Excellent experience. Very organized. Got 4 new tires done in 1 hr. Free road hazard insurance if you are a Walmart+ member. Not sure what s up with bad reviews. Maybe make an appt and come in the morning during the work day. Haha. Can t beat the price.

They dont know anything about cars and you shouldn't take your car here because they might mess it up. They wasted almost 2 hours of my time to lie to me and refuse to do an oil change because "I didnt have an oil dip stick". When I showed them where it was they admitted that they lied because they didn't want to do my oil change and gave me more lies of why (something wrong with my hood which is was just open and I closed it to show them nothing was wrong and that they didnt want to get oil on my stuff which was not in the way and easy to move).

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Mechanics are great. However, the lady (who huffed and puffed the entire time) told me it is REQUIRED to replace all of my fairly new four tires because of a nail in ONE tire. I took my business elsewhere and it was plugged completely free.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. As you can see in the picture, the wait time was nearly 3 hours. Do not go there without an appointment. You will wait forever.

Very honest people. Their prices are very affordable if you have little to no money. There are long wait times, however when the service is done it s worth it.

Service was decent, 2 hour wait for necessary repairs but overall okay for a Walmart center. Don't expect the worse or best from this place.

0 stars if I could. The lady working check-in says that it s required to replace all 4 fairly new tires instead of replacing the single tire that has a nail in it. I have been to other Walmarts that will replace a single tire with no problems and no hassling. These scum bags don t deserve your time or money.

The word to best describe this place is a circus. Different acts and characters; depending on the day, you'll get different outcomes.Today, I parked in the tire lane, because naturally you park in the lane for which you're requiring service. I was quickly met with someone yelling at me that I can't park there, repeatedly. As a common rule of business, if you have employees who are incapable of interacting with customers, they shouldn't. This is one of those situations.Shortly after, Sam comes out, and asks what do I want. I explained I need a tire replaced under warranty. He tells me that I can't take the wheel off the the vehicle for repair, otherwise it voids the warranty. So in other words, you have to tow the vehicle in whenever you have a flat tire. If you change your flat tire and put a spare wheel on the vehicle to drive it to Walmart, it voids the warranty. I checked Walmart policy and it does not state this, because why would it, that would just be absurd.This place could do well with some retraining or new management, because something is clearly not working.

These guys are the most incompetent mechanics I've ever seen. They stripped my drain plug doing an oil change. Then dropped something in the engine trying to get the oil out. My car has been in there parking lot for 3 days being pummeled by hail. I wouldnt give them 1 star. Please guys don't let them ruin another car. Go somewhere else.

***Misinformation and unreasonable wait time***.I needed an oil change and to fix air bleeding tire and then to rotate the tires. So three relatively simple things. I have on my car Walmart tires with hazard insurance included.I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. I was told that a walk-in would be fine and no appointment needed for this type of service. Ok, good.Today, Saturday I go there and check in at the counter at 10:45am. I am told that it will be about 2 hours. No problem so far. Cars are moving in and out but my car is sitting there yet nobody works on it. No updates given. Around 3pm (!) I am getting tired and irritated and asking what's going on. I am told that it will be done soon. Then the mechanic comes and asks if I still want the rotation. Duh, yes, of course, that's what I came here for. He says that he was working on cars for people who had appointments.At the end I am offered a "sorry" and that the next time it will be better. I am departing from Walmart Tire Center at 3:45pm after spending there 5 hours (!)This is not a well organized system. Employees don't give correct information. No updates. No one seems to be taking ownership of anything. Very bad customer experience and service.Services: Tires, Oil change

Been getting an oil change here the last few changes and I've never had an issue till today. This is more of an observation, not a complaint. But it took practically 4 hours for an oil change today. No apology, no discount. Nothing. I think I just caught them on an off day. Luckily I had nothing else going on. I'll be back just letting you guys know. That kind of thing could be unacceptable to a normal customer.

