We would recommend The RV Smith to anyone! We had significant hail damage on our camper and they took really good care of us. They were up front, honest, reasonably priced, and communicated well with us. We had issues with the insurance company not covering a lot of the damage, but the RV Smith worked with us as much as they could. We have had bad experiences with other RV repair shops and will never go back to them. We will ALWAYS go to the RV Smith for any type of RV repairs and have recommended them to all of our family and friends. Very nice people too - hard working, honest and reputable!

RV Smith replaced our old, tired ALKO 5.2k Axles with new Dexter 7k Axles and leaf springs. They also repaired a malfunctioning water pump and made adjustments to our main slideout, and installed new Tires and wheels. Colton and crew ( and Kenzie and her sweet doggos) were all super friendly, helpful, and professional. Colton kept us informed and patiently explained everything. They were a little behind on the schedule, but being thorough takes time. They were careful to look at whatever issue we identified and fixed each. I highly recommend RV Smith.

My trailer was leaking when I dropped it off on June 2023, and still leaked when I picked it up in August2023. $17,000 got a lot of work done, but still not quite there. Every now and then a job falls through the cracks, and maybe it was my turn. Overall, Colton and team are knowledgeable and professional, and he won't spend your money unnecessarily.

Colton was very nice & professional. The facility is good too. I understand why the RV Smith receives such great reviews. The free estimate was also useful. I unfortunately I left very much unsatisfied. They're expensive. I had a list of 8 jobs. They only completed 1 of the 8 jobs. That was the easiest job. It probably took about 15 minutes. They charged me $155. I really wanted Colton to install my flexible solar panels on the roof of my RV. Colton told me that he doesn't like flexible solar panels. Ok. Colton insisted on a wooden platform on which the panels would rest. It would have been at least $1,000. I've seen plenty of YouTube videos that show you how to attach flexible solar panels directly to the RV roof. No wood necessary. Colton was inflexible. I think he could have been a lot more resourceful in his thinking. The effort wasn't there. I don't think he cared about me or my campervan. I'm hoping that he will reconsider installing my flexible solar panels at a reasonable price. I'm willing to give it a second chance because most of the reviews are very good.

Going to the The RV Smith is like going back in time, to when customer service, quality work, and standing behind that work meant something. Colton is an expert, and clearly takes pride in doing the job once, and doing it right. I live nearly 4 hrs away, but if I need anything for my RV, I will gladly drive to The RV Smith to get it done right.

Highway Robbery ?!?!? - according to the owner , 98% of clientele come from locals. Sign above the cash register Indicates that starting in June the per hour rate will Increase to 155$ an hour.Ergo my surprise at a 1000$ bill for 40$ worth of parts and 3 hours worth of work. While I am grateful that the shackle links were replaced. I was told they would be the MORryde upgraded version. Instead got the basics. And a broken pin on my landing gear to boot, while in the shop. It appears that if you re not a local they will take advantage knowing you won t be back.While the work was performed. 12 bolts isn t worth a 1k bill.If you re from out of town or passing through, I d skip this spot.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Went in to The RV Smith and had the pleasure of working with Clint. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional to work with! I can't speak highly enough about RV Smith to pay justice!We had our travel trailer there for repairs on the springs and axle. Best customer service I've experienced in a long long time. They fixed our travel trailer within a day with upgraded parts and worked together with our ectended waranty to get everything covered. If you need repairs for your RV, this is the place to go to.AAA+ with 10 stars for RV Smith!

This is the second time that I have worked with the RV Smith for repairs on my off-road camper trailer. Both times they have gone above and beyond the norm to make sure that my rig was safe and ready for camping adventures. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Their prices are fair and they do great work. Their customer service was excellent, which is a rarity today.

We recently purchased a used RV and Colton with RV Smith was so incredibly helpful! He did the full inspection for us at a reasonable cost, advised us on all work needed, and then performed all of the work in an incredibly timely and professional manner. During a time when people can t seem to get appointments for help with RVs, Colton was a breath of fresh air. He was fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We would recommend his services to anyone! We also paired our work that Colton did with work by Clint Scruggs at Patriot Motors for a much improved rig! They are a fantastic team.

Definitely contact The RV Smith for your RV service needs. Colton arrived when scheduled to service the wheel bearings and change the mother board on the hot water heater of our Coachman trailer. He completed the work quickly and even installed a door catch for us. His prices are very fair. We couldn't be more pleased with The RV Smith!

This is an awesome place. The owners Kenzie and Colton are very personalable, and caring people. They go over everything that has or needs to be done for your specific job or jobs, and do a great job with very reasonable pricing. I recommend them very highly for your RV needs.

What a great service! I coordinated with Colton a few hours before I got to town. He was able to fix problems my dealership wasn't able to. He found a couple of issues that the repair shop I was in a couple of days ago did not find. He is reasonably priced and would be my first pick to work on my camper.

Highly recommend RV Smith! Colton arrived on time to both appts (initial appt and return appt to install the parts he had to order). He was professional, knowledgeable and communicative and he got the job done same day at my home versus hauling my trailer in and having it sit for weeks which is so convenient. He even went above and beyond with some tutorials on the ins and outs of my living quarters. Definitely will use RV Smith for my trailer needs in the future!

Colton came out to our RV and cleaned up the furnace. He came out the same day we called. We were having LP gas coming into the RV, he fixed everything. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, pleasure doing business with him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Man am I glad I found The RV Smith. After weeks and weeks of trying with big dealers and other companies, some of which aren't taking new clients for months, I found The RV Smith while looking at some reviews online.Colton was quick to respond and super professional. Helped me get through the warranty process and showed up the next day to fix my travel trailer.Not only did he fix the slide on my trailer on the spot (after being told by the "other guy" it couldn't be done), but he also spent the time to make sure everything was dialed in correctly. He even cleaned up and reattached the panels and fascia that the other guy tore apart and left behind.Our family is so grateful for Colton and The RV Smith - without him the rest of our summer would have been ruined!

Winterized my living quarters horse trailer as well as performed maintenance on the trailer . Colton is very knowledgeable and does an outstanding job. Colton with the RV Smith is excellent and he has earn a Customer for life. My wife and I decided to by a grubby old travel trailer and the scam artist we bought it from said it had all of the tanks... well it was a FEMA trailer, our faults for not researching enough, anyways I had no clue where to start and so I sent out inquiries on Yelp! Colton responded in 30 minutes to let me know he can add all three tanks, a pump and switch and his price was almost as good as me taking on the job myself. To make things worse, we have a trip planned so there is a deadline. THE RV SMITH DELIVERED! All set for our trip and he walked me through how to work everything. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional! Definitely recommend.

Colton was very professional, quick response, I was in the Hospital and our inverter charger shorted outin a park in Mesa, Arizona. I was at a dis advantage being in the Hospital. Colton knows rvs and does a proper repair job. He also returns phone calls and makes appointments that he keeps. He gets the work done in a timely manner. He cleans up after the job! In a word, professional. We will keep coming back to him for our repair and maintenance needs.

As a local RV Dealership that rents upwards near 30 RVs, we have to have a reliable mechanic on call that knows how to get the job done right the first time. Over the last several months we have really tested The RV Smith out on just about everything that can go wrong with a camper. We have dealt with many mechanics and we really do stand behind the name of the RV Smith. Fair on pricing, shows up on time, and doesn't leave until the job is done. Clean, professional, and absolutely the best when it comes to fixing RVs. Trust this business and don't look anywhere else.
