This is my go-to place for my car maintenance and repairs for several years now. I highly recommend this location! I've had repairs done here and they have been great with finding the problem and fixing it quickly. Their prices are really reasonable and I've been really happy with Josh (service manager) and Mark who work there. They called and kept me posted along the way and gave very reasonable recommendations for my 2005 Rav4. I ask a lot of questions and they were really patient and respectful. They have always been super helpful and trustworthy. Very impressed with their service and nice to work with good people.

Awesome experience start to finish. Only tire shop in Colorado Springs that could get my plow truck back on the road during this wild snowstorm. Steve, Josh, and Vince went the extra mile when they could've found a reasonable excuse to turn me away (not fitting in the service bay). Instead they had me pull up next to the bay and worked on the truck in the snow. Thanks again guys! Until next time.

These guys are amazing! We always get an appointment right away and receive excellent service. Found 2 nails in my tire, patched it right away and did not charge us a dime. This is our third experience like this. We use them for all work possible. Thank you Tire World

I have been using Tire World for a while and will continue to use them. They made a small mistake with my last oil change but made it right, and the guy that called after I mentioned the mistake was very kind, informative, and offered a great resolution. I feel like I can trust this auto shop with anything. I really appreciate their effort to mend my issue and help me understand how to best care for my vehicle. I will always reccomed them to my friends and family for any vehicle service.

Employees are very respectable and courteous. Have never had a problem at this location. Was able to get my vehicles in in a timely manner. Would recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

In between dog walks this afternoon my car alerted me to a tire pressure issue. I discovered I was the lucky recipient of a screw in my tire. I stopped at this location and was in and out within one hour. The store front is clean and the employees are kind and helpful. There is a waiting area with seating and complimentary water. Best of all my tire pressure issue is resolved at no charge and I am back on the road for another job. I have also had my vehicle serviced here before and the price was fair and the work was done right the first time. I will return in the future.

Honestly, place deserves more than 5 stars. I have been taking my car here for new tires and oil changes for years now. As well as for the occasional odd problem with my car. To say that the staff is professional and caring is an understatement. Even when they are extremely busy they always make an effort to go the extra mile and help when I needed something. Never have I felt like they are trying to put one over on me and push me to get things done that I didn't need.

Well, it kills me to do this, because I have been coming here for 20 years (When Carl owned it and Rick was the manager at this location - bought my tires here just last summer) but the service and quality control has gone down and the prices have gone up. I brought my truck in for a full synthetic oil change, the guy who helped me at the counter was awesome - but the techs just rushed the job... they didn't rotate my tires, or top off my fluids, (so I doubt they did any of the other things they said they did) and they left their mat and steering wheel cover in the cab. I need to be able to trust my auto shop... mine and my family's lives are literally in their hands. If I can't trust you with the little things, how am I supposed to trust you with the big things... I knew when the shops sold - things would change... but I trusted that they would keep the same excellent quality and service... I guess I was wrong. (Edit: Also - the online reservation system isn't linked properly with the location - I submitted my appointment a day early - they weren't sure if I was even scheduled)

After setting up an appointment (per usual; doing it for the past couple years), I went in for an oil change. Usually the website's appointment system work as intended; you pick the time slot (a.m./p.m.) and drop it off accordingly. Also, they have my name and email. When I turn in my keys for service, they have my car model in the system. This time, I wasn't assigned a time slot; directed to drop the vehicle before 4 P.M. Some things changed and I believe this is where the confusion happened.Mark guided me through the services, alerted me about the $25 discount, and helped me select the right service. Finally, we agreed to do the full synthetic oil change for $80 after the $25 discount. Fast forward to after service, I was being charged $109 after the discount. Mark told me they didn't have the information about my car model and that he was looking at the wrong oil/wrong service at the time of request. It was very frustrating to see the different price on the invoice. If I had to pay the $109 ($134 before discount!), I wouldn't have requested the service. At the end, the crew helped me match the price back to the original quote. As usual, the service was great. Mark was quick to update me when the service was done.The reason why I gave 4 stars was because of the change in the system. It was very convenient to schedule an appointment through the website. Rather than being helpful this time, it caused confusion to both parties.Mark and the crew, thank you for the service and assisting me in this confusion!

Vince was very kind and helpful. I had a screw in my tire and panicked because I got tires from another company. Vince got me quickly taken care of as a walk in. I didn t feel any pressure to get any other service. Vince let me know that they re mostly full service. I ll definitely be back! Thank you Vince!

I had an amazing experience. Savanna was extremely friendly and motivated to get me scheduled, while being confident to have my service completed quickly. Steve did a fantastic job with the repair and I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend to anyone needing services done in a fast timeframe!

I recently filed a review criticizing the performance of an Oil change / tire rotation / fluid check, etc. The management went to the trouble to track me down by phone and apologize for the problems I encountered. I was satisfied with the explanation and accepted the apology and appreciated the trouble they went to to find me. I will go back to Tire World when the need arises. Thanks, Vince.

I have brought several of my cars for tires and repair last couple years. The quality of work has sadly declined to the point that I will seek other stores. Their location is a convenience but cannot compensate for lack of quality and dependability.

I brought my Tacoma here after a minor impact. My steering was pulling hard to the right and I figured the alignment was off. These guys squeezed me in in a Saturday and got my taco all fixed! Very nice people who got it done quick. My error code went away too after they got it sorted out.

Really appreciate the team at Tire World. I came in after the dealership said I had a hole in my tire and they couldn t repair it. Tire World not only fixed my tire but they also did it for free!

Had a tire emergency, and stopped into Tire World at 2 minutes to close. Vince was super helpful and very kind. He could ve easily said that they were closed, and I would have completely understood. However, he proceeded to help me out and get a new tire on my vehicle. Thank you so much for staying late, and for your amazing customer service!

Update - Vince got in touch with me to make this right. Their reservation system seems to be problematic, so double check your appointment if you plan on waiting, but they went out of their way to get me taken care of. - - -I had an appointment for an oil change at 5:30. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told they would not be able to get me in. I asked what the point of making an appointment was if they are not going to be able to do the service. They made no effort to rectify the situation or reschedule me. 0/10. This place sucks.

Josh was amazing! We broke down on the way out of town to camp for Labor Day weekend on a Friday eve. I walked in at 5:45 and he was immediately very knowledgeable and was able to offer a tech to help diagnose the trucks issue first thing in the morning on a Saturday. He went above and beyond trying to diagnose the problem with our truck and even though they could not ultimately fix the problem he helped make calls and recommendations for other service shops in the area who might be able to help. If we had to break down somewhere we are grateful to have been so close to this shop.
