The sales team was helpful and sincere. Randy told the truth about what he did know, and if he didn't know the answer about something, was honest and willing to find the answer. Michelle was also great. I didn't feel like I was being lied to or misled. This was my first truck purchase, so as I did research, and asked them questions to find the best value, they helped me find the best option for my budget and needs. A large local dealership seemed dismissive towards me when I walked into their facilities but American Motors treated me like they genuinely wanted to help me. I will likely return to purchase my next truck from them. If you are looking to be treated fairly and want to find a reasonably priced truck, then this is the place for you to buy.

Bought a 2020 t680 and couldn t be more satisfied. First of all, I got a great deal on it. Secondly, as to be expected with a used truck, there were some minor issues with one major issue too. Al and his sales team + Nick and his maintenance team stood by their product, and me, by making sure we addressed every concern I had. They put me in a hotel and were even willing to fly me out if we needed more time than I was willing to wait on the fixes. It didn t take long and all concerns were resolved (including some very minor nitpicked issues I pointed out lol). I highly appreciate the thoroughness they insist on with regards to test drive and final inspection by the buyer. Many of the things I pointed out I would have easily overlooked had that not implemented this policy.Shoutout to Michelle for being a pleasant, effective, and not cutthroat salesman.Looking forward to our future transactions!

NOT RECOMMENDED TO NO ONE, have deal from American Motors company in Commerce city Co, reason I bought the truck KenworthT 680 at December 2023 when I had test drive found issues asking for repair, after 20 days nothing got fixed, I'm from Washington state, December 27 I come and pick up truck from American Motors driving to state truck stop at Missoula with engine oil leak,drop to diller Kenworth shop send invoice 8.400$ I'm asking American Motors for paid thiis repair, today April truck not working for company,I have loan every month,, plus repair cost, incurance I come and talk face to face with manager at American Motors company his doesn't like talking about, They put me in problems now I need Left this truck to repair shop because I can't pay it,my credit score and my experience over 10 k. This is bad dealer Not Recommended NO one, They cheat nice when you buy, Derek sale man, talking only, bad nothing to help ather wise they laying, through their teeth , they selling broken trucks , cheat paint around frame and hide damages, This is not good,

First of all i just want to say customer service was 10 out of 10 great communication toward the whole process of me buying my truck. Let me know everything that was going on and just because there was a delay on my truck. They even book me a hotel for my nightstand. Michelle was amazing and all the rest of the crew was great throughout the whole process, I recommend everybody to go purchase their truck from ATF because my truck running great 10 out of 10 so far I don t have an issue With my truck, so thank you, Great customer service great people work I had A great process. Thank you guys see you guys again.

Randy and the staff at American motors were great to me from the very start of buying my truck. They negotiated with, and advised me, were honest to me. Made sure that I got a good operating truck at a fair price. I will be buying trucks from American motor in the future. If you want to be Trucks. Go speak to Randy he will take care of you, he is honest, and cares for his customers.

By far the best customer service you will get from any dealership out there. I would like to thank Randy "The Sheriff" for all the help he was in the process of us choosing a truck. They will all treat you like family and that is no joke. The day I purchased the truck I decided to take it on a load, it was a Friday. Long story short, I had some problems that night, the engine light turned on. I was thinking the worse, that I had signed a "sold as is" paper and I was screwed. I messaged Randy that night and he told me to bring it back and they would take a look at it first thing that Monday. It was a DPF problem and an oil sensor, which we should understand they are used equipment and even new trucks will have problems off the lot. They all were so kind on giving me updates and treating me like at home. I didn't have to worry about any kind of expense and the truck was done that same day. Since that day, almost 3 months already, I have not had ONE issue. I am in the process of buying another truck and I'm sure Randy "The Sheriff" will make that sale happen. Don't think twice on going here.

We did it AGAIN! In just 3 short months I was able to purchase my 2nd semi from Randy and Amercan Motors because of how easy and affordable they make things! Not only that but randy works works extremely hard on presenting you every option possible when it comes to buying or financing based on your own personal preference. You re never rushed nor pushed to purchase anything but they re always there for you whenever you need them. I couldn t be more grateful for having Randy and American Motors by my side during this journey of following my dreams.

Michelle is the best. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. She waited with me until my credit jumped to 750 and got me a top tier financed quote. I m an owner that doesn t operate a truck, which is almost impossible for a company that has only been running for 2 years. She made it happen and we even texted after hours to ensure my happiness. I ll pick Michelle every time around! She flew my driver out to pick up the truck and she got me a free 6 month warranty. I m still excited!!!! Thank you so much!!!

We had some issues after purchasing the truck and we expressed our issues to the dealership and the manager AL stepped in, took the matter in his hands and took care of everything and we are happy to have him fixed our concerns and we recommend using him for buying your truck .

Michelle worked with me for several weeks prior to me taking delivery of my KW. Even posted an ad on their site for my truck which I was trying to sell using Marketplace and TT. Finally came the day to take delivery and was amazed how smooth things went. They have a notary on staff, their lender worked straight with my insurance agent, they even lent me their work truck to go down the street to get a money order for my down. Then her and Randy made sure I was comfortable with all the different controls and that I knew where everything was. Michele noticed a code flagging and said go see John and his guys at the shop about 10 minutes down the street. They fixed the code and even swapped it the stereo because the screen wouldn't illuminate making it impossible to pair my phone. Then when I hooked up to my trailer and found the air bags would not reinstate, they made sure the software was updated and swapped out my leveling valve with a new one, no questions asked. They ALSO uninstalled a power cable specific to my trailer and reinstalled it on my new KW. The service here from start to finish is nothing short of incredible. I recommend American Motors to anyone in the market for a used truck. "Used truck" is scary when you hear it but they only buy gently used trucks from original corporate owners so they are low mileage, with all the aftermarket upgrades such as sleeper windows, APU's and super singles. Really an amazing place with great people!!
