My car looks great. The shop is clearly very busy, and there seemed to be some confusion between my insurance company and the shop and the car rental place, and the office person (who is friendly and helpful) really didn't have time to sort thru the problems. Communication about when my car was going to be complete was a bit slow in coming, and I started to worry b/c I needed to return the rental. All's well that ends well, but the process was a bit rocky in spots.

Carstar was great! They weren t able to get my car in for a couple of months, but once they did, they fixed it quickly. Four days ahead of schedule! Even though they re out of network for my insurance (State Farm) they were able to work directly with them. They also worked directly with Enterprise car rental. So, when I came in to drop off my car they called Enterprise to come pick me up. They sent me progress update texts every at every stage of repair. And when I went to pick it up, they had me leave the rental car, and arranged with Enterprise to pick it up. They also thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out so it felt almost brand new.I couldn t be more impressed with their service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in with a few scratches on car and in need of a good polish and buff. They did an excellent job the staff and Chris was very professional and worked very hard to make the car look like new! I highly recommend this place I am a satisfied customer!!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They updated me throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it was detailed, Totally unexpected! Best experience with an auto body shop!

Thank you ladies at the front reception area! Kind and informative. Also went out of their way to notice that I was on a conference call and couldn t call the enterprise people myself- after working on the phone for about an hour, the enterprise van showed up for another customer and they asked me if I needed them too- I did! And that meant so much because I couldn t get off the phone to help myself.. that small thing made my work day at least an hour shorter, and they simply read the room. - I think the ladies there are a to b/get it done people. and I appreciate that, because so am I. I don t think they deserve anything less than 5 stars at all- My car looked great at end of service. Great business, and awesome employees in my opinion.

I would have given this place 5 stars because my repairs look perfect, however missy and the other woman at the front desk are so rude and condescending. They will not take the time time to explain how billing works (my repairs were less than my deductible) instead they will snatch your keys and tell you well we re not releasing your car then . They also called the day before my initial drop off appointment and pushed my repairs back for another month because they were short handed. Overall not a great experience.

The staff is very friendly, they communicated during every step of the process, they even contacted the rental car company to pick me up and pick up the car when I was done. My car was very clean when I picked it up. Was completely worth the wait to get it in. They shop was very communicative and advocated for me to get the best decision for my vehicle moving forward. Carstar was awesome from start to finish. My catalytic converter was stolen and needed to be replaced. My insurance company list of repair shops included Carstar, which is how I found their shop. No other local shop could get me in for more than 2 months, and I got scheduled with Carstar within a couple of weeks. They were able to find a replacement part (difficult for my old truck), and they installed in just two days. They then went way beyond what was expected by welding on a steel plate (custom made!) to try to prevent another theft. To top it all off, they washed the truck and vacuumed out the inside, too! Their front desk staff were personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they kept me updated on the progress throughout the repair process. I have never had a better experience with any service or repair shop- highly recommended!Service: Welding

I had a very pleasant experience with CARSTAR. I primarily dealt with Jomel, the office manager. She was very accommodating with my schedule, as I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks. She made sure to keep me informed about the progress of the repair.I was extremely satisfied with the results. My car looked new! Jomel went over the repairs in detail with me, which I greatly appreciated. She further stated to contact her if I thought of any questions afterwards.This was my first experience with CARSTAR, and I strongly recommend their service shop. I could not be happier! From start to finish the staff here works to make your experience with them a great one. Melissa went above and beyond to help us get the process started, including helping us get a rental car. She did an amazing job keeping us up to date with what was going on. She was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had. The staff that worked on our car did an amazing job and we are extremely happy with the results. As with every time we have spoken with Keith he was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much fro all your hard work and making the situation as easy as possible for us.

Edit: Carstar needed an explanation for my 2* rating.I called Carstar to get my car repaired from a minor accident. The lady on the phone first was super nice and pleasant and assured me they could get me taken care of. After going through the process of giving her my name, address, car make, year and insurance information, we set a date for me to bring the car in, after which I said oh by the way I already have an estimate and check from my insurance, from there it went downhill. All of a sudden we can't get you in until June and more than likely it will be more than what your insurance quoted based off your car model, I said fine, but why June and was told "because I said so" and she hung up on me. So when Google asked for a review I gave 2* because I am aware of the quality service you give which is excellent but only 2* because of the interaction from your employee.

Keith and his team did an amazing job customizing my new F-150. They took the time to listen to what i envisioned, but also gave me different ideas to tie everything together. The final product came out amazing and right on time from when they originally estimated it at! I HIGHLY recommend them and you will leave appreciating the quality!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used these guys a couple times and they don't disappoint. The differences between high quality and low quality shops is really amazing when you go to a good shop like this CARSTAR. Keith and Jessa did a great job on my first visit and Jessa did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the process.The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations but I always throw in points to work on in my reviews. They missed fixing one little section on the front, driver's side of my truck. When I brought it to their attention though, they didn't try and make excuses or fight me. They apologized and took care of the situation. I don't expect people to be perfect but how they handle concerns says a lot and these guys get 5 stars for both the overall experience as well as taking care of my concern!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience! It was done sooner than I expected it looks brand new and everyone was really nice. They worked great with my insurance and had that all taken care of and contacted me when it was squared away. Plus there s a super cute dog there. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my second time using Carstar and I was once again overwhelmed by their impeccable customer service and overall work. They went above and beyond to keep me updated and informed. A man hit the side of my vehicle with fender/rim damage. Car star took my car and made full repairs on the damage, lifted my car, found more damage and fixed every nick and cranny they found was caused by this accident. They took care of all of the calls with the insurance so i wasn t stuck in the middle of it. They called and informed me about keeping my car extra days. The only downfall was that an originally 8 day project turned into 27 days. But it was all worth it after seeing my car, which was not only fully fixed, but they fully detailed (seriously, my car was so dirty when it came in). It was not something that I expected them to do but was very much appreciated! And they took care of calling the rental car company from picking me up, to returning the vehicle. Highly satisfied, and I highly recommend!

Carstar was amazing to work with from beginning to end. My truck was finished sooner than expected and the quality of work was excellent! Jessa went over the process of getting the truck fixed when I first dropped it off, and explained everything that had been worked on with the truck when I came to pick it up. Also, Missy communicated with me during the entire process, top notch service all the way around. I used Carstar Supreme after a hit and run driver damaged my vehicle from the bumper to the rear door. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs body work after a wreck.
