This shop is amazing. We had a waterpump go out and they completed the work in 24 hours with constant communication from Larisa and at the end Colton. The service foreman was awesome and super fast with the job. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are straight forward and get on the job right away! Thank you all so much.

This service is good but they are very slow. A small service (change of oil and three filters) lasted four and a half hours. A thing that ends in 45 minutes, an hour at the most.

Every time I come to this place I leave disappointed!! Always leave with damage to my truck and a huge bill!

The service department manager was honest and nice but the main guy who runs this dealership is exactly what a trucking company does not want to deal with. I think his name was Brodie! Absolutely a jerk! The only reason he's been put in that position is because he will stick it to the customer Everytime and the owner loves the fact of the money rolling in. He definitely does not care about the customer and makes it very clear that the only thing he cares about is money!! Stay far away from this dealership folks!! Maybe you should change the way you talk to customers Sir! Your people skills are that of a spoiled child!!!

Attempted to call the parts department a total of 6 times between 6pm and 6:30pm and had no answer or was hung up on each time. In dire need of parts in order to get a truck out and back on the road.

We just bought a Mack dump truck and it needed a bunch of new stuff. Amanda in parts made getting everything we needed super easy and got it delivered right to our shop, we will be back up and running in no time thanks to her!! I highly recommend Amanda and Bruckners

Outrageously expensive prices. Arrived with a check engine light on. They said they just needed to update the software and it wasn't covered by the warranty and they wanted me to pay them $600. I called Mac myself and found out that the system update was covered by my warranty and they were surprised that the dealer was asking so much for it. And what's most interesting is that check engine light came on the same day I left them. I have all the estimates to prove my words.

I haven't bought anything from the shop I called to try to get some advice because I'm in the area.......Hey your shop service guy that says he's been there for 18 years working on Mack trucks that speak Spanish very well sounds like you hardly speaks English....... He said he's never heard of this problem with Mack trucks and their turbos..... I've had two brand new Mack trucks I'm driving one right now A 2024 and I had a 2021 and they both had the same problem..... On this one it's like it's not a locking nut that holds those blue rubber pieces on to the turbo..,.. so two of the screws were almost completely loose one of them was hanging on by a thread...... So if I didn't do my pre-trip I wouldn't even have noticed it and then I would have had a turbo problem again.. the same thing happened with the 2021..... And then when they fixed it it actually just blew out the blue thing... My boss has probably bought 20 Mack trucks brand new and he said it's a constant issue with almost every single one of them.... So I'm not quite sure how this guy says he's been there for 18 years and he's never heard of this problem I know two different companies and myself who have all had this problem with a brand new Mack truck.... I just hit 10,000 miles with this truck... And last night when I did my post trip inspection if I didn't notice those nuts being loose my turbo would have fell off......

I believe that the management here instilled in their employees how to treat the customers right, i had a very good experience with both the parts and shop department. Keep being a beacon of light for great customer service and satisfaction. Will definitely return to do business again and implore others to do the same.

Amanda in the parts department is absolutely amazing! Very sharpe and professional, great customer service and very polite. Definitely recommend her for all your part needs! She went over and beyond to make sure I got every part I needed to complete my repair. I give her 10 out of 10!

This place is amazing!!! 5 star plus. First time coming here, came late around 7 or 8 but they had in the shop already!!The guys work here are super friendly from the very first. Adrian, Clayton, Hector, Burt, Colton thank you guys man. You got a loyal costumer.

****GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE ***Going to a truck shop is never a good thing when it comes to repairs. 32 years of driving has had me in quite a few. Most of these shops make you feel like they re bending you over a fence. I have been to this location many times. They re always upfront with their expectations. They ve bailed me out of a jam 3 times to take care of me. They were slammed yesterday, and found a way to get me out and back on the road.Thank you Paul for your friendly service and conversation. I feel like family. Thanks for another great experience. Until next time

Horrible Experience replaced a Air compressor and Turbo, only to tell me there is further issues with the truck.That was enough for me with this shop.Towed the truck to Atlanta, they forgot to include the key with the truck, Took it to the Mack Dealership here Turbo installed incorrectly needs new gasket they would not warranty it, One of the hoses from the air compressor got a Huge Hole in it, replaced.Truck Is running fine after that ..Dont make mistakes same Mistakes take your business elsewhere ..

I had the pleasure of dealing with Larisa Loebe. She was awesome. She explained everything to me well and got my truck out of there quickly. She was professional and cared about doing her job well. I would try to get my truck serviced here every time, if I could. The Mack/Tec Equipment in Vegas has no competition and treats people like they are less than a priority. Wish Bruckner's could open up in Vegas!

Had my truck in for warranty, pm and was told they were unable to duplicate stated problem of engine brake sending truck into a vibration or shake. This problem is noted all over the internet and what causes it but only After two mechanics say they cant duplicate and send me off just to have it do it at the first stop light leaving the facility. I should have taken a mechanic and showed him what he should have noticed but took their word to only have it REALLY go bad causing more damage and i lost the load do to it leaving me inoperable and now down for who knows how long. Its just sad that they don't have to be held accountable, I'm trying to earn a living in the crazy world we are in and Management just stands there watching the money come in and horrible service go out the door! Doesn't ANYONE care anymore? If you ha e a different choice of service for your truck i would take it, Bruckner of Commerce City doesn't care about the small fish trying to make a living, if you hold their hands you may get it taken care of but thats NOT why i take it to the Professionals????

Had another excellent experience with Bruckner's in Denver. As always when I need them it's because we have a truck down for whatever reason, and I am in a panic. They take a special interest in getting us back up and running as if it were there own truck. They go out of their way to find out part numbers, and track down parts for us. I can't say enough good things about them, and about how great their customer service is. They are always the first phone call I make and they never let me down. Thank you Aaron and everyone else there! I really do appreciate you guys!

My Volvo developed engine issue 100 miles outside of Denver. I didn't want to take it to the Volvo shop there and found this Bruckner Mack shop instead. Unlike Volvo, they got me right in, found the issue and made quick repair. My hat is off to the entire service team. A great job well done. Thank you.

I wanted to check out new and used trucks and checked online. It stated they were open so we went but their sales was close. Even though their hours on the door also showed they were open. With that said you can still walk their lot so it wasn't a complete waste and the fact they were closed wasn't unusual as all others dealerships were closed.Update: I stopped by this past Friday and have to say I was greeted immediately by the manager after walking in. He then found a salesman to help me. The salesman took the time to find out what my needs were and was able to offerup some options. So the service was spot on!

Im glad this place has a really nice drivers lounge because if you need your service done here because it's under warranty or a lease truck. You can bet you'll be bringing the truck back sooner than later. Very polite staff but they really seem to phone in the service. The idea of a test drive seems to be beyond them. Don't call to say it's done only to have the exact problem reoccur in a matter of 10 minutes. Multiple take backs for multiple trucks.
