Absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my new Camry TRD. I knew exactly which car I was wanting and Robert helped tag it for me so upon delivery it would be mine. He updated me throughout the transit and kept me up to date on its whereabouts and expected delivery date. He was off when it came in today so I had the pleasure of working with Zane. The process was easy and no nonsense. Zane was eager to help and no pressure. He got me in and out and met every question with an informative answer and confidence.Dealership is undergoing a remodel but waiting area for service is well equipped with a coffee machine, water and snacks.

I honestly cannot say enough about Toyota of Colorado Springs and how they handle customers and their overall philosophy of selling vehicles.Throughout the process of purchasing my new Tacoma I worked with Robert, Jeff, and Dom. Each of them was fantastic. This is one of the coolest parts about this dealership. They all work together, they take time to answer all of your questions and you don't have to put up with the traditional dealership experience.The sales folks take care of the paperwork and it's quick and painless. They sell at MSRP and unlike the other Toyota dealership in the Springs, they don't automatically add $1000s of dollars in dealer add-ons like paint protection and vehicle tracking systems to every vehicle.This is the pinnacle of an in person car buying experience! 2023 Rav4 XLE - Bought brand new in October 2023. I worked with Jeff P. and he was amazing for me. He made things crystal clear each step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. The exact trim/paint/packages combo that I wanted wasn't due into their COS dealership, so he worked out a trade with an outside dealer to get my desired car onto the COS lot for me to buy.Jeff was also very flexible with timing as I was out of town lots before I could test drive and sign papers.I considered all Toyota locations in Colorado and Toyota of Colorado Springs was by far the best (hence the reason I bought from them). Was just convenient for me that I'm also living in the Springs!Once again, very professional, easy and unpressured experience I got from this dealership.

My husband and I had an easy, fast, and enjoyable experience at Toyota. We worked with Kai, who had a no-B.S. and comforting way about him. It was enjoyable to work with someone my own age instead of a century old gremlin who is only after a commission. Thank you, Kai. Toyota never lets us down.

The BEST Automobile Dealership experience OF MY LIFE! (and that was even before I bought from them!!). My wife and I were traveling down the freeway in our older Toyota on a Friday night with an impending winter storm when we suffered a mechanical failure. I don't even live in Colorado, don't know my way around but we managed to make it off Interstate 25 and found Toyota of Colorado Springs. It was about 30 minutes AFTER they had officially closed. The manager, Michael McCulloch was still onsite doing his final lock-up and went out of his way beyond what I would have expected to be helpful. We explained our predicament. He suggested leaving the car for their service dept. to look at Monday morning (remember this was Friday night with a storm approaching) and then proceeded to loan us a car for the weekend. Not rent - loan! So, we weren't stranded all weekend, we had wheels, mobility. Come Monday morning, the service department could not fix my ancient Toyota (I won't fault them for that, it is probably older than most of you reading this). I understand this - I know cars. But we needed to get back to Arizona so I bought a car from them, a used car, and again, everyone I dealt with was professional, competent and very helpful. No pressure, no sense that they were "taking advantage" of me considering our situation - and I had sold cars a number of years ago, so I have seen all sorts of abuse heaped upon customers and potential customers elsewhere but there was none of that here. To the entire sales, service and parts department staff I give a big - THANK YOU! My name is George Giese and I proudly attach my name to this review. PS - the car I bought has performed perfectly too!

JP has consistently been attentive, helpful, and informative whenever I bring in my 4Runner for service. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. It was a pretty easy buying experience and our guy Zane Leaf was great! He was able to put us into the truck I wanted and completed it in the time frame he promised definitely recommend if you re looking for a Toyota . Very happy with the Tundra!

Bought a new 2024 Tundra limited and Dominic Eby was PHENOMENAL to work with! He listened to what I had to say and didn't try the high pressure sales tactics that some of the other dealerships did. He gave me the information I wanted and let me take the time I needed to make a decision on what I wanted to buy. There was a slight problem that I noticed when I got my new truck home and he followed through with service after the sale and did what needed to be done making me a very happy customer. If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend going to see Dominic!

My experience was amazing! I ve been to this dealership 2 times in one year for new cars and Zane Leaf has been an exceptional salesman! He was able to prepare my new car and paperwork before I came in and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes with his continuous help. Zane explains things clearly and in depth with a personable interaction which you don t find much at dealerships. I recommend if you want the brand Toyota come here and work with Zane! I live 2 hours away but was willing to come down to this dealership because I trust Zane has my best interest!!

Shenise was thoughtful, honest, and kind in her customer service. Austin helped with sales, and it was nice that he helped from start to finish so that we didn't need to talk to multiple sales and finance associates. Austin was also very helpful and cheerful. We never felt coerced once. My daughter is very satisfied. Thanks for the great experience!

