Thank you for the great service. I had automatic running boards installed on my vehicle. They did a great job. They also took the time to teach me a few things about the specific ones I purchased. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of service. The atmosphere was welcoming and all of the employees like their job which is always an indication of a well run business!

We dropped off a 2015 Honda Civic with 60k miles because it was having trouble accelerating. 1 WEEK LATER, they said the transmission was "bad" and it would be a $5800 replacement. I questioned them and asked specifically about the transmission fluid and they said the fluid looked "decent" and that wasn't the problem. They couldn't give me answers as to what was wrong. We decided to have it towed to Honda for a second opinion.It was dropped off to Honda on Friday and the same day, they said they saw a loose pressure switch and it was leaking transmission fluid and causing the transmission to slip. They said and I quote "Most of the transmission fluid was lost and needs replacement". They also took a video of the underside of the vehicle and you could CLEARLY see the mess of transmission fluid on the bottom. We paid $300 for the fix and had the vehicle back in less than 24 hours. It's working great now.We are extremely dissatisfied with Springs Automotive Group. Their negligence is unbelievable. We're giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they didn't even look at the car because there's no way they saw leaking fluid and assumed it wasn't an issue. We have a baby due in October and blowing through that much money would've been a massive setback. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!! We will never return here and will tell everyone we know to steer clear.

VETERANS BEWARE! I bought a car for my son two weeks ago from this dealership and it caught on fire and burnt to the ground. I called mike and and showed them pictures and mike could care less. I've served this country honorable for 22 years. I've attached photo's. This is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had.

By far one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a service department. Huge shout out to the manager Dale, the service rep Manny and the mechanic Doug. I recently purchased a used Jeep from SAG and got the 1 month/1000 mile warranty. There was an open recall on the vehicle at the time of purchase, so I took it to a Jeep Dealership in town to get the recall done, while there, this so called reputable Jeep dealership told me there was a few things that Needed to be fixed. So, I took it to the SAG-Service department, seeing as I had this warranty. Dale was honest and said this other dealership was just looking to make a quick buck. He took me back to the shop and showed me, on my vehicle, that they were lying to me. Most dealerships will just tell you that something is wrong, but Dale, Manny and Doug took the time and allowed me back into the shop, and actually showed me what was really going on. To me, that s an honest and trustworthy service dept. Furthermore, another problem came up a few days later, and they were able to get everything fixed, all within the warranty. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at SAG. They re honest with fair prices, and the entire staff is friendly and courteous.

If I could I would give negative stars. This is the worst dealership/shop I ve ever experienced. Bought a car from them in September with their 30 day warranty, I told them that the automatic car I have is shifting way too hard from 1st to 2nd. They proceeded to try to tell me that they replaced the entire transmission but then when I brought my fianc� in, they said no we only replaced a part of the transmission the front main seal so not only they talk down on women they don t remember what they tell their customers. I had my car since September and have only drove Two months because how long they ve had my car. And ITS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. This place is sketchy and will try to get you to buy a car when it looks good for only 500 Miles you ll drive.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle that needed multiple repairs, and they did a wonderful job identifying the problems, keeping me posted on the time frame of the repairs, and made sure everything was covered by the warranty, so there were no surprises expenses.

