Tire World on Voyager in Colorado Springs is always my place to go for help. I hit a pothole on Sunday morning and Robert checked the damage and ordered a replacement tire. Monday morning the work was completed. They are honest and fair in evaluating and pricing.

Consistently a great experience. Solid mechanics and honest staff. Probably our 5th set of tires and other repairs. Considerably less than other tire shops too. They ve repaired my wife s 4Runner when I was deployed with minor charge, and saved me on electrical and tpms repairs also. If you re looking for integrity, this is the shop to use.

This place proved to me again and again that a store can be genuine and kind.I got called for a break lights issue and they could've simply said there was a problem and charged me. But they were so great and said just a wiring issue and fixed mine without charging a penny.Instance 2: I had a minor issue, and they fixed it and did not even ask me a penny( right away fixed it, even though it was busy that day).Definitely a service, customer-friendly rather than a money-minded place.I could give my car any day without worrying about a surprise quote.Thanks, everyone one of you who works here!!

Great experience! Broke down while traveling cross country on a tight schedule. I had my truck hauled to the shop on three wheels and told the guys at the counter about my situation. They got my truck on a lift and quickly assessed the damage. I expected my truck to be in the shop for 2-3 days, but they managed to get the work done just before closing that same day. Multiple employees chipped in to get the job done so I could get back on the road. I was able to finish the trip on time, and the truck is rolling good as new.I was impressed with the polite, professional, and compassionate customer service I recieved from the guys at the counter. The technicians clearly have the skills and motivation needed to quickly maneuver my 3 wheeled truck onto a lift, diagnose the problems, and make the repairs.

My experience with tire world has been a peaceful one. I got into an accident and immediately upon them receiving my vehicle Mr. Dane and Zach got to work and kept me in the know through this whole process. Not only did they fix the obvious damages that was don t to the vehicle but they also continue to inform me of any hidden issues that was wrong with my vehicle. I ve been in the Springs for 2 years now and I wouldn t recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else. These guys are work to Standard not to speed perfecting their craft while to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Thought it s called Tire World, tires are just a small entity to the overall performance of this shop this shop has a broad range of capabilities. To Dane and Zach thank you so much for making this such a peaceful smooth effortless experience for me and my family and thank you to the entire Tire World team for I know Zach and Dane are but a representation of the entire team. Tire World Auto Repair is a wonderful business! I woke up to a dead car battery and they were able to replace it that day, plus fit in an oil change. They provided excellent customer service and clear, prompt communication. Dane answered all my questions and provided great status updates, and Alexa provided superb mechanic service. Thank you all!

They got the tires I ordered in and set up a time to put them on. Ontop of that they helped replace my shocks and my control arm when it was needed. I haven t had the time to bring it in for any further work due to my work schedule and they made it easy. All of it done within the day due to being able to have parts on hand! The guys were great! I spoke with JJ and Jeff when my tires were going to be delayed. They notified me pretty quickly when I had put the order through so I didn t waste my time coming to them on my scheduled time. And I was thankful! When I dropped off my car, I worked with Mark and he was great keeping in touch with updates. Was able to get a shuttle service to my mom to pick up my vehicle due to my work hours and because we were in their radius it was as easy as that! Great service! Used to work with them when I was at Caliber Collision.

Nate was awesome. Super helpful and professional. Even pointed out something I didnt notice and did a great inspection. I would definitely recommend working with him. Place was clean and nice. Service was fast. Needed tire patch. Did it for free! Thank you Nate and all the nice guys in the shop.

absolutely amazing so sweet. had a disaster morning husbands tire blew out so bad we tried a patch and fix a flat and nothing worked. this was the closes tire place from where we were.everyone was so nice, we had to bring in the tire( obviously we coudnt move the car)they had it fixed faster than it took us to get the tire off the car.SO SWEET AMAZING PLACE. people are awesome facility very clean and such quick service.

Been dealing with a nightmare situation between AAA insurance and Tire World, finally got the final authorization for the work to be completed but due to "company policy" they will not release my vehicle to me, despite Jack telling me that they just needed the authorization. Been a loyal tire world customer, this is the last time. They've gone downhill since they were bought out.

