Since I worked for Norfolk motors, they always brought their vehicles to these guys to get windows replaced. Now that I don't work for them, I still bring my personal vehicles to them and refer them to everyone I know. Staff is great at what they do, and the staff are great people.

Troy came by to replace a windshield on our Hummer H3. He was on time and very professional. Kristina at dispatch did a great job of confirming and communicating the service installation. Overall, they did a fantastic job and will use them in the future for any auto glass needs.

Great prices good quality and their installer know their stuff and get it done with great quality. I live in northern Colorado. I will down down here any day to give them my business. Front desk has great customer services as well.

Got an appointment in one day for a rock chip repair. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I was waiting and explained that I was on a time crunch because I needed to get back to work. Next thing I knew, the technician was asking me about the chip, gave him my keys and he went to work. Repair was completed quickly and professionally. I am very impressed! You make sure to tell someone to be here on time for the appt. I respect others time so I show up early... Yet you guys still couldn't start my vehicle on time. You start it an hour after YOU told me to be here. Then you won't even communicate to let us know what is going on.

A good business starts with customer service and Auto Glass Express does just that. They treat people like clients and not customers. It also helps that they have the best pricing in the metro area. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a windshield repaired or replaced.

Christina helped me contact my insurance company and stayed online to help. Jessie my tech replaced my glass and even reinstalled my wind shield automatic cover.Both Jesie and Christina are great assets to this business. I recommend this company whole heartily.Chuck

I was really surprised that such a great level of service still exists. I had broken windshield and was replaced with OEE due to insurance problems, but when I brought it up, Brandon helped me understand the whole process and even gave me discount for OEM windshield with a decent appointment time for re-installation/part delivery.As long as you have clear communication with the insurance then their is no better place to get your windshield work done than Auto Glass Express! Thank you Auto Glass Team! You guys are a perfect example of how job needs to be done.

Someone smashed in my front passenger window and Auto Glass Express replaced it thoroughly and efficiently at a reasonable price. They also made the service very convenient for me by coming to my workplace and replacing the window while I worked (I didn t need to take time off). In my experience you never truly know how good a company is until there is a problem. After 2 years of impeccable service I had an issue that was resolved very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Auto Glass Express if you are concerned about quality, price, fantastic service you will find none better!!!

I brought my 2004 chevy monte carlo in to get my windshield replaced. The first time it was done it wasn't the best instal job. I brought it to the attention if management, he said that they will replace it at no extra cost with a different manufacturer. The second time was spot on. They are willing to bend over backwards to make things right. It was hassle free and took less than a hour. Would absolutely recommend this place for any and all windshield replacement.

So dirty oh my goodness how long do you have to neglect cleaning for that much dust to pile up disgusting stained rug just throw it out do better . Really nice place quality work got an ice cold soda while we waited in the air-conditioned office for our windshield to be in stalled would definitly recommend getting your glass work done with them !!

Called Saturday for a windshield replacement, they got me in on Monday. Most reasonable price around, everyone I talked to was amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond by fixing the latches on my back glass that were busted at no extra charge. What an awesome surprise to get my truck back and the back glass that was duct taped in was cleaned and the latches were repaired. I will never go anywhere else!!! The whole crew at auto glass are awesome such great service. I had my wife s window installed they came out to the house and were completely professional and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a window replaced or a rock chip repaired.

These guys were great. The woman on the phone gave me a great, competitive quote (she price matched a lower bid from another company). Taylor was a fast, knowledgeable, friendly technician with 28 years experience, he even got to my house early and had to wait for me to get home to replace my window but had a smile on his face when I arrived late. Great price, great service. Definitely recommend.

George was very polite and thorough while looking at my windshield, and pointed out some things that I didn't know about. The lady who took my call and got me scheduled was also very nice. Wow this is the best customer service I ve had in a long time! I spoke to Christina and she was so nice and had excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I was giving a great quote and was able to get the time available that I needed to get the windshield replaced and they re coming to me which is awesome!