Ray Heddy was fantastic! He helped us from beginning to end. We didn't plan on buying a car the day we went into the store, but we needed a car soon and he found us just the right one! Zane Leaf & Tristan Hilton are by far one of the nicest, most respectful & understanding car sales team I have ever dealt with. I was a little nervous because my last experience buying a car was stressful & I felt very pressured. It was easy, quick & literally painless. I was expecting the catch to get me during the entire process but it never happened! He helped me get a new car to fit my massive dog into & he listened to my wish list for a perfect car. He found it fresh off the delivery truck. I ll never buy another brand or from anyone else. Toyota fan for life! Thank you Tristan & Zane.

We just bought a Grand Highlander from here! It was a great experience! Zane was our Sales Manager. He found us the exact car we wanted, and it was such an easy and quick process. No hassle and super friendly. We didn t spend all day at the dealership either. Then, Joe, a product specialist, showed us how to use our car before we left. This is the place to buy a car.

I wanted to say thank you to your salesman Dominic Eby with his help and patience in buying a brand new Tundra. In the past I ve had a negative experience at this particular dealership, however Dominic educated me, sharing there was new ownership, what changes they made and their new successes. Because of this salesman, that s why the deal was closed, and now I would recommend people to go there.

This was our first experience at Toyota of Colorado Springs, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My family couldn't be more pleased with being assisted here. Our sales advisor, Ronny, was largely responsible for this. From the beginning of the process, Ronny was respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He kept us updated at every step and communicated thoroughly to make sure everything was in order. He continually made the effort to help us in any way possible. We greatly appreciate his service for our family. Not to mention, we couldn't be happier with our Grand Highlander. Incredible experience - we strongly recommend Toyota of Colorado Springs.

Zane was very helpful when we decided to buy a new Tundra I-Force Max. The paperwork was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. Easy and Fast, no B.S. The easiest new car buy we've ever had.The young lady that did the initial training with all the controls and dash instrumentation was great also. She new everything about all the controls. She was great. Kudos to her also.

Car salesman Christopher Rupp helped get me my dream truck! I was very happy with the transparency at Toyota of Colorado Springs. No extra fees that I could see, the price advertised was the price I paid. Thank you for making the process straight forward. Only downside was having to wait a few months for the truck to arrive but that's not a issue at just this particular dealership.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our car-buying experience here! The entire experience, from start to finish, was easy, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. We worked with Chris, and he was outstanding. He was a solid resource of information but was in no way pushy when we were thinking through the best vehicle for us. We appreciated the transparent pricing and the one-touch point of sale system. It was nice to not have to work with an overly eager finance person trying to push products on us that we didn't need or want. We ended up with a RAV4 Hybrid Limited and are extremely happy with it!

I've been working with Jeff Patterson for the past several moths and have had a very positive experience. He is patient, answers every question, is responsive and fair. Jeff is a true professional and I recommend you ask for him!Beyond that, I had an issue that required additional help where sales manager Josh worked with me. He was fair and did everything he could to help me out. No scams or gimmicks with this dealership. I really lucked out with this dealership because many are not as fair and honest as this one!

The maintenance department at Toyota of Colorado Springs is probably the best I've experienced, and I've used the serve department in many dealerships over the years. If you decide to use them look for JP Peltier - he's all about great service - kind, helpful and thorough. He looks for ways to provide you the best products and services at the least cost. Awesome. Wonderful experience buying my dream vehicle here. Kai was patient and professional and worked hard to get me the best rate and loan, even with my difficult work history and credit score. Everyone was courteous and professional and friendly, and no one tried to sell me on things I didn t want. Highly recommend!

Alex Pacheco is the best in the business. He made sure to get me the best deal for the car I wanted and he took care of everything in a very timely manner. Megan Sutherland was also very helpful with finding the right car for me. She was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars on the lot and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a car. I would recommend this location to anyone who s looking to buy a car.

I went to the Toyota of COS in November in search of a new Tacoma. When I called the dealership, Ray answered and told me he would bring a Tacoma around so it was ready when I arrived. We began the process of getting the model I wanted built and sent to the dealership. Over the 5 months that we worked together Ray was incredible. He continuously touched base with me about the process and was so friendly and professional. He was an absolute pleasure to work with which I never imagined a car salesperson to be so kind and personalble. He clearly believes in the Toyota model and puts the needs of the buyer before anything else, I never felt like he would lead me astray or misinform me about any of the additions, products, or processes. I highly recommend going to Ray for any car buying needs!

I feel so lucky for two reasons. The first was that while looking at Supra inventory on the Toyota site, I found a Supra that was in transit but not sold. I reached out to Toyota of Colorado Springs and was quickly connected with Daniel De La Vega. He is the second reason I feel so lucky. He made the entire purchasing process so easy for me. He is extremely knowledgeable about how everything works, from the warranty to details about the car. He was great to work with because he was flexible in how we communicated, whether it was via email, text, or phone call. He was quick to respond. By the time I came to the dealership to pick up the car, he had everything he could lined up and ready to go. I would recommend working with Danial for sure.

Had a very good experience buying our new Rav4 Hybrid. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Zane helped us close the deal and Megan saved us by setting up our technology. They were able to help us differentiate between the Hybrid and Prime. Wish the staff had a better understanding of the tax credit and rebate programs. Overall a good experience.
