move my Airstream quickly into storage, he was quick and managed a replacement of my air conditioner all before I need to move my trailer. It was amazing. There s no need to shop around.

Boy did this guy Stick it to me should have stuck with lazy days. Was quoted $150 to finish up a winterization use my own antifreeze thank God who knows what they would have charged me. A small fitting was discovered cracked so that was repaired stood there and watched 10 minute job. Proceeded with the winterization that literally took 20 minutes. Chatted with the owner little bit mention some military life in a RV full time next thing I know I'm getting a bill for $250 $100 more for a 10 minute repair BS don't take your RV there. Shyster

My husband was trying to winterize our motor home at the storage lot and having a trouble. Mark was there winterizing the motor home next to us. He gave Jim a few suggestions of what might be wrong, being a stubborn man he thought he could figure it out on his own. Mark gave him his card and told him to call if he needed help. As freezing temperatures were fast approaching, Jim gave in and call him. Mark was very accommodating and met Jim at the lot that day, which saved us a lot of grief come next spring!!Mark was a pleasure to work with and we have already referred him to several friends.Kathy BeusJim Bertsch
