Owner op here, I highly recommend Kats works, always nice people, will get you taken care of. They have done plenty of work on my reefer and also saved my load when it was urgent. I don t go anywhere else for reefer work. Fair pricing too. Thank you Kats Works for keeping us on the road

All the great reviews about KarWorks is absolutely true. Keith was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He did not overcharge and the work on my reefer was completed very quickly. I highly recommend kat works for all your trailer repairs.

Folks are nice and kind. They charge for things they do not install. For $700 I'll still go to $450 at Loves cross country

This place is a joke.. I dropped my truck off to get the liftgate platform fixed.. I told the lady (who said she s the manager) someone hit me and it would be going through their insurance The guy said he needed a few days to diagnose and would let me know either he can fix mine or would have to get a new one my problem is I never got a call, email or text with an estimate. They just performed the work and told me how much I owe.. didn t give me an chance to approve or deny.. basically forced me to do business with them I talked to the manager and asked why I didn t get an estimate.. first she said she did give me one until I sent screenshots of the conversation then she said you didn t ask for an estimate .. so I had to submit the bill the the insurance and it took a month for them to approve it. Within that month this shop was blowing me up every wk, threatening to charge a storage fee. this shop hasn t taken any accountability for this..it s all my fault. Maybe it s because I m black I m not sure but definitely won t ever go here again or recommend to anyone. I can be honest and say the work they did looks good, but I believe it s well overpriced, and the way this shop treats black customers is not ok.. if I was a different race I feel they would ve treated me with more respect go spend your money somewhere else you will thank me later

I knocked the door off my trailer at Safeway, I gave these guys a call, Kat Works, Keith told me to bring it on in. Within 2 hours They had replaced the hinges and re-hung the door. Got me back out on the road quickly.Awesome service.Great people all round.Very close and convenient to get to.I would definitely recommend them.

This shop is like home to me. Good customer service with Quality job. Small yard but always have room for my trailer. All kristy will say is bring it in we will look at it!

We are very happy with the work Kat Works always does for us. They work efficiently on getting our units back into working order. We also appreciate Kat Works getting us in, in very short notice, a hand full of times so our drivers can keep rolling in a timely manner and keeping our customers happy. Thank you Keith!!!

Great people to work with, honest, knowledgeable, professional. I got few works done at their place and everything was done fast and right. Thank you very much for everything. Pricing can't be more fair than it was, they will not take your arm and leg when you are in need to fix something afterhours.Dado D&V Transport.

Keith is incredible, he not only un-bent/welded our pop-up rear frame and pulley system but went above and beyond to fix our main lift cable for the pop-up as well. Best part is it all took all less than an hour! Would recommend to anyone!

If you need a repair on your big rig or your trailer, call Keith FIRST. He'll do the job right, quickly, and at a fair price, so you can still afford dinner after you pay him.Keith, the owner, is all about service at a fair price. He got my trailer fixed on a weekend less than 18 hrs after I called him on a Friday night. He also did it for less than half of what I was quoted by two other shops.His work is quality, communication outstanding, and thanks to his Saturday appointment policy, I didn't pay an arm and a leg for after hours service.

Five stars on a scale of five.Or 10 stars on a scale of 10, do you get the idea?If you get trailer or reefer work done on the Eastern Slope, you'll do yourself no favors by taking it to any shop other than Kat Works.I was reluctant to make this review, because although I have been blessed with Keith's services for the past 18 months I was reluctant to "blow up my spot" by giving it the review it deserves, which in fact is the highest recommendation I can give for any business or service. he's the best, and you're lucky if you're reading this review.There, my conscience is eased...

These guys are awesome!!! Always willing to help out and provide a helping hand. They are very professional and informative. They always explain things in a thoughtful manner and are very thorough. They have really helped us out and I am very grateful! I recommend using them for all you issue whether they be refrigerated or not.

Keith is fantastic! He is efficient in completing work and charges fairly. Always, kind-hearted and if I ask a question he is patient to explain since my knowledge in this area is little. I would highly recommend his servies to anyone!

Great place to get your refer worked on. Had a spare refer truck I could rent to keep my business running. Definitely recommend using Kat Works.

Did some trailer repair work for us. We were out of state and they were nothing but awesome to work with. Did great work and were honest and upfront about any issues and costs. Fair price on labor as well. Highly recommended.

I am a car carrier and my bracket near my piston broke, when I went over a railroad track, I called these guys and I was ready to pay, but these guys took care of me and I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs a quick weld on their trailer to get up and going, thank you very much guys. Our business lost a lot of money bringing our truck here. They could not find the actual issue on our truck we should of taken it else where. I don t like leaving reviews but don t want it happening to someone else. Stay away...

Worked on my refrigerated van, found the leak, fixed it and got me going. Best to have an appointment as they are busy busy.
