The best shop I found in town. 2 others mechanics installed spark plugs wrong and blew my Triton engine. Westco went above and beyond to get me a new engine at a great price. All of my cars will be serviced here going forward. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Pete with Pro Roofing Construction, and yes we were very impressed with a repair they did for one of our trucks, we could have gotten taken advantage at another shop easily with an EGR code and they simply burped it and did not charge after they had scanned it.

i was blown away by this place. not only was Angel at the front helpful and knowledgable, when they ran into an issue with my repair they called me right away and then Dave the mechanic and Angel made calls and got more info for me to make adecision on how to proceed. they finished same day and did not charge me for the for the extra time and trouble. Wow, thanks car is great and i am now a Westco customer. great work, great prices they kept me in the loop and are so friendly highly recommend

I needed a DOT inspection on my truck and trailer. They got me in quickly. I had some issues that I had to fix and they went way out of their way to get me on the road quickly. Super happy! Will be back when I need something. Definitely recommend.That's saying a lot since I don't normally give reviews.Service: Vehicle Inspection

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've never worked with an automotive company that felt warm, inviting and didn't rack me over the coals when I brought my car in not knowing what was wrong with it - until now. Every moment of our exchange with Westco was professional, prompt, honest and forthright. This company functions as the perfect example of what this industry needs. Angel and Amberly, specifically, were exceptional to interact with. They even called me a Lyft to pick me up so I could pickup my vehicle same day! When I entered the office it was like visiting old friends. They were knowledgeable and transparent about all the work that was done and I left with advice on how to take care of my vehicle moving forward. 10/10 would highly recommend!Service: Engine repair

They were accurate (something I didn't experience at the dealership), quick, and incredibly helpful. We were on our way to a wedding rehearsal for a granddaughter. We were an hour away and the car made a funny noise and we lost power steering. We quickly looked for the closet mechanic and thankfully pulled into Westco. Kyndra looked at the car and determined it was the serpentine belt. She had the part ordered and on our way in an hour. We know that was a special blessing and doesn't normally happen. Thank you for answering our prayer and the other gal that helped us was Angel. How fitting! Thank you so very much and we highly recommend them and the very clean and well decorated shop. Cold water, coffee and snacks plus chocolate which was a bonus!

Dave and his team are on the ball! I brought in a 21 year old Silverado with a plethora of problems. Dave diagnosed everything expertly, gave me a very fair price on the work and did a great job on following through and ensuring the repairs were completed thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail! I bring all of our work trucks here and have also referred employees, friends and family. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack. Was in town visiting and had to drop off my Ram 3500 for some repairs. Not only did they work with my warranty company, but Angel and Amber were very on top of keeping me up to date. Would certainly recommend them for any diesel repairs.

We originally had a bad glow plug and then several seized in our engine. We took it to Dodge in Colorado Springs, but they weren't very communicative and after not telling us what was happening for 3 months, they slapped us with an almost 17k estimate just to fix the glow plug issue. We decided to try out Westco due to their great reviews and were not disappointed. Westco gave us several options that were either to fix the glow plugs or switch out the engine altogether for less. We ended up getting a brand new engine put in our Ram Promaster 3500 Eco Diesel. They talked us through the entire process and updated us as they got more information. We got our van back in about a month, which was pretty good timing for post-pandemic issues in production. When we got it back, the ETC light came on and they helped us again, very quickly. The van runs like a dream now. Everyone in Westco was super helpful and knowledgeable and listened. Reg and Amberly were fantastic. I selected Westco based on where I could take our car using our warranty. I had never used them before so I didn t know what to expect. I have to say they have EXCELLENT customer service. They communicated with me through every step and when I had to pick up some things from the car they showed me where the problem was and explained what they were doing to fix it. The woman at the front texted me updates and responded to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Westco for your services.

Super super helpful for me. I really appreciate the fact that they do seem to actually care about the customer and understand that money doesn t just grow on trees. They gave me 3 different solutions for my problem, they were completely honest with which option they felt was best for my car (which conveniently actually wasn t the most expensive option) and explained what all three options would do and how much they would cost. Super super friendly as well including being able to get me an appointment almost immediately! Thank you all at Westco!Service: Brakes

I am a new customer to Westco but will definitely be back.I had been having some issues with the shop I was accustomed to bringing my van to and decided to look for a new place. I needed some new work done and I had been dealing with a reoccurring issue for over 3 months with the other shop that just wasn't getting resolved. It didn't take long for them to figure out what was happening. Repairs have been made and for the first time in over 3 months it's running well. What I learned is that while the other shop had done nothing wrong, they were missing another issue that had a chain reaction. I'm so grateful for David seeing the big picture of what was happening and diligently fixing it. There's nothing worse than not having a reliable car.I am so happy to have a place I can trust. Kendra and Amberly were awesome as well. Very communicative and genuinely want to help you. Sent pictures of what they found along the way. It's hard to find someone to trust in this industry, and I have been searching for a while. They Make it easy Thank you to my new "go to" mechanics!

I had a big issue with my catalytic converter and Westco provided options for me to select. After making my selection they were quick and professional completing the job perfectly. my roommate has gone to Westco for all his car issues. finally it was my time. something to do with my washer fluid and didn t feel comfortable trying to fix it myself. Westco got me an appointment the next day! well, i ended up getting sick so i rescheduled. when it came to the repair, it was such an easy fix and they didn t treat me like i was stupid (like most places i ve gone to tend to do). they were super friendly! will definitely use them again! grateful for this gem of a company

I couldn't say enough good things about this shop...they genuinely treat you like a member of the family. Amberly and Angel deserve a raise, they answered every question I had, kept me up to date the entire way through, and truly have honesty and integrity. Best automotive shop in the country. I ve lived all over the place with different cars and worked with several different mechanics. This is a family owned business with the best prices in town and the best service and skill in town. I encourage you to do your research. Call Westco first, speak with Amberly. Then call around town. The folks at WestCo are the best of the best. There is no one else in Colorado that I will let work on my vehicles. They are fair with their pricing and try to be as accommodating as possible. Very helpful and communicative. Took the extra time to find a part in the US that was only showing available in Germany. Saved us weeks of waiting and a few dollars in the process. 10/10 would recommend.
