I got new tires here and it was the worst experience. I got in their line outside at 1215. I got seen at 1240 and ordered 2 tires. I was told my wait would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By 3 I went back to the tire department and my car was Still not even touched. 355 my car finally goes into the bay. 410 someone told me I HAD to order 4 tires or else I would be turned away, after arguing back and forth and waiting 4 hours I conceded to the 4 tires. 445 they come to tell me they don't have the tires that I ordered at 1240. 515 I ask how much longer it's going to take for my car to be completed. They tell me 20 minutes, they still needed to balance my tires and put them back on my car. 6pm I finally get my car back. Just about 7 hours waiting, 5 hours past their estimated time, 4 tires instead of 2 and zero courtesy or respect or common decency. I will never ever come back to the auto care center.

I'm pretty impressed with this place. I've never had anything done at any location, but a friend said she knows someone that works here and that they do a good job and I will go there again. I went within an hour of their closing and there were I think 2 in the shop and 2 others waiting before mine. At the time they pulled mine in, they were actually closed, but they didn't seem to mind at all. Friendly and professional as could be. I felt bad because I knew it was going to take awhile for mine, with 2 tires that had nails and an oil change so ordered them pizzas since it was also late at night. The guy that helped me for all but checkout was really funny, such a great sense of humor and personality. They knew what they were doing when they chose to have him deal with customers for sure. The price was crazy cheap. I got fully synthetic oil and they had to repair 2 nails in one tire and 1 in the other, plus they checked and topped off all the other fluids for less than 100$. My car is still reading 100% oil life a week later and the tires are all holding their exact air so they did a good job also. I'll probably consider them for my next set of tires but will definitely make them my regular place for oil changes.

Beware having them install your battery. Bought battery and had installed. Car kept stalling out when coming to stop. Mechanic knew this when giving to me and said it was something with the alternator, just needed to run for awhile.Fast forward 2 days later when the stalling is becoming worse and more dangerous everytime I drive. Including stalling while merging onto road. I pull into advanced auto parts and they take a look.The problem was that the connection to the battery was so loose that could easily just pull them off. So the car wasn't get the proper amount of electricity. I was about to replace my alternator before the way more knowledgeable folks at advance pointed out the obvious issue. Walmart mechanic almost cost me a lot of money and gave me my car in a way that was unsafe without trying to figure out the issue. Useless.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation and I had a custom bottle opener attached to my keys. Once I received my keys back I noticed my bottle opener was missing and I told management about it missing and they told me they don t know what happened to it or where it went.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Took my truck in about a month ago to have my wheels rotated. They called me and said they couldn t do it because my lugnuts were too tight. I picked up my truck took it home and realized they didn t put my wheel lock back in. After many trips and phone calls they cannot find it. They told me to take it somewhere pay to have my lugs removed then they would reimburse me. I have been to three different tire shops so far and no one can help without severely damaging my wheels. Still trying to find a way to get these off and they won t do anything about it. Absolute worst experience ever!Service: Tires

Amazing service! Bobby went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on with our car. It was late evening on Friday night of a holiday weekend and he was so patient. Great service tonight from Cooper and another gentleman (Darrell?). I usually go to the TLE in Pueblo and this location was way more attentive to cost and customer issues. Cooper ensured to have my road warranty applied to my issue where I've struggled with this in Pueblo. Grateful for this service and will be returning.Service: TiresService: Tires

It took over 3 hours to get an oil change and to get 4 tires, installed, balanced and mounted. If a something happens at the service desk I guess it requires everyone in the motor pool to stop what they re doing to help answer a general customer service question.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Ordered tires from Walmart, venetucci store, never recieved notification that tires are in. Called and asked how long to get installed...told it would be a 3 hr wait for two tires and better if I made appointment. Showed up 15 min early at their request. 2 hrs 45 min later tires were installed. Saw tech put keys in key box and didn't tell anybody car was done, no one around so we had to track someone down to tell them car was done and we would like to get our car and leave. So 3 hrs without appt...3.5 hrs with an appt. ???? Need an auto manager that can get that place organized and have those people get organized!

