Brian is my service advisor and he has been great to work with - he's very knowledgeable and cares about getting the issues taken care of the first time. He assisted in taking care of the sound system issue. I will continue to work with Brian for all my service needs for the my vehicle and also recommend him to others.

I took my car to do Transmission Fluid Flush and yet they are professional and staff is very friendly and will fix your car on time. They also have nice waiting hall.

My brake light switch had to be replaced in August of 2022. Cost close to 350.00. The exact same issue happened August of this year, leaving me stranded in a not so nice area. It was one year and two days and I had to pay for it again. I found out this particular issue was recalled and I was never contacted. I'm getting rid of the thing and will never get a Nissan again. The service guy let me know he was giving me a discount since it was two days past warranty. It still cost me 300 and some change. I'm supposed to be grateful their work only lasted a year on a previously recalled item? It's a Nissan Juke. Also, this year I had a back tire blow. The service department said they had to replace all four tires to prevent alignment issues, if they couldn't find the tires I bought 2 years ago in stock. I think you can safely guess they did not.

Oil change in less than 30 minutes. Multi point inspection and emailed report. They washed it too. These guys do it the best. Bought both of my vehicles from them. I trust them and I don t trust car lots.

Had a service appointment for 9am on a Saturday for alignment and tire balancing (just put on new tires) and was waiting for vehicle. Two hours later they just finished the tire balancing and was starting the alignment! Absolutely unsatisfactory!!! Caused me to miss my 11am appointment! Their excuse for the delay was they only have one alignment machine and one tire balancing machine, to which my response is then don t give me an appointment at 9am if you have too much work scheduled! Obviously walk ins were pushed ahead of my scheduled appointment. This type of treatment comes across as a total disregard for their customer s time and satisfaction. Obviously customer satisfaction isn t how this service department is evaluated. Very disappointing! I m still waiting for my vehicle over two hours and fifteen minutes later!!!

I gave this review 5 stars! From day one of taking my truck in for routine maintenance to getting a turbo replaced and a whole lot more things replaced on my truck I have be given nothing but respect and honesty. Joey the service manager has always helped me out with my headache of a truck from pricing, details, and sometimes even a free oil change. I feel like I m family or should work there for how much I have to go there. Amy at the front deck has always been very nice and caring, always has a smile on her face helping me get into a loaner for when my truck is getting worked. She also help me get my extended warranty. I have been going to this location for two years now and will always bring my truck here to get worked on. I definitely recommend everyone here at Woodmen Nissan! Well the people are very nice. Only the Oils Change was way too high for me. Plus I guess the computer system is not linked with the southern Colorado Springs Nissan dealership so if you get work done at one it will not show up being done at the other one. Thought might need to know that before you go from one to the other dealership. I think at the sound one they try to help get me a deal on the oil change so it does not cost too much.

Always get great service when I bring my vehicle in. They diagnose everything needed to be done and give you suggestions. Also they do send a complete report on things needed to be done to your phone to have you accept or decline certain maintenance. Would definitely recommend this location to someone thay owns a nissan and needs work done on a vehicle. Also the strive to get your vehicle in even if you don't have an appointment. Service rep said that it could take all day but looks like they got it in right away and found and repaired the problem.

15K service went smoothly and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was greeted at the bay door, the service representative immediately greeted me and offered a savings coupon during the encounter. I waited in the customer service area with plenty of social distancing provided. I even saw my sales agent Tre'von who is such a positive fellow. I'm impressed with their pricing. If I were to change my oil, oil filter, cabin filter and the engine air filter with parts store products it would cost me the same... Good value, courteous service and I was on my way without a hitch. Woodmen Nissan is just a pleasure to work with...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

We live a couple of hours away and arrived early for scheduled maintenance. They got us right in with a smile and a handshake. Service was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time given the amount of work they needed to do. My only complaint is they applied way too much wheel dressing which ended up slinging all over the sides of the truck on the way home.

Their service team was pretty quick with my transmission diagnosis and they took the time to explain everything in a way I was able to understand.The service department texts you a link with real time updates on vehicle status so you don't have to call and ask if it's done yet.

