Very honest and reliable shop to take your car to. He found some other issues that was going on and called to tell me before fixing. He ended up repairing lots of stuff for a great price. He showed me all the parts he took off and was very good at communicating. I highly recommend this shop for any car repairs.

Donovan and his team are the absolute bees elbows! They got me in and back on the road incredibly quick and without any surprises all while being extremely affordable. Hands down I will come back in the future.

This place is a joke he fixed my fuel pump supposedly. Here we are 2 months later and the same issue same exact thing took it to another mechanic and long behold its the fuel pump. They should shut this business down he just short fixes things and tells you oh well and then gives a quote to fix it again when your car fails again.

Donovan is the true definition of a Wolf in sheeps clothing . Donovan has no integrity and will take advantage of a single woman without a second thought. Donovan will steal candy from a baby without question. Donovan will lie in your face without remorse. After waiting almost a year for services I was promised after he essentially committed insurance fraud, I learned a valuable lesson. I learned, all skin folk is not kin folk. I told Donovan that I always try to support black owned businesses, and this is a bad look. Per Donovan he wanted to be viewed as just a business before he is viewed as a black owned business. That confirmed my suspicion that he was a typical self hating male from Colorado. So, if you are looking to support a black owned business, please don t look for Crafted Automotive. I also advise that no single woman come to this establishment , because you will get screwed over! Please find a reputable shop (regardless of race) And don t trust everyone that looks like you, they are the ones that will screw you over the fastest. Donovan has no shame in being a liar or a fraud. Be careful ladies!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! Donovan is a liar and thief. I needed a new alternator and a tuneup. The alternator was fine but the tune up for 250 consisted of only new spark plugs. When I drove off the lot, I had no coolant, no oil and no transmission oil. No new filters either. By day 2, my AC was no longer working and my transmission started to slip. When I called and asked him about that, he started screaming and going off like a hurt female! Don t trust them with your vehicle!! I try to always supportBlack businesses but this is unacceptable! He took 800 dollars from a single mom and wouldn t even try to rectify the situation. DO NOT GO TO CRAFTED AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