My tires were delayed past four different appointments and the lady at the check in area was rude. They refused to allow me to leave my vehicle which has a slow leak in one tire making me air it up and take it back home to be without a vehicle for who knows how many more days! It s been 8 days now! Where s the customer satisfaction guarantee?! Don t go here these people are unhelpful and show no remorse!Service: Tires

Well the service is great. Just they are soo short handed the wait is 3 hours or more. They can schedule putting on tires. But not oil changes. I feel they should be able to schedule every Service they offer. So if they are fully booked they can tell people.

Second day they told my husband it would be a 3 hour wait. The old lady in the front rudely asked my husband ''what do you want now?'' after he came back the second day. He asked her to repeat herself as he was surprised by how rude she was and again she said ''what do you want''. He asked for an oil change, & she said it would be 3 hours. My husband didnt have anything else to do so he told her that would be fine. She laughed & looked at the other two workers and said ''this one's going to wait the three hours'' as if he wasnt standing right there. It's no one else's fault if you hate your job. It's ridiculous for us to pay for a service to be treated like an annoyance.

Terrible service no one seems to care at all here very lazy lousy employees that just take turns taking breaks instead of working on your car. They take over an hour to service each vehicle and just don't seem to care at all.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always busy, when I go usually a 2 hr wait. Maybe 45min- 1hr per car in line and they sometimes close early because they don't have enough staff but they do a good job and the price isn't bad for some stuff like oil changes. Def go to a tire place for leaks though, they'll overcharge

They did my tires and everything I paid for but they said it'll take an hour and a half and I ended up waiting 4 hours with my wife and baby, don't normally post bad reviews for being behind schedule, it happens, but almost 3 times as long is crazy, after 3 hours I asked how much longer and she said it's almost done, another hour later it was finally finished, everyone in there seemed to be hustling so I can't blame all of them but 4 hours for 1 set of tires is crazy. No way in hell can I go back for car services

Went to get two tires through warranty because they are bubbling. Waited there for an hour and a half before they came back to say they couldn t get the system to work. I asked if they had done any of the work and they said no. So I sat there for absolutely nothing. They told me to come back the next day and another person they said by name would help me. Called ahead to make sure that person was going to be there and they said they aren t going to be in at all today. The guy taking care of me apologized yesterday which I was okay with. But I should not have to wait over and hour and a half for nothing. Having to wait days to fix my tires since I can t drive my car until it is fixed is very frustrating.Service: Tires

Will never have anything done here took 4hours with an appointment to do tires and an oil change. They didn't even reset the oil computer setting and tried to say they didn't have tires. Had excellent price on Goodyear wrangler tires . Dropped off at 8 am did not get done till 1130a m . Just 2 tires nothing else . They were not very busy . 2 tires should take 30 minutes 1 hour max . I'm being generous with time frame.

I appreciate the price of my oil change, but three plus hours to get it done not so much. I also do not appreciate the technician resetting my maintenance to 3,000 miles when my car is set to 5,000. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I went on a Wednesday and still waited over three hours

I'd leave a huge thumbs down if I could. 2 separate stores, both horrible! Tried to get my oil changed on South Academy twice, to no avail! First time they said they were closing, even though they still had two hours to go according to their posted hours. Second time, it was going to be a three hour wait. Only 2 cars infront of me. No thanks. So I decided to try another one on Platte here recently. Was told 45 minutes. Shopped for over an hour, came out and my truck was where we left it. Two other cars, that were not even there when we showed up, were pulled in the bay, and no tech to be found. The other techs working had no idea where the tech that checked me in was, he'd left with my keys and didn't put them in the key box. I was very upset. I will pay the extra and take my vehicles to Big O from now on. If only Google would let me give negative stars .....