We scheduled an appointment online to have needed repairs prior to a trip. The appointment was scheduled 48 hours out. My wife presented for the scheduled appointment time only to be told that the online scheduling system doesn t talk to in-store system. The employee made no attempt to make the error right. Instead, he told my wife they were booked up for the next week and that she would have to schedule another appointment. He was indifferent about the situation and welcomed her to book somewhere else. We have used this location for our routine car maintenance without issue, to include booking appointments online. The attendant working the desk at 9:00 am this morning should be trained in customer service. We will look for another business to service our vehicles in the future.

Had a tire alignment done and they had Great Customer Service. I haven't experienced such great customer service in a long long time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Dan welcomed us, checked in our vehicle and let us know about their shuttle service as it was going to take a little longer than expected due to an employee call off. Dan was honest and understanding, which I respected him for that. We took them up on their shuttle service which took us home while services were rendered. The new shuttle driver, I think his name was Mike, was wonderful and super nice, drove safely, and shared one of his favorite fishing stories with us. I would highly recommend!

I've had nothing but great service here! It's been my go to shop for tire and stabilizer service for over three years now since moving into the neighborhood. The staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I'm very pleased. Keep up the great work guys!

We had an appointment to have winter tire mounted at 10am. By 2pm they still didn't have it ready...when I inquire they said 'It'd take an hour after they start the work....not at our appointment time. Furthermore, the set of winter tire was to be put on a brand new car, yet the told my wife they'd likely need to charge for an alignment as well. We had no problems with alignment. I took the tire back and went to Discount Tire...in and out n 45 minutes...no B.S. up sales. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Tire World.

Don't use the online scheduling. I thought this was a really convenient and helpful feature until I arrived for my appointment. It turns out online scheduling doesn't actually interface with the store. I would have given a single star rating except the staff member was friendly and genuinely sorry he couldn't get me in for days. He couldn't say why they don't disable the online scheduling.

I could not be any happier, arrive in the area due to a business trip. I had an exceptional experience at this car care center! They swiftly replaced my alternator within just 6 hours of dropping off my vehicle. The efficiency and speed of their service were truly impressive. DANGEROUS TO HAVE THIS COMPANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!DO NOT HAVE TIRES INSTALLED HERE!Do NOT buy their warranties! THEY ARE NOT HONORED!I bought four new snow tires with a lifetime warranty two winters ago; one of the directional tires was installed backwards, causing unusual wear and tear on the passenger side of my vehicle. This one tire working against the other three also left me stuck in my driveway unable to get to work multiple times over the past two winters. The way this tire company installed my snow tires is very dangerous, in snow and ice especially. I have three children, and if I did not have extensive experience driving in icy conditions, this faulty installation could have caused numerous accidents and possibly even death one of the many times my vehicle spun out due to Tire World s careless and incompetent workmanship.I brought the vehicle into the same location where the tires were installed incorrectly, and they would not honor the lifetime warranty, though it clearly covers workmanship and material defects. The sales representative argued about the the wear being from a bad alignment, though I have alignment records and have never had issues with my car pulling any direction until one of the professionally installed winter tires was installed and mounted backwards. The representative accused me of driving the the tires in the summer and stated I should have brought this to their attention sooner than they were unusually worn as they were. I explained that I have a set of summer tires and wheels, and only drive my winter tires during the snowy months as I regularly travel through ice and snow storms with three children. The representative stated they could have fixed this problem if it was brought to their attention sooner, and denied the warranty coverage. I explained that I should not be responsible for making an extra six hour trip away from home to have a tire company correctly and safely install tires; it should not be my responsibility to check that a professional company does their job right, as they have people s lives in their hands.What this company did not only put my children s lives at risk (along with others on the road), but also was completely unethical as they would not honor the warranty I purchased from them.Save yourself the time, money, and trouble; keep your family and others on the road safe. Do not give your business to company.

I went it to change a tire, but Mark was definitely very helpful over the phone and in person informative, to let me know I would need a tire change and being very honest and that's what makes me really trust and would highly recommend going here to get help. Not only that but there mechanic Johnny was able to repair my tire even by fitting me in there busy scheduled.Mark & Johnny, thank you.

Great customer service is not dead. Traveling through the springs and had a trailer tire fail. Dane and the guys at Tire World were surprisingly, open on a Sunday. When I let them know that we were traveling, they expedited replacement of 4 tires and we were back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service, fair price and old school courtesy.
