I will definitely be getting more work done here! Techs went above and beyond with my 93 ls400 I had a freeze plug in the back of my engine go out and they finished the job quick and even with the few hiccups the tech ran into they stayed with my original quote and even threw in a free hose my car was missing thank you again guys!

I have an old school Toyota 4Runner, mid 90's. 2nd generation. On an occasion, off to buy some new parts. ( I DON'T ALWAYS SHOP HERE, BUT WHEN I DO. IT'S FOR THIS SPOILED VEHICLE. ) Great service, & attention to my request.

I cannot say enough good things about JP Peltier, in service dept. at Toyota of Colo Spgs. He was so busy but still so accommodating, compassionate, understanding, and quick. I had my 25K mile service appt. with him and had serious tire wear on my AWD Sienna (that will be towing a trailer 1,000 mi. soon). I needed tires but wanted to shop around. JP went above & beyond helping me to make the best choices for me and my budget, never belittling my choices or plans, but helping me with them. Raise your kids to be like JP. And I think JP needs more recognition for a job incredibly well done too, maybe his own office to start!

Great experience buying a new tacoma from this dealership. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman than Jacob. He was incredibly helpful and cool. Best car buying experience ive had.

This is a great place to get your car serviced. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I was helped by Chris, from their service department. He was always extremely knowledgeable and could give me accurate price estimates on the work that needed to be done. He also kept me well informed while my car was in the shop for a couple days.I took my car in for regular maintenance and asked if they could check out some strange noises I'd been hearing for a month or two. They found the problems and fixed them perfectly!Also, one of the times I went in and Chris was not ask his desk, instead of letting me sit there for an hour, one of the Assistant Service Managers, Dave, actually went to to find Chris and let him know I was there. I just hope I wasn't interrupting Chris' lunch or break. It's the little thing that really show how much they care.

Normally I would rate higher however my last experience was disappointing. I drove over 50 miles for service and repairs after making an appointment. We needed a seatbelt replacement and was assured they can do this the same day. After the service was completed we were I formed they needed to order the parts. I would have not come in had we been told that initially. This is why we scheduled the appointment in advanced

Incompetent despite being friendly. Had car for 4 days for paint touchup. It never got done. Never for phone call for updates. Ask multiple times for updates and requested them to call me with updates so I could plan work schedule.No apologize from service department. They blamed their mobile 3rd party paint guy. You're a large dealership? Mostly passed about not getting updates when I asked specifically AND took 4 days car sitting there until I was just done and picked it up myself. Facility was clean and nice too bad service wasn't as nice. The shine is just lipstick on a pig; teach me to go to dealerships waste of time. Glad I bought at Echo Park. Don't want to imagine the buying process. If you need service go to real shop.

Nice friendly people. They follow through on what they say they will do like follow up phone calls. Gave me good instructions on what I was to do taking a part home with me. And say hi to the cute doggie if you go there! Friendly all around plus wagging tails.

I ve had a great experience buying my badass 4Runner working with Nick and Justice. I came in to check out a 4Runner that ended up being sold the night before, which worked out really well for me because they had me test drive a Special Trail Edition with a tonnnn of upgrades already ready to go and included in the price. I m gonna look so cool Coming from a Civic, I feel like I m driving a spaceship.

Bad service and bad people I took my car Toyota Puris to put in a new cat converter when I bring my car home get big smoke I took my car back to the shop they said the problem was water pump I told them I know my car is not pum water. Took my car to another shop they said the guys change the Cat converter make missing and for the power for the car I'm going to court I all pepper about the service my car

I pulled a truck a trailer in their lot trying to get turned around, it was a big mestake! I got around to the back side of the building and discovered that I was not going to make it all the way around and had to back out, two young men came out and pushed a car out of the way to help me out, a BIG THANK YOU goes out to those two young men! I appreciate your help in a very tight spot!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!JIM ANDERSON( the blue truck with the 53 ft trailer)

Took my vehicle here in to be worked on. Took over a week for the parts to be ordered. It's a standard part from Toyota. Put an extremely bad taste of Toyota work and what they stand behind in my mouth. Good luck on getting your vehicle out in a timely fashion if it is under warranty.

Kinda sketchy dealership. Their servicing on leashes is misleading. Many services that were covered under my friend's lease were never performed. Management could offer no explaination nor would help. Really bad customer service. She ended up having to pay for services that should have been covered under the lease.

I get shafted every time I bring my car here. The service center sent me home with flat tires and one tire even had a huge gash. On the paper they gave me, it said my tires were full and had no marks. Check your car before they give it to you. Even though I get free service because I lease my car, I'd rather pay another company to service it

We set an appointment to have a recall taken care of on a 2005 matrix... they had the car all day and when we got it back they said they dont have the parts... all day... and they knew why we were bringing it in when we set the appointment a week earlier... great service department there.... 2 thumbs up...

This place gave me the worst taste for anything toyota - i sent my sons scion to get the wire harness fixed and key programmed to the ECU - the previous owner had tried to install an alarm and had jumpers all over - i sent a matched ecu computer and matched keys with ignition reader as well - I took pics and used my wife nail polish to mark the computer and ecu as I was told they were crooks - so to not get ripped off i sent the car to them using a local shop as I knew it was a dealership service for programing - they charged a thousand dollars and said they "replaced wires/harness" and ignition and ecu but suprise suprise not only is the same parts in but even the original jumpers from the old alarm - all still there so for a grand they what flashed the ecu and reprogrammed the key i sent with a master - now it starts when it wants so my son takes the chance of being standed as its not run correctly once and when asked to look at it they immediatly wanted another 500.00 for a new diagnostics - my son has less than 100 miles on it - TOTAL GARBAGE - LIARS - AND THIEVES DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME THEY WILL JUST LIE TO YOU - I will never have anything to do with dealership

1 hour and 20 minutes to replace a bulb that usually takes less than 5 minutes to put one in? And it still was not done yet I had to take it to another shop. I'm done with this place

Typical dealer pricing is high. But the service and employees are friendly and helpful. I always get a bag of popcorn and cup of hot chocolate.

Called ahead with warranty covered issue, made appt, obvious repair with what would seem a regular part. Had to wait 6 hrs to get mirror glued back on....what?