UPDATE 5/22/23:Springs Automotive was quick to repair my father s Jeep and very apologetic. His Wrangler is running great now and I want to say Thank You for making it right. I am adding a few stars for this reason.ORIGINAL REVIEW, 5/17/23: Originally we brought our Jeep in for a warranty repair (yes, we purchased our Jeep from the sales department which is why we chose to have the repair done here as well). Springs Automotive Group told him that he needed a new rear axle, ball joints, radiator and an alignment. The whole job totaled close to $6k. All of that took about three weeks, and I understand as they were waiting for parts. Cool. That isn t the issue.Today (Wednesday, 5/17/23), I had to pick my father up from the side of the road because his driveshaft completely broke WHILE he was attempting to cross oncoming traffic. Thank God, traffic was able to brake in time to miss crashing into him and he was able to coast onto the side of the road. He called me so furious that he was in tears because he had to miss our daddy/daughter appointment that we had been planning for months. We had purchased tickets to the zoo so he could spend time with his grandbabies before heading back to Texas. He lost the money on those tickets, they re non-exchangeable/refundable, AND the use of his Jeep.Well, he called Dwayne who got him a tow truck, and upon inspection found the driveshaft MISSING ALL OF THE BOLTS!!! Evidently they were ordered and NEVER PUT ON. Dwayne never called to keep us updated on the status once the Jeep was towed back to Springs Automotive Group, we have had to keep calling him. The communication is horrible here. Dwayne is so worried about clocking out for the day instead of actually doing the legwork of calling us so we know what is happening with our vehicle.So all that to say, we have to wait for the bolts to be ordered and in the interim are without a vehicle, yet again. That s hoping no further damage was done. If you can miss putting bolts back on a driveshaft, something is seriously wrong. That leads to the questions of: How do we trust Springs Automotive Group to have even more work done to our vehicle after already having an incompetent technician perform with such negligence? Should the people of Colorado Springs trust their vehicles and wallets with Springs Automotive Group? I m going to say no. While I m very grateful I didn t have to plan a funeral today, I would be even more grateful if I didn t have to worry about my father getting killed in the first place.The technician s name on the paperwork is Joe Mercado by the way. Will my vehicle actually ever get fixed or will the bad experiences just keep piling on top of each other? I will keep my review updated. But until then, my one star remains. ******* Updating Review ******I thought I did this already but they fixed the issues I had . Dale was a man of his word and I appreciate the effort he made to make things right. Thank you !Went there for an oil change and that went smooth no issues there however they did not react patch the splash guards on the bottom did some damage to the. Vehicle called the next day never got a call back left multiple message.Updated **** Dale service manager reached out and called back set up schedule to get checked out. Very friendly set appointment and will adjust rating accordingly. I did appreciate a call back and updated my review.

Took my car in June 2nd and had it diagnosed with a broken front driveshaft. Today is June 7th and still have not received an estimate. Called the dealership for a loaner car and was told there were none available. The service center told me it was driveable for a few days. Every time I call them I m told Sorry, it was really hectic today. We ll get back with you tomorrow. I understand that. It happens at my business, too. Except where I work, tomorrow means the next day. Finally got tired of waiting and the noise getting worse so I took it to Hometown Garage in Woodland Park. They not only gave me an estimate on the spot but also told me that it was not safe to drive and got me in immediately. The interesting thing about this is when the owner or any of his employees come in to my place of business, they are treated as a priority. After I purchased my car there, 3 other employees bought cars there. Then I got my wife s son to buy a car there. And 5 days later I m still waiting for an estimate? And told it was safe to drive? I will continue to give the owner and his employees quality, priority service at my place of business. But when it comes to automotive work, I need a shop and dealership I can depend on. Apparently Springs Automotive Group is not that place. I have 1 vehicle and a disabled wife at home. However, after reading other reviews, it seems they have major issues working on driveshafts anyway. All I know is that I will NEVER attempt to do business with them again nor will I recommend them anyone. Edit- 1/15/24:One of the general managers, Mike, spoke with me about making things right with this situation. I am currently purchasing another vehicle from the Platte location and they have been great to work with.

I have been using Springs Auto Service for years with all my vehicles. Dale and the team always provide top notch service. I have priced out other mechanics and Dale beats everyone every time. They recently moved to a new shop. This place is awesome! lots of lifts and it looks like they invested in all new equipment. I have started to take my truck here for service rather than the dealer. Service is far superior and I never feel like they are trying to sell me services I don't need. My last visit to to Springs Auto I had them install a lift kit and new tires on my truck. They did a great job. Done in a day! Price was hundreds less than off road shops and the tire prices were less than Discount Tire. We were ecstatic with the experience at Spring Automotive Group. We only recently moved to Colorado Springs and we looking for a reputable auto shop for our vehicle care and maintenance. We found our new go-to here at Springs Automotive. Prices were fair and on point. Communication and honesty with regard to our needs were exceeded. We were given options in various prices for the work we needed on two vehicles. We have used them for tune-ups, new tires and an alignment so far. I highly recommend this team of experts for you car care. Above and beyond!Dale and the team at Springs Automotive Group were FANTASTIC! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! They took care of 2 of my vehicles. They fixed a myriad of issues between both vehicles. I did not have to make one call to see what was going on. Dale kept me in the loop every step of the way. The entire experience was well above my expectations. Unless we're constrained by a warranty that mandates repairs are done elsewhere, this is where all of our cars go to get work done (and we drive 40 miles to do so). Just hard to find places where you can have the absolute trust and confidence that you will get a job done right, at a good price, with open communications occurring throughout the process. Took care of my car pretty well just slightly flustered because the guy told me my tire hit a pothole and it was bubbled but it's all good just got to spend too buy a new tire... thank goodness for run flat tires
