Had yet another great experience with my neighborhood AutoZone. Jeremy W. helped identify the problem with my battery, provided a solution, and helped me get it installed. Super grateful someone actually took the time to see what was wrong. Thanks Jeremy!

So I have been using Napa for a long time, and after being fed up of them dropping the ball time and time again. I've started using AutoZone,and I've been super happy, I've used a couple different locations now and everyone is always super happy and attentive. Also I've noticed that they started carrying better product. So yes, AutoZone is my new go-to spot.I really appreciate the crew at this location, thank you .

A very well stocked and somewhat clean store for an autozone. The issue was with the customer service. They weren't very helpful about finding things. Then, when it was time to pay for my things, they all stared at each other like they were deciding who was going to do it. After they decided which employee was going to help me two went off to play on their phones and there was another two who proceeded to play with each other on a tool cart (one of them i presumed was the manager) pushing each other around while trying to scan my things taking forever. Then they acted sarcastic towards me when I was irrated and just trying to leave. Was it too much to ask to have an adult help me?

Sierra was amazing! Not only did she help us get everything we needed, including coming out to our vehicle to make sure we had the right tools, but she was also expertly managing the other employees in the whole time. Great customer service!

Very disappointed. We regularly make purchases including auto batteries as we live down thw street. We purchased a battery as usual but when we attempted to return the old battery for the recycling refund we were denied because "it wasn't in the system". After describing the employee who sold battery, we were told that person was fired. Offered only an in store credit for less than half of return refund we should have received.

Top Notch Customer Care. Every employee who passed by me sincerely asked to help me. Battery died on the way to an important doctor appointment. The technician was training. The young men were awesome. Very impressed!

This is the most unhelpful Auto Parts Store I have been to in my life. I went in for Freon. When I had a hard time finding it, the employee I asked did not even get up off his stool, but hollered directions from his perch. I needed more than Freon, but I walked out, because I didn't want to give them my money. This location is only 6 blocks from my house, but I will drive to the Advanced Auto on Highway 2, so I can actually spend my money on the right parts. So sorry to have interrupted your employees leisure time. Who is supervising? I am only leaving one star because zero stars is not an option.

I took my battery by there to get it tested and they said it was bad. I took it by O'reillys and they said it was good. I measured it with a multi-meter and my multi-meter showed it had 13 volts. After they took it off their "charger" it mysteriously showed fully discharged. Don't trust them when it comes to batteries.

Fantastic customer service. Tested my battery and then set me up with a new one. Affordable too. The staff was extremely friendly and bantered while I waited. Definitely my new auto parts place.

Don t bother shopping here. Sign says they close at 10pm just pulled up at 6:30pm, employees sitting around twiddling their thumbs, all the doors were locked, yet all the lights were still on. So good luck getting here after a normal work day. Save yourself time and effort and just go somewhere else. Whole lot of Advanced Laziness found here.

I live closer to the auto parts stores on Colfax, but I've starting coming up here instead - it's a clean, reasonably well stocked store with enough employees to run smoothly.

So much for my past ( good) review of this place, it says open until 9 pm on Sundays, I called and called and called the operator keep saying " I dail a nonworking number" I need a part badly, I checked online through this place website it said ' in stock ' I also called other locations they all said yes this store have what I need, I decided to drive to this place thinking their phone system is having issues. Anyway for here this freaking place is pitch dark. Upset is Not my choice of words towards them

The service here was great. Henry installed a new battery for me, and I was here for less than a half-hour!
