BEWARE! This is a long one please read if you are thinking of taking your vehicle here. This is a pop up shop and it shows. They follow the storms to capitalize on your loss. Read the fine print. They force you to sign a contract at drop off that they can charge you an astronomical storage fee on top of more if you decide to pull your car before repairs are done. (This should have been a BIG red flag)Took OVER 2 mo to get my brand new 2023 car completed . I had to constantly check them. They told us they would send progress and update photos and i never received a single photo. All the updates i got after calling several times were vague at best. They lied to me several times.If you have to inquire or want to get an update be prepared to call everyday or leave messages constantly just to deal with new people on the phones that will give you the run around. Every time they told me they would ask and get back to me they never once did. I had to keep calling back. They were rude, cut me off and talked over me on nearly every occurrence. They claimed to have called my insurance for 5 days for the estimate because they don t keep any record (from the review/walk through with the ins adjuster visit) They refused to give an update and blamed me or insurance for delaying when they couldn t check their inbox. I was told they were waiting on confirmation of payment up until my car was ready when they were paid nearly in full on week 2 confirmed by my insurance and one person on their team but it was never actually documented on their end so they kept using it as an excuse. They claimed to have started repairs several times. New cars have apps and I could see the last time my car was moved or even started. It hadn t been moved from the lot for over 2 weeks or even turned on. They lied and someone in the office even tried to tell me they take apart cars in the dirt satellite lot. Maybe they do considering the inside of my car seats were covered in dirt. My husband drove by the lot one day to look and there was what appeared to be old carpet on the top of my car. They will try to repair things that they are being paid to REPLACE just to put extra money in their pockets. They told me they won t be replacing my hood bc it is too far back ordered, and they don t have time . This resulted in my best option being that they did a rough job on my hood that now flexes way more than it should and not to mention they ripped up the cardboard liner under the hood and left trim pieces disassembled under the hood. should have took it back but it would be more of a headache to take it back to them. I just needed my car out of there. I d rather pay out of pocket to someone that knows what they are doing and won t cause more damage. They have zero quality control. When i was told my car was done at week 8, it was parked in the back covered in dirt and still had many dents in the hood roof doors and had NEW scratches on the doors hood and side pannel! Also had scratches on the roof exactly where the carpet/mystery material was. It was in worse condition than when i brought it in. It took another week for them to fix things that were not done and new damages. I have heard bad experiences from several others including 3 people that were outside the office that day that were in a very similar situation. If you physically show up and demand answers then and only then will they start providing answers and actually work on it. We planned on using them for multiple vehicles, but we definitely will not be. I was promised a touch up paint pen but it s been over a month and still no word. I won t hold my breath and just go to the dealer since I d rather pay them then continue to try to deal with this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and their atrocious customer service and work. I ve never had such a horrendous experience.

I met the staff of the Hail Group shortly after the hailstorm on February 11th. I was a bit skeptical with them making door to dor house calls, but after talking with them about what they offer in the time frame they would get the truck in and out, I decided to let them do the work on my truck.After bringing it to the shop, they took about an hour and a half to do the initial look over of my truck to detect all the dents. Between 400 to 600 were found.After having that done and getting things squared away with my insurance company,we scheduled the time to get the truck in.From drop off until my truck was completed it was 2 days. I honestly was very surprised and satisfied with the work done on the truck. Logan, the tech I was working with went over everything that was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work upon completion. If I wasn't they would have scheduled time at a not so later date to complete the tasks.I do wanna say Thank You to the staff at the Hail Group for your professional attitude, taking care of my truck, doing professional work, and keeping it within a timely manner. I have to say, is that not many repair shops will own their mistakes. But Josh came through to make things right. I appreciate everything they did for me, especially Logan, whom I believe is an asset to this company. Communication was the key to me. Some things were out of his control, which I understood, and he relayed all updates through phone calls. A BIG Thank you, Logan. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done to my truck due to hail damage.

