Called after hours for reefer would not run loaded with high value freight that could not freeze. Alarmed out with tech reset only code. Answering service called on call tech. Said he would be there in a hour. Never showed up. Called back. Answering service called tech again. Would not answer phone. Ended up sitting in parking lot till shop opened for normal hours. They did get me in and fixed the problem. But the million $ plus load was ruined from freezing. Don't count on their afters service. They probably won't show up! EDITED: STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY DID NOT FIX MY REEFER. STILL OVERHEATING!!!!

APU was not charging batteries took it to these people Rod did a great job getting it all fixed up had broken wires broken bolts idle pulley broke bushings shot but the alternator was ok new other parts and belt had it up and running in 4 hours great job been running great now

I came in to shop about 11am. Pulled straight in. My apu stopped working. Shop Forman told me that have a expert for Apu. Was not a lie. The old tech went through my apu and explained everything that needed repairs. I bought the truck used a couple months back. The apu was in sad shape with rust. The tech replaced my radiator, temp sensor, belts and a lot of bolts. The apu frame was broke in two spots. He welded them together. The bead was perfect as you can get. Then he steam cleaned it. Runs like a new unit. It's very hard to find quality mechanics now , well this is a awesome shop and mechanic.Also was very reasonable on price.

My reefer died suddenly. I could not get it running. I went in at this place at 8 AM. Out at 9:30 AM. Fixed. True, it was just some corrosion on wires. But it was fast and correctly done. Good job there.

Worst place I have ever seen. Made me wait half day just to change a fuel filter. Took only 5 minutes to change filter but I was charged overtime rate on a weekday at the business hours. $350 for diesel filter and didn t even fix the problem my Reefer stopped working again after an hour. Eventually it was running on diesel from filter. I called them back didn t pick the call when they did. They disconnected.

Beware friends! These guys acting like scammers. Stopped by just to check my reefer because load was hot and unit was doing defrost often. They said condenser is dirty, washed it out and than replaced monitor module without my permission. Same day put my old module back and found no issues. Charged me 1800$ total, 300$ 1 hour of labor and 1500$ for parts

This place is good. You can call them even afterhours and someone will come to help you out. I had some issues with my reefer unit and it was resolved in a very professional way. The technician also updated the software and fixed some small stuff like the latches on reefer engine.

Had a receiver tell me my reefer never got below 40 on a 33-38 degree load according to a tattle tale they had in the trailer. Stopped in and had a download done and it showed the unit performed flawlessly for the 3 days I had the load. I also have 2 other temp sensors of my own in the trailer that never showed anything to be concerned with. CT was quick and professional. I was on site for 50 minutes.. These guys are good...

The technicians here are first rate!! They said they were pet friendly and they weren't joking!! Our fur babies were greeted WARMLY by EVERYONE!! Once they got to our APU we were in and out in no time. We now have air at night and can run stuff without having my tractor on. It was a great experience all the way around

Friendly staff extremely helpful. I needed to come onto the property as a third party mechanic to change out some tires on a trailer they allowed me to do my Job and helped me out with using their airlines as mine wouldn't reach thank you all for your professionalism.

Dishonest people, I spoke to John and I was told they will help me fix my reefer unit the day before, and when the driver arrived he was told we had to wait for 50 units they were working on. Lied from the beginning, I am not going back and do not recommend

One of the mechanics checked my starter after I replaced it myself.And he discovered that the battery was dead,he jumped my battery and reefer startedAnd that was free of charge.That's is an unusual for a dealer.I just want to thank you for that (unfortunately I don't know his name)

Picked up a load at night and Navajo shop was closed. Refrigerated load had reefer problems. Night dispatch sent me here to have it fixed. Was in and out real quick. Excellent mechanic.

The tech we had was very knowledgable and really got my apu dialed in. Needed new ac compressor and new circuit board. Took a while but seems to be working properly now. And made sure it was covered under warranty. Thank god. $1700 for new compressor and $300.00 for circuit board.

CT POWER DISHONEST SERVICE, I TOOK MY REEFER TRAILER THERE, ONLY REPLACED FUEL LINE ON THE TRAILER COST OUR COMPANY $814.22, THIS GUY KEN/ AND NAME OF GUY CLAIM HIS THE MANAGER JOHN, HIS A CROOK AND THIEVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR TRAILERS. I CALL AROUND 01:00 AM, AND GUY KEN ANSWERED THE PHONE, HE TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO CT POWER YARD, GOT OVER THERE, THERE WERE NO BODY WAS THERE, SO I LEFT, WENT TO TA, AND HE KEN CALLED ME BACK AND ADVISED ME TO GO BACK TO THE YARD. SO COME BACK, HE FIXED MY TRAILER, AND REPLACED THE BATTERY, BECAUSE HE DRAINED OUT THE BATTERY, IT WAS STILL VERY STRONG BATTERY WHEN I GOT THERE, BECAUSE WHEN THE FUEL LINE , CUT OFF, ALL THE FUEL WAS LEAKED OUT FROM THE UPPER HEAD FILTER, SO YOU KNOW IF TRYING TO START THE REEFER YOU HAVE TO JUMP THE BATTERY SO IT DOESN'T DRAINED THE BATTERY, KEN DIDN'T DO THAT, HE JUST START THE TRAILER THEN LATER THE BATTERY DEAD, SO HE SAID, I HAVE TO REPLACE THIS BATTERY, SO I SAID WHY BUT THE MY BATTERY OK, HE SAID NO IT'S DEAD, AND I SAID IN MY MIND, YOU STUPID AS HELL, BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD YOU DIDN'T JUMP IT BEFORE YOU KEEP RESTART THE REEFER, SO THERE. 1 STUPID MECHANIC 2 DISHONEST HE KNOW THAT I HAVE NO CHOICE, BUT BUYING HIS BATTERY. SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE REEFER THERE OR USE THIS COMPANY.

Caused more problems than I went in with. And someone went through all my personal belongings in the truck. Spilled liquid on my sleeper floor and knocked books off the shelf into the liquid. Worst Shop I've been to.