Josh was an awesome help. He helped with everything I needed, and answered my questions.However, three hours to sit and wait was a bit much, for an oil change you can't make an appointment for.Also allowing people inside with no masks shouldn't be allowed, even if they're buying a vehicle. I saw this practice a few times in the three hours I was there.

Service is great the representatives are genuine and respectful when I comes to getting your car serviced. They keep you up to date with any changes or additional services you will need done to you car. Will not go anywhere else but Woodmen Nissan Service Center. They know what they are doing and will over achieve any task that is given. 100% recommend to everyone. This place is Top Tier!

The whole service department is wonderful! When I moved to Colorado Springs two years ago I was hesitant to go because I didn t know of woodmen Nissan had all the necessary information on my Rogue! Turns out they did and I honestly felt like I had known them for as long as I ve owned my vehicle! They instantly put me at ease and reassured me they d take care of everything as they did in California! I highly recommend woodmen Nissan!

Bought my two vehicles from this dealership and both experiences had been amazing!The service department is superb! The attention to detail and listening to the needs of the customers is very top notch!I have been helped the majority of the time by German Macias, and nothing but great experience, knowledgeable and amazing!!

I brought my Nissan Rouge for a noise in the steering. They got me in right away without appointment. I've used Woodmen Nissan for all services on my car. They never try to sell me parts or services that I don't need or want.

02/28 1. They told me my spark plugs were critical and must be changed. They had actually changed them a few months ago.2. My tire sensor light was on and I wanted to find out which tire had a faulty sensor. They said it would be 105.00 for the diagnostic. When I went to pick up the car there was the charge but no result. I asked which one and he said I would have to actually pay to replace to find out. What the hell was the 105.00 for? I had to argue like crazy to not have to pay the 105 for nothing. Never using the repair shop again. Beware.

The staff in the service area were unfriendly and rude. It's already frustrating when you purchase a vehicle and find out 4 weeks later it's not working and has to get repaired then you get treated like you're a bother and they don't care, not very impressed with this location. Hoping it gets better and we get the vehicle back soon and in working order.

Increadibly slow service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 7 AM service appointment and nobody could even talk to me to see why I was there until 7:14. For a basic oil change, no tire rotation, I've now been waiting 3 hours and 30 minutes.

I strongly recommend against getting routine maintenance done on your vehicle here. When rotating my tires, they damaged a wheel stud when replacing the lug nut and then refused to fix it after the problem was discovered.

I'm torn about the rating I am giving the service center. They are over priced, like any other dealership service center. Work we had done less than two years ago need to be redone.However the service we got at the counter was awesome, but there was only one gentleman that actually helped us. All the other service people pretty much just did their job.We ended up calling consumer affairs at Nissan to help get some of the work completed (1-800-nissan1 if you're interested).If we didn't have warranties, we probably wouldn't go back.

Scraped my mirror and refused to fix. Sprayed paint protection on top of dirt. Herman in customer service was rude and i felt like he was the customer. Last time i should have had a car wash with service and it was not done. Nice waiting area though

Dishonest and shady. We discussed a vehicle and scheduled a test drive. When I showed up, after rescheduling my day, they told me they raised the price $3,000. Insisted on tricky tactics like asking my monthly budget, rather than just giving me an honest price. I was qualified and ready to buy. Avoid these con artists.

Working with Lois on finding a vehicle was great! She went beyond any dealership employee I ve ever worked with- sent me so many photos that I requested, from the interior to the undercarriage. She kept me updated on vehicle service and other information. I highly recommend working with her!

Purchased my first car in Colorado with BJ, and the experience could not have gone any better! He was very professional and thorough throughout the whole process! People will say "it's a car dealership" and yes it is, but the staff goes the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable and they take your problems to heart. This was my first visit to Woodman Nissan, but not my first Nissan. This Rogue is my fifth Nissan. But let's get back to Woodman Nissan. Clean and orderly work bays with certified mechanics and communications with the customers waiting for their auto. What can I say? I will tell you after my next visit. Our service advisor, German Macias, helped us and also told us there was a software update that would take another hour. He had the courtesy van take us home. My service was minor, the usual preventative maintenance. Look forward to my next visit. Bet nothing will change and only get better.