Edit to add - After finally getting our car back my husband went to reinstall our car seat base and found out the strap to secure the base in was cut in order for them to remove it.This is a long one but please read if you are considering using this company. We brought my car to them for hail damage on December 1st. We heard nothing for weeks even when calling and trying to get updates. At the end of December we finally got the estimate from insurance. We were shocked at how high it was a decided we wanted to pull the car out and not get it repaired. Knowing we would have fees that we agreed upon in the contract. Immediately after getting the estimate we called to tell them to not work on our car and we did not want them to repair it and we would like to pick it up. We got the run around for DAYS. they told us they had already ordered parts and started work on the car even though the estimate had went through minutes prior. After speaking with our insurance company it was soon realized the car should have been totaled out to begin with. As the hail group had negotiated with the appraiser and not documented repair cost on a lot of the damage. Our insurance company told them to immediately stop work. Insurance agreed to pay the fees in the contract and for any parts they ordered. They sent over a bill of the fees and for the full amount of what the original estimate was for. While insurance worked on this we went over to their office multiple times. Adrian provided us with the worst customer service we have ever received. He was unwilling to help at all. Refused to tell us where our car was. Deflected every question. He told us he was unable to do anything to help, and when we asked for contact information of someone who could help he said he was the highest up person, other than the owners who were in Argentina. He said he would have them contact us, and we still have heard nothing from them, 2 weeks later. Our insurance company finally sent someone out and saw that none of the repairs had been done on the car. The hail group said they were unwilling to negotiate on price, even though no work was performed on the car. Finally insurance was able to obtain the car from the hail group. This is a very watered down version of everything that happened, because there is not enough time to write everything that has happened. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Everything was about getting money in their pocket. Take your car anywhere but here.Also while we were in their office 3 other customers came in with similar issues.

Do not use this company. This company still owes us things they promised to follow through on MONTHS later. If you go through the reviews you see them commenting things like you still owe us payment or we have began work putting the blame on the customer when the absent ownership should be looking inward. These are lies they used on us even though payment was made by insurance almost immediately. Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted. They will store your vehicle off site and take on too many customers to handle and once you sign the contract you re no longer a priority to them. When you go in to the office because you can t get ahold of someone you will likely meet others that are in an oddly similar situation as many others have mentioned. Do NOT use this company. Don t let them fool you by paying your deductible. It s not worth the headache.

Disappointing experience. The company's approach to customer service is terrible. They give the impression of being a standard hail group when you drop off the vehicle, but there's a catch: if you opt not to proceed after an appraisal, they have a list of unexpected fees they will charge you for, this is clearly a tactic to retain business rather than genuinely earn it. I recommend checking other reviews and sources like the BBB for additional insight on how many dissatisfied customers there are. Basically get you car fixed here or pay a ridiculous premium for having us look at your car for an estimate. Bad business

Fine group of staff! Initially, I met Ben and Joe! I was sold on the service because of their professionalism! Later, I met Logan and Adrian. Great group to work with. I love the way my car turned out. It was worth the wait!

If I could give a negative star I would. This company has been the biggest headache to deal with. I wish I would ve googled them before I agreed to bring my vehicle there which they still have and have had for 40days now. The communication has been non existent. I ve had to call weekly multiple times to ask for updates on my vehicle with no info or timelines as to when I would get my vehicle back. Things did not even start moving forward until I had to call my insurance company on their behalf and find out what was actually happening. They re now telling me that bc they are upside down on the repairs on my vehicle they will no longer cover the cost of my rental that they were providing and I will need to renew it and cover the new costs myself. Mind you I signed an agreement when this all started that they would cover the costs of my rental for the time in which they had my vehicle and were preforming work on it. When I spoke to someone named Adrian and asked them what am I supposed to do now in regards to the rental and what if I wanted to come get my vehicle now he said it s disassembled, good luck. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from using this company and encourage you to contact legal council if you re dealing with this same mess!