Great overall experience. My wife and I stopped in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. We were warned it would be a bit of a wait because we had about 4 cars in front of us, but no one in town can beat Wal-Mart s prices for a full synthetic oil change. Took about an hour and 45 for us. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Shout out to Sean and Dre for the help!Services: Tires, Oil change

Horrible experience. I was the only vehicle getting tires. Was told it would take 45 mins 1 hour at most. I was waiting around for over 3 hours to have my tires changed. They wouldn't give me my keys for 30 mins after my car was done. They just had it sitting out back to make my wait longer. Very disappointing and frustrating. This is the best example of people in customer service being ignorant. Also made me late to pick my kid up from daycare.

This location it s always great to go to, people there very respectful and very helpful and honest. I thought my car needs a new tire but it turns out it got fix for $3!!!!Austin such a great worker he will always help every time I go there, thank you so much Austin.I definitely recommend this tires center and I hope stays the same great place.Service: Tires

3 hours for a simple oil change. 3 hours - how is that acceptable? And then when I ask for a manager to speak with it s just more waiting and hoping someone shows up. First time I came by at 10am and not a single employee spoke to me. They sure have no careService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They didn t properly reinstall my oil plug leaving my car with no oil and my engine giving up on me while driving. I ve got 2 daughters. Anything could of happened to us, but thank God we were able to get to safety. My cars engine is completely damaged. Walmart claims won t answer their phone to get this sorted and I ve been on hold for days for over 5+ hours to get them to figure this out with me. Never thought this would happen to me and it s completely ruined my whole world. Please never take your cars here or trust these individuals to properly do a job or empathize with you. Better me than them though right? Take it to a trusted mechanic/company. Thanks a lot, Walmart automotive.Service: Oil change

Took my car here for a tire change recently and also a battery replacement. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, even though they also operate on a "first come, first serve" level as well. If you make an appointment, you'll get prioritized over walk ins. I was there less than 1.5 hours for the tire change, and only about 15 minutes for the battery replacement. Definitely the cheapest work for tires in town based on my own personal price comparisons.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Posted opening hours are 7 am. I pulled up to the Lube entrance at 7:08 and the doors were still closed. Finally, about 7:15 someone opened the bay for tires and helped the person waiting there. At 7:23, I still had not been helped and when I looked over to where the tech had been assisting the other customer, I noticed him talking with another driver who had apparently just pulled up, so I left. This is the second time I have been ignored while waiting for service at this Wal Mart car care location. They obviously don't care about customer service. Pay a little more and get better service somewhere else!

I highly recommend coming to this auto center for your tire needs. They were fast and efficient and didn t give me a hard time with with my road hazard policy unlike the auto center in monument.Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely ridiculous. This is the THIRD time I've shown up well before closing (it's barely after 5) to try and get an oil change and the third time I've been told they closed early, that they're not accepting anyone else anymore. And to be greeted with "I'm well aware of what the hours are but we're not accepting anyone else" is an abysmal excuse of customer service.

Great experience overall, I really appreciate the leniency for the extended hazard protection.Only issue was the difficulty to ensure that my desired tire was in stock. Hopefully their database get's updated and improved in the future.Service: Tires

They actually had full set of tires for my SUV in stock at a great price. Not generic off-brand ones either. All the staff was very courteous from start to finish and the job got done unbelievably fast. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Normally change my oil myself, but I was unable to get the bolt off to drain the oil. John was extremely unpleasant and had quite an attitude. He was very disrespectful and wasn't welcoming at all. He drove my vehicle in so fast that he had to slam on the brakes. He then came in and said that there is nothing wrong with my bolt and said to put a little more mustard to it. I was extremely embarrassed and will never go back. I would fire him on the spot after this review. Can't wait to speak with the management from this store. Don the Service Manager was off so I will be calling and will update this review after the call.

Very pleasantly surprised with this shop. Came here after Midas wouldn't take me well before closing time for a basic oil change. In and out in literally 15 minutes, very nice and attentive. Filled tires and helped me identify a small puncture in one of them. Even noticed that I had purchased windshield wipers and washer fluid and offered to come back out to put them on and fill fluid for me. All for a $20 service! Will be coming back for sure.

Best bang for your buck , my car I got all 4 (awd), brand new tires for 410$ with the road side assistance and in and out in 1 hour . Some quick shopping and shopping makes time go by quick and never had an issue . Only comparable tire shop is probably discount tire . Great service !
