Bob and his crew did phenomenal work! Had the driver seat bottom of my 4x4 rebuilt because of 27 years of sliding in and out plus age had worn the foam and cover down. Pulled the seat myself, dropped it off on a Monday and let them know they could have it all week. Bob called the next day to say it was done. I'm sorry I didn't catch the employees name that helped but he explained everything he had to do to repair it and helped load it for me. This was the second time I've had them do work for me and couldn't be happier. I'll be back again!Service: Seat rebuilds

I had a small tear in the seam of the leather driver's seat of my Land Rover discovery. He did a fantastic job of accommodating my needs. Matt Brady can say what he wants, but I have only had the very best experience with Timberline. They did the leather seat on my Denali pickup, the headliner on my pickup and the drivers seat on our Pathfinder. All the work was completely excellent, like new, and the people were top notch, friendly, attentive, and the price was absolutely right. Plus, the work was done at the end of the day!!! They do beautiful work--professional! The colors matched perfectly and the work they did on our cars as far back as five years ago is still like new. I would recommend them over any other shop in this town. Bob and his staff are all very knowledgeable and do their work to perfection. I just can't say enough! We are so very pleased.

I highly recommend Timberline Auto Trim.My 2008 Honda Ridgeline was in need of headliner replace/repair. I took it to about 8 different shops for quotes.I selected Timberline Auto Trim because I felt their explanation of services and work to be done was clear and inclusive,and reasonable price. I liked the family owned business, including 25 + years of experience. Wow! I am so elated with the results, and could not have been more pleased. It looks brand new!!!!! I now know where I will have all my upholstery needs done. Great attention to detail, work completed on time, excellent price, and service with a smile!!! We did a remodel on our rv. We needed foam to make two more seat cushions. Carol was great to work with. Carol took her time to make sure we got the correct measurements and firmness. I asked the owner to look at some stitches on the seat. He said to keep an eye on it and if needed he'll drop a couple stitches in. I appreciate the honesty!

Took 2 recliners in that needed different foam in the seats. The upholstery team carried them right in and replaced the foam and fixed a piece of velcro, while we waited. Were in and out in about 20 minutes. They were SO helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend them for any upholstery needs. Thank you guys so very much!Service: Upholstery repair

Bob and Jeremy did a fantastic job taking care of my son's 1998 Mustang convertible top. We talked to other shops that wanted more than the car was worth and within 5 minutes of talking with Bob we were able to get a solution with a replaced rear window that solved the tear away perfectly for a whole lot less. Called in to get a motorcycle seat repaired. The cover needed to be stapled on. I was transferred to the shop where a guy answers the phone "yup". I told him what I needed done and he cut me off and told me it would about 50 bucks. I said "great! About how long will it take?" He says "look guy! We are busy and this isn't my priority" I simply hung up. If this is the way they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine in real life. Do not spend money here. There are plenty of places to go that are not crappy.

Replaced a leather panel on my driver's seat. Work was good except the panel was cut short so it doesn't tuck under the front of the seat, but just hangs out. I was disappointed in the quality of that work.Updated:They did stand behind their work and fixed the problem. Thanks for doing that but I'm reminded of the saying "why is there never enough time to do it right but always enough time to do it over".

Like many have said here- the owner is rude. Everything is an inconvenience to him and he's doing you a favor by taking your money. Instead of helping me find a match for my interior he spent his time trying to convince me that no one would notice the difference in material (stock fabric vs. what he had on hand). So be warned, he's probably above your job and doesn't need your money.

Great place for upholstery supplies. I have a business making tactical gear, and usually buy my fabric and gear in very large quantities online. When I need something immediately, or just a small quantity, I go here. Also, I buy all my foam here. They have a good selection, and the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.

These guys are genuinely awesome! They have your best interest and outcome in mind. They work hard to keep you happy! They could use a computer to keep themselves organized, but otherwise they are fantastic!!

Called to get some info on my bronco. Told the guy I wanted to redo the whole interior. He then processed to tell me how hard it is and how much work it would take and "I don't know what you do for a living, but this will be a pain in the a$$". Guy was completely useless and needs to rethink his business strategy.
