I had never heard of The Ding Guy before a person I work with told me they had repaired his vehicle and done a fine job. I have a Ford F150 that had significant hail damage. I had an appointment with a well known body shop near there, but they couldn't get me in until March, which at that time was three months away! When I heard about The Ding Guy I stopped by and talked to them. They're a locally owned, family run shop. Much to my surprise, they said they could get me in the following week! That was a big improvement over the other place. They also said they could have my F150 done in four or five working days, the other shop said they'd have it two weeks at least. I went ahead and scheduled the work, which took a little longer than expected due to a nasty cold snap that prohibited them from working on the truck for a couple of days. But, soon enough it was done! They stand behind their work and make sure the customer knows exactly what they can expect and when they can expect it. Their communication is very clear and easy to understand, and they respond immediately when asked a question. I'd definitely use The Ding Guy again, and I recommend them to anyone looking to get hail repair or other body work done at a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. Big thumbs up to The Ding Guy.

If you re looking for someone to repair the hail damage on your vehicle- The Ding Guy is your guy! The staff was very professional and so friendly! They coordinated everything with my insurance company and made the entire process seamless. They finished the repairs on my vehicle very quickly and my car looks FANTASTIC! I am so pleased with the entire experience.

I sent my truck in to have various hail dents repaired at The Ding Guy in the springs. The initial result of the repair unfortunately didn t leave me satisfied. The owner James stepped in to offer his personal expertise in correcting the dents and even went above and beyond to make sure my truck looked as good as possible. An owner who personally upholds their companies reputation when things fall short is something I can respect. James definitely met/exceeded the standard of auto body dent repair I have seen in the automotive business.

Large dent in my lift gate looks new! The process was easy from start to finish. The staff was super nice and helpful. I couldn t have had a better experience!

Everything was wonderful!!!! James, Brittni, and Mike were so helpful in addressing my concerns and helping me with my dings and dents. They didn t beat around the bush and answered all of my questions. 10/10!!! Best place in town. Clean, professional, friendly, and got the job done! Will definitely go back if I ever have any problems!

Brought my car in to have a new bumper installed (I had already bought a bumper and had a friend paint it). I asked specifically for all lights and sensors to be replaced. I was quoted $200 with the caveat that it could be more after inspecting what needed to be replaced. After the inspection I was told it would be about $350. I agreed...I was then asked to pick my car up because they had no room for it and would need to order parts that would take a few days to arrive and then 4 hours or so to install. 2 weeks later they called and said the parts were in but they were too busy to get to my car until a week later and it would actually take 2 full days to install the bumper. After getting the car back almost a month after initially calling them, it came back with no fog lights installed and wires hanging from the bumper.Very dissatisfied with this spot. They did not do what I asked, whether it was just overlooked due to ineptitude or they realized they never quoted me and hoped I'd just never notice, I'm not sure...but either way I'll just have this part serviced by a company that can do what I asked, the first time and would not be feel comfortable recommending anyone else here*Edit after posting this I got a message stating they wrote up a new quote with the lamps included for an additional cost. I'm not paying more money to have what I originally asked done...absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing customer service here!!! James and everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. I called to get my Kia telluride in to get a small dent repaired. They were able to get me scheduled soon after the consultation. The repair was done very quickly and I m very happy with the results. I definitely recommend bringing your car here. You can tell they take pride in their work. Thanks The Ding Guy!

I have never seen a business doing this kind of work perform at a 10 star level. From the time I walked in their business, ALL aspects of professionalism was administered to me. Every employee up to the owner demonstrated the character and work ethic that all businesses should adapt. I highly recommend The Ding Guy to all of Colorado Springs and the surrounding cities. My wife sent her vehicle here for hail damage. She went through her insurance with them. They first did an unofficial estimate then they scheduled her. This was her second opinion. We did not like the first place of service and decided to go with The Ding Guy. Kevin was professional and we were very pleased with the work they did. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding work. James and team are true masters of their craft. Not only that, they will work directly with insurance. Saved me a huge amount of headache. If you re looking for a reputable group that won t give you the run around, look no further. If you re not working with insurance, they re not the cheapest, but they are the best. Avoid the fly by nights and get it done right the first time.

Best place in town by far! I heard they treat you like family and they really do. The team went above and beyond for me and my circumstances dealing with insurance/rental car shortages. To top it all off the vehicle was done ahead of schedule on what I was expecting. 10/10 would highly recommend.

James and his whole team from the ladies up front to the one in the garage were amazing. They stayed in contact with me through the whole process and communicated with my insurance when issues came up. I couldn t have asked for better. When I got my car back it looked brand new after taking it in because of the hail damage. I would recommend them to anyone that wants things done right and for it not to take forever.

You guys are fantastic !! I had 85% hail damage on my 2022 Honda Cr-v and they fixed every ding and dent. I got my SUV back looking brand new, I am so happy and pleased that I chose you guys to work on my suv. They out and beyond to work with my insurance company, James, Brittni, and Michaela was so patient with me through everything. The staff is so friendly, warming, and like family I would definitely recommend you guys for any hail repair on my suv.

Wanted to give a huge thanks to James and the gang at The Ding Guy for removing my door ding and the dent in the roof. I wasn't worried about the door ding but I doubted they would be able to get the roof dent out 100%, but to my surprise they did. You can't even tell where it was. Thank you so much!

Wanted to share my experience with The Ding Guy brought my car in for a hail estimate. I got my estimate within three days. James was even kind enough to sit down with me and explain it to me and all of my options I had. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for to make a well informed decision when it comes to your car and repairs it may need.

Just had my GMC truck repaired at The Ding Guy. You can't tell there was ever any damage to my vehicle. Excellent workmanship Excellent service. Very nice people. I highly recommend The Ding Guy to anyone with hail damage .

They were very professional and friendly. I had extreme hail damage and in 18 says, they had my car looking brand new and no signs of ever having hail damage. Iam very impressed with their service and will recommend them to others.

Car was in worse shape and with more damage leaving the shop than when I bought it in. Don't let Tanner touch your vehicle. Someone watching a 5 minute YouTube video is better equipped to work on a vehicle than him.

Amazing place, they made the crease in the fender of the Subaru just disappear and all for a very low price. They fixed in one day when we brought it in for the appointment. They are also very friendly and responsive. Not many businesses like this one today.

This company is the benchmark of professionalism, customer service, and geniuses of their craft. My 2023 Ford F-150 was only one week old when it was involved in a hail storm. I m a very meticulous person, and you could say I m so OCD that I'm CDO. Therefore, not only did they repair my vehicle in record time (3 days), but my golf ball of a truck was brought back to NEW status without requiring paint work. This place aims to please without having to. For example a customer service lounge with snacks and beverages and a staff so friendly you feel like you re one of their own. Likewise, If you treat your vehicle like a family member, these are the doctors and medical staff to heal your loved one. I one thousand percent recommend the Ding Guy!

James was AMAZING!! I haven t even gotten any work done at his shop yet but the vibes he and his shop had were 1000/10. Would 1000 percent recommend. He treated us like we were long lost cousin that needed some help <3. Will definitely be telling everyone in town about him.

I appreciate the ding guy. He was able to help me and my friend through a funny accident that happened weeks ago. Highly recommend this body shop for professionalism and expertise of repairing such dents. I appreciate y'all's for making my ride look better than it was before.

If you don't understand how all this works between insurance and body shops then this is the place to go! He sits you down and talks to you like your best friends and explains how everything works! Their whole team is amazing and the best part was how fast they got us in and out! I recommend The Ding Guy, you'll leave feeling satisfied with your decision!