I just picked up my vehicle from The Hail Group. Not only did they do a great job with their PDR hail repair, but their customer service was over the top. Logan headed things up . and Adrian and Mateo backed him up, and did a great job on my car. They took excellent care of me. Their communication was over the top. This is a trustworthy, Integris company, that you can trust your car with. Their PDR is the best I've seen. There are no dings anymore and there are no bad blends. Great place to get you car fixed. It took longer than expected, but the attention to detail is unreal. Any other company is going to take over 6 months to get in. I didn t pay anything out of pocket either. Great company!

Omg. Are these people that had their car worked on blind ? Pick up your hood and look close. See the dents they missed. For 10 to 30000 dollars they are the biggest scammers. 2 day repair 3 weeks. Paint burnt they quoted 2600 after my car was there 10 day they call me and tell me can t do it for that we want to get an insurance claim for about 8000 . Including rear glass . Then I had to pay for my rear glass and they wouldn t give me key back. They burnt my black paint. And still dents. I took elsewhere they fixed it. Run from this place

This outfit had my car for weeks and came up with several excuses to keep raising the supplement to fix my vehicle. It might be the biggest scam I have ever came across. Most of the cars come out worse than they came in. The good reviews are from staff and owners. You walk in the office there s several people waiting for Justin or Brooke to complain or find out what s going on with their cars and very up. Please save yourself a headache and don t go to this place!

Update Josh addressed my concerns, explained what had happened with some employees and made it up to me !!So besides me returning all of the rental $1500 that was given to me to cover the rental car amd all the ridiculous fees when I picked up my car just found out the a claim for the rental was submitted to my insurance, avoid this company, don't drop off your car without insurance approval, they'll pay for rental and deductible but at the end will claim more damages than there actually is so cannot all of their $$ back and more, bunch of dishonest peopleAurora Illinois location which doesn't show up anymore on Google maps(just weird)......to yhe owner saying client never pays of car is repaired with them hahaha, I took my car out because you guys were claiming $8000 in damage !!! Only damage was on the hood , mot the roof,sides or trunk, my car was in a car port day of storm and only exposed area was 3/4 of the hood that told me your company is dishonest and bunch of crooks, I took my car to another shop and only amount of damage was under $700 (just on the hood) I believe I posted that quote on previous review (Blackscat22)

They did an ok job on my parents' truck, but their communication was awful. I had my parents' truck there in the downtown Aurora spot, and they kept it for close to a month without any info on what was going on. Had to be calling constantly to get info and they would be rude and tell me it wasn't there fault and this and that but there job was to figure things out with my insurance not me calling for them so in some part they were very un professional!plus they stated they were gonna change some parts in the vehicle and never changed them nor did they call me back! I would call, and they told me the parts weren't in stock, so I took the car back after calling constantly and the insurance as well to get it back after waiting a month! They blamed my insurance, but they would tell me that their part was done and paid them ahead of time!!it was the hail group who were taking too long with the car since they would take so many customers cars in and be backed up! Definitely would rather go with what the insurance sends you to get the car fixed than these second parties!

These guys are the real deal! Service was incredible, Sales guys are super friendly and easy to work with. Saved me a bunch of money by covering my deductible. Gave them the keys they picked up my truck fixed it, dropped it off in no time, truly a white glove service. They helped me through the insurance process were easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns I had, I really appreciate the job they did for me.

The Hail Group has the best customer service I ve ever had. My insurance was unresponsive and they contacted them everyday until we got my car approved. They tried to only approve some of my car and The hail group got it all approved. My car looks brand new now! I m so happy i chose them because my friend chose another body shop and they paid their deductible and didn t get their windshield approved. It doesn t make sense to not fix your car with them.

My Tundra was hit in the September hail storm.Over $8k in baseball size dents.Two weeks of PDR (No Bondo) and it looks brand new.
