Joseph the manager is a rock star I truly appreciate his help over the last year everytime I go in he is willing to help every customer including those that pose to be complicated he is extremely helpful well knowledged & experienced with large variety of parts. he definitely goes above and beyond every time I've had to go in to the store. I love how his none judgemental approach is a tremendous help when it comes to unexpected complications. as a female tech I appreciate not being treated like I'm ignorant due to my age or gender. he is always vary polite friendly and respectful as well as timely with every transaction. If u ask me. Dude deserve promotion preferably same store. Just sayin.

I took a battery today 7/27/2023 and thue guy told me that in one hour i wen back after an hour and the guy said that he forgot to conected to the charger and he just give me the battery back i will never go back to that store costumer servise guys are just lazy

I always go to this store when I need something. They are helpful. They care if I leave with the right part. I went today, and not only did they make sure I had the right headlights, Rich helped me install them. I don't even check prices, a lower price does me no good when I leave with the wrong part. Today I needed to change my headlight bulbs, Jesus helped me find the right bulb, and directed me in getting the right one for my money. Other places may be cheaper, but if you want it done right, go to this store. This store has my business as long as I drive.

I called to verify an item. I was told they were open until 10 and they were only accepting credit or debit, but when I got that 2 to 4 minutes before closing the does were already locked. I called and they answered I was told hold on and they never came to the door.

Had a good experience with J.T. who helped me find the right struts for my honda. Very knowledgeable employee. I was pretty upset to see the employees constantly being stressed by their supervisor or manager there. Overall good people

Horrible! This advance opens up at 9am on sundays smh. Ordered online saturday night got to store about 8:30 only to realize they dont open until "9am" only to wait until 9:20am because the workers get there late. NEVER AGAIN. Ill take my business to the other autoparts stores that open up at 7:30am.

DISHONEST and UNCOMMUNICATIVE. So in my neighborhood, UPS drops all packages that we re not home to receive off at this Advance Auto Parts. My husband s Xbox was delivered here since I was unable to receive it at the door. I went to pick it up here, and they told me they hadn t received my package EVEN THOUGH I had received a delivery notification to this location. I asked if they had my package/a package with my name on it. They repeatedly said NO until I spoke to the manager (who was very unprofessional) and only when he ASKED ME WHAT. WAS IN. MY PACKAGE. I told him it was an Xbox and THEN he said OH yeah we have that! And he had an employee bring me the package, with my name clearly on the package label, and it was OPENED. I asked why my package was open and if I could see the security footage, and they said no and blamed it all on the UPS. This store is clearly run by dishonest people. I m trying to talk to UPS to get to the bottom of this but the lack of cooperation and communication here has blown my mind. I m not really the type of leave reviews, but this was unacceptable.

Very helpful. Year old battery died and gave a bad battery report on my smart charger. Guy swapped it right out, didn't even plug into theirs.

Poor selection of stock, this is the second time that I left without buying anything, they never have what I need. I do have to give credit to the parts man for helping me look for electrical tape. He was very eager to help me out. I ended up getting my tape from Walmart. I live near here and would love to buy what I am looking for from them but they just don't have a lot of choices.

I've managed my shop in commerce city for a few years now and I can't stand the manager here. I've had to return parts to other advance stores because he says they came from those stores, when this is the only store I've gotten parts from. The way he treats customers is just disrespectful. Especially in his tone of voice, and how he bosses customers around like they are employees. I've also never once had this store ask me how they could do better in a business relationship with my shop as a commercial account. I move thousands of dollars a month in parts and they can care less about my business. Orielys down the street is way better.

I was refused service because "my part couldn't possibly be from the car I said it was from." After I had just taken that part out of my car. I believe they didn't think I knew what I was talking about because I'm female. Went to the o'reilly across the street and had fantastic service instead. Will never be back.

To be quite honest I'm not a huge Advance Auto Parts fan the company I work for has a commercial account here and I have to say it's definitely changed my opinion on them I can't say for all stores but for this one the people are always friendly and willing to help with anything if they don't know an answer to a question they will find it out either by talking to another employee or looking it up or contacting a repair facility they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have complete 100% customer satisfaction before you walk out those doors

Really like the fact that there are options such as Advanced Autoparts staff here are definitely friendly and knowledgeable with quality auto partsBut they seem to UP sell their products with out letting you know a dollar here and there stating that it is an extended warranty??? Not exactly what i am looking for

I probably was the last customer for them for the day I had an online order that I had placed I don't have any issues with the store just the fuel pump that I had purchased from them did not work I am wanting to get my money refunded back to me for the purchase I don't think that I want to purchase a a pump from them ever again

Great customer service. hard for me to do 5 stars,,This time i say well deserve, I had never done a tune up in my life im what you would call auto illiterate, Just put in the key and drive kinda gal. So what do i do? Take a course in automecanic. come home and google everything wich i did. To late to call repair shops. well they took the time to explain to me what i needed. Besides an electrician and maybe a mecanic youtube can only do so much The girl there i felt got kind of annoyed, by my lack of knowledge on what i wanted to do and buy. So she went to the back, But the two other 2 employees were of great help.They where very patient and even tried to understand my terminology like that thingy ma bob near the motor using youtube to show them the part i was looking for, They supplied me with everything i needed, gave me options, even when they didnt have the size of air filter. The very helpful gentle man found me a cleanig kit wich did the job. I didnt feel unconfortable and like a total duds, for my lack of knowledge and taking up their time. after wards all is well im good for I recommend Advance Auto Parts, 7070 of Co-2 in Commerce City for your auto parts needs.

Service and knowledge. Friends who you can work with. Told the guy on my second visit, who backed up my first excellent experience and treated me right, that I will write their place up on a review. Unlike some folks who come right out and ask for a Google review, this was my idea. If the car dealer's parts and service dept. are rip-offs and the private shops are too expensive for your budget, find some way to do it yourself, when possible.

They tested my system and replaced my battery. I've only had good customer service experiences at Advance Auto Parts. I recommend this parts store to others. I've gone to several across the state never a problem.

I guess they are struggling in keeping their employees. It always takes a long time to even pick up on line orders. They don't even have the parts that their website says they have in stock.

Always friendly. 90% of the time they have the part i am looking for. They give a military discount. Prices are very reasonable.

At the time of my visit the service was fast and friendly. But if you are going to offer a CEL scan at lest print out the codes for them. Would be 5 but he erased the codes.

Disgusted!!! The cashier was very inappropriate with her behavior and language. Talking about being bisexual and how the parts are sexy and orgasmic. I do not understand how management could allow their employees to conduct business in this manner (Martin Robledo) per Michael. Michael was absolutely professional and very helpful but the other female employee (Grace)was absolutely disgusting. I do also have video to prove this occurred on my visit on 09/04/16 at the Commerce City Advance Auto Parts.

I wish I could just tell her that picture of 3/4 employee standing there looking at me through the window when they should be open during regular business hours another customer just came and went because the door was locked I've been waiting since 7 a.m. because that's when respectable stores open I guess I'm off to Napa you guys don't have to open the store it's all rightUPDATE 5 months later commerce city advance is still a sad joke of a store called in a crunch for time to get a transmission filter and gasket he said ok when to get here I'll get that i explained the situation this dipstick and he tells me "its just that im kinda busy right now" what a sorry excuse for a customer service representative ha I'm at auto zone currently never again..

I went in to buy the rancho shock for my truck they were very helpful and friendly.I have never done any auto work on any car or truck so I had lots of questions when I was installing them I went back to the store and they were very helpful on answering all my questions I ended up installing my shocks on my own thanks to their help.
