I have had nothing but electrical issues with my fisher plow set up we purchased. Called and left messages over the last 6 months with no return calls from the service Department. Now my truck is stuck with the plow on it Not working and a snow storm on its way.

So far my experience with this company has been great. Brought a truck in to get fabricated that will be a bit of a pain to do but the guys to do the job came through offering the best advice and improvements. And their willingness and confidence to get things done in such a good amount of time is refreshing compared to a competitor that s more local to us. Definitely recommend this company. Unfortunately I can t remember the names of the guys that went over our trucks with us, but they were very friendly and helpful.

I need to give a big shout out to the Kois team! I'm a one man operation. So when my truck go's down, I'm in trouble! Even though my unit is a 1987 International, its in great condition because of the help of the team at Kois Brothers Equipment Co.

I ordered parts for my plow and later found they were the wrong ones. They returned them no questions, got me the right ones, and even walked me through how to install them. Great folks, excellent service.

I worked here for over 6 months as a mechanic. There is no continuity and very little direction in their attempt at streamlining their process. They highlight their flat rate pay but do not make you aware that more often than not, it's unattainable. Whether it's missing parts, missing steel or customer changes yyou're not making flat rate. You cannot make flat rate on custom work! There are no blueprints nor schematics to work from or reference! It truly is surprising that they've been in business for so long considering the chaotic environment they seem to nurture. Management also turns a blind eye to the hostile work environment that's perpetuated by Jessie Montoya, a shop lead. This company plays far too many games and cuts far too many corners to be trusted with your hard earned money!

I Needed a receipt for a Piece of equipment I purchased from Kois in 2006 and they had no issue looking it up and sending it to me in a few seconds. Excellent customer service

Receptionist wouldn't be able to answer general questions like if the sell Toyota forklifts parts. I wasn't asking for the part itself. She lacks knowledge of what brands the company sells. Not helpful at all.
