They genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction! I experienced a flat tire this morning, but dropping off my car at noon was a breeze. In just two hours, they had it fixed and ready to roll.That wasn t my first visit, and each time they ve consistently delivered exceptional service. Their efficiency is unmatched!I got new tires and an alignment for my BMW X5 and the results have been outstanding. Highly recommend!

The Tire World team is top notch! We were hit with engine diagnostic problems with two of our vehicles recently. The team was able to rule out issues with one vehicle and determine the specific engine problem for our second. The repair work has proven to be solid and we couldn't be more pleased. Good people, that do great work and treat their customers the best! Thank you!

We have used Tire World for many years now, for both personal and business vehicles. They are always friendly, do excellent work, and have always been fairly priced. Would recommend them for anyone who has service or tire related needs.

Not a big of a fan as I was when they were locally owned. Fortunately my the same service writers have stayed, at least enough of them have. I still feel confident in the services I receive. Been going there for years. Don't plan on changing.

Went for a tire repair and wow that was probably one of the best experiences I had an an auto garage or any kind. The young man behind the counter was amazing and deserves a raise let me tell you that. Plus the team in the garage were fast and efficient. I was in and out within 40 minutes, I will be back for more services at this location. Just earned my trust and that is hard to do.

We have been using this specific location for over 25 years and are usually treated fairly and with courteousness. A few things have changed over the past two years due to new corporate ownership, but that is out of local employees hands. Just be aware: Big Brand Tire Service ( the corporate owner) sells all of your customer information to Carfax (and others?) who then sell it to insurance companies. A corporate employee claims they do it so a customer s warranties stay enforced. Why do insurance companies need to know when and how often you get an oil change or your tires rotated? So much for customer privacy. Remember, this policy has nothing to do with the local employees.

Personable and professional. Didn't have my tire in stock but still pretty quick turn around. Since I already had a spare on was able to leave the wheel and they put it back on with the new tire the next day.

This has been my shop of choice since moving however after my latest visit, I'm considering where I'll be going from now on.Went for an oil change, and everything was fine then at the end of service they stated all 4 of my struts needed replacing and were charging $1600.I decided to see if I could find a mechanic with more reasonable prices. Upon taking my vehicle elsewhere to have the the work done, this mechanic stated NONE of the struts were leaking (with photos providing proof) and was just as confused as I was.They were willing to charge me $1600 for work I didn't even need.Very disappointed in the dishonesty, and will no longer be recommending them.

I was able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation same day. When I arrive Beau promptly took care of checking me in and also checked me out. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Overall a very good experience!

Today I was fortunate enough to have a friend recommended to me that I go to Tire World for questions re: a situation I was having with my car. I was very apprehensive, because in the past when I would go somewhere, just to inquire about my car, let s just say it was concerning. BUT .. today, I was fortunate enough to have Jason service my car for me! He was intelligent, informative, forthright, professional, conscientious, and very polite. He made this establishment stand out to me amongst all the others! He has given me faith once again in the auto industry, because of the way he chooses to show up to his customers. I hope you know what a priceless commodity you have in him being there. I thank God that I was able to come across Jason s path today. I will definitely be spreading the word so people know they have a genuine, intelligent and capable expert to go to. Thanks, Jason!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! Absolutely the worst discount tire in Colorado. Over 10 employees with only 1 car in front of me in the tire check station yet waited for over 20 minutes without a single person being able to help me whatsoever before I had to drive without my tires being correctly filled even after I spent almost $1500 on the tires from them . Will not ever return to this store or company after this miserable experience!! Sickening

I had to help my girlfriend with her tire that was going flat. I thought since It started getting cold it just needed to be filled but upon further inspection the valve stem was ripped. I thought I needed a tire so I called them on a weekday and asked if they had the tire in store, they did. Even better they were available to take us in within that 15 minute drive there! When we got there I genuinely thought it was a new tire situation but they convinced me that it only needed a valve stem and did not take advantage of me. It only took a quick visual inspection then he said I would be 20 minutes. Above all it only costed 20 dollars! I am happy to have a honest and respectable tire service so close to home.

Customer service great with everyone we encountered. The lobby area and bathroom was clean. We did not have a long wait and the price for my oil change was affordable. They even offered me a coupon without me having to ask. Thanks Tire World

We have used Tire World for new tires, oil changes, and all things maintenance. Staff is always Honest and super friendly. They help us with all of our vehicles. We will always refer friends and family to their locations here in the Springs.

I got a flat on the way in to work on a very snowy day. I got there about 830 and they were able to change out my tire and put on my spare in under 45 minutes. It was an awesome experience and the crew there it's great

When I couldn t get into a tire shop to get my flat fixed, these guys got me in within 15 minutes and had my flat fixed within the hour. Not only were they extremely friendly and professional, this quick fix was no charge. I will forever come back to their shop, and I will send everyone in need their direction!

Had a 10:00 appointment to do a simple alignment. It is now 11:30 and they have not even started it yet. Poor scheduling and poor communication on their part. I'm leaving without a alignment and scheduling a appointment elsewhere.

While I've normally had a decent experience here, I was astounded to find out that I drove 50,000+ miles on tires (tires that they recommended and installed) that were the wrong size and not safety or speed rated for my vehicle. They also kept me driving slower than what my speedometer registered (maybe not a terrible side affect). Something to keep in mind when you ask them about tires.

Scheduling was amazing, and the customer service was great. Got in and out same day as scheduling. Spent a little more than I wanted to, but definitely got what I paid for. The location is good too. I will recommend, and will be back. Thanks JT for the help. You did good my friend.

Been coming to Tire world for years to get my car worked on and while car works is never fun, the team here makes you feel welcomed and they go out of their way to provide genuine and honest service unlike any other car shop I ve been to! Couldn t recommend them enough!

Called for a same day appointment, they got my information and I was set. Walked in was greeted and told the price, they took my keys and were done in 30 minutes! Did not try and upsell me on anything I did not need. Did recommend what was needed and I'll be back for my alignment. I'm looking forward to going back for more great service.

We re honest, when I didn t need brakes, when that s the only thing I dropped my vehicle off for. They were kind, and efficient, not pushy. Guess you don t have to be when you have a dedicated customer base from good service! Thanks everyone

Made an appointment for a wheel alignment. I was checked in right away and the service was done in about 40 minutes. Great service overall. Prices were fair.

TJ (Tea Jay) was great, and super helpful. I called a bit late, and intended to set up an appointment for the following day. I was asked if I would be able to come in today so that they could at least get the measurements - allowing them to be quick about it the following day. I went in, and they were able to take care of it before closing; replacing my two front tires. The price was just a hair over 400 for the tires I required, the extended warranty, wheel balancing, tire recycling, etc... I found this to be perfectly acceptable for the service that I was provided. They were unable to do an oil change as it was almost closing time when I left, and unsure about a transmission fluid replacement due to how my car is built, and not having been able to guage their ability to provide that service by looking at it. There was one disgruntled customer in the lobby who was unhappy with the price of a service that had yet to be provided, but that had sounded more like an issue with comprehending the legitimate cost of correcting what they had done to their vehicle. The team handled the concern EXTREMELY well/professionally, considering this person's accusatory behavior. It is what it is. I would definitely go back for future service needs. This team has earned their 4.7 star rating on Google!