Took the van in just after 7am for an oil change with fuel injection. We were told.our vehicle was next and that they were pulling one out in a minute. They were not busy when we got there with no wait time. We waited 2 1/2 hours (from the start time) and finally asked if they could tell us how long it would be. We were told 10-15 more minutes. 30 minutes passed from that time, and a little bit after the 30 minute mark, our van was finally done. Over 3 hours for an oil change during a non busy time should not be acceptable.

Always pleasant and depending on the time you come about a hour or two. Best time to come is early morning. Prices are reasonable. Oil changes and tire repair or new tires. They can't do auto repairs.

WARNING DONT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! I spoke to Bobby and I spoke to Arnel and I had three cars serviced there with four tires on all three cars oil change tuneup air filters I will never do business with this tire center again I was told my 2011 Honda pilot not a problem they could do the tires I purchase the warranty everything well they took out the sensors didn t replace them and here I am now with a light being told I have to go to another garage to have it programmed because they don t do that. They had no problem taking my money .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Let me preface this by saying I do almost alI of the work on my vehicle myself but I don t have the equipment to do everything. I had a set of new wheels and tires mounted and balanced and had some vibration in the front end so I had them rebalance my front two wheels with different weights than originally put on to see if that would solve my problem before doing all four. I m glad I only had two done. When they were finished one of the wheels was pretty well scuffed up and both of my center caps were dented up... plain carelessness IMO. I ll be bringing my truck elsewhere in the future.Service: Tires

The staff at this auto center are great. I had just gotten new tires installed and immediately got a flat. Bonnie and heather were so compassionate and extremely helpful in getting back on the road. They definitely raise the bar for Walmart customer service.

Just called up there that have a question. And the Lady on the phone was so rude it was honestly unbelievable. Anyways if you re gonna work customer service be in a good mood regardless of the day you re having. People will be more prone to come in and if you re nicer. I definitely will be taking my business somewhere else

Terrible tire service! Maybe installation is good, I don t know yet, but I was here over 2 hours to change 4 tires.UPD: But quick fixing problem with tire rebalancing and friendly personnel.

Very poor service! Super slow check in took the old man 45 minutes! Check in me and one other customer! They broke the stud while installing my new tires and then suggested i take it somewhere to get it repaired and then bring them the bill. I sure I'll get stuck with it! I would not recommend them even for a oil change! I would give them even less than 1 star rating if possible!

I had to replace one tire, so I called the store and ordered the exact same tire already on my car. I went in early before work one morning to have the tire put on. They had ordered the wrong, but the tech said it work. Unfortunately I wont be able to have my tires rotated now because they are still too different. The lady who waited on me was very nice though and offered to order a new tire before we found out this tire would work.

First I went there on a day that they said that I would have to wait for over two hours for an oil change because the only had one tech on the bay. When I asked why that was, I was told that the rest had called out that day (bad way to run a business if you ask me). I was willing to wait but then was told that they could not service my Fiat 500 unless I went and purchased my own oil filter for it and brought it back. I said I would if I could keep my place in line since it would be a quick trip to the autoshop store since Walmart did not sell it for my vehicle. Again I was told that it was not possible to hold my place in line unless they had the keys to my vehicle. Enough said, I told them I would be back the next day with my filter and left. Next day I am there early (about 8 am) and about third or fourth in line. They have more techs on hand that day, I have my filter (which only saved me about $3.00 from the price of the entire oil change!) and it still took them about a total of three hours to service my vehicle. I finally left Walmart that day close to noon. I have taken my vehicle for service in the past to many different places to include other Walmarts and have never had such terrible service at any time before this particular two days. I expected some sort of apology or discount from Walmart but received nothing at all. In the end the manager (knowing that I was frustrated/upset) with the service did not even approach me but threw me to another associate to close out the transaction. Shame on Walmart for such an atrocious customer service in their Tire department.
