These guys are great. Josh, Gary, and Bryan all kept me informed and recommended the best parts to lower and put some beautiful rims on my 2018 Tahoe! Not only that but when I called to add a custom headlight and grill install they facilitated it easily. The guys at SOCO did an awesome job on install and even stayed late after they closed so I could pick up my vehicle. Absolutely stellar experience with SoCo Customs! After struggling with a persistent squeak in my F250 Super Duty for almost a year and multiple failed attempts at another dealer, I turned to SoCo for help. Within minutes, they pinpointed the problem and scheduled me in promptly for repairs. Now, my truck feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I can't thank the SoCo team enough for their expertise and efficiency. They've earned my trust as my go-to shop for all things related to my truck. Five stars without a doubt!

I love this shop! Everyone there is professional and caring about your vehicle. I ordered shocks, rear airbags, rims, tires, and some other things. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the items because of supply issues but everything was delivered as promised. The experience of sitting with Josh in his office and going over the build was great. Nothing was pushed on me. He wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When the first set of tires I ordered wouldn t balance correctly they talked to me about other options to make sure everything was done properly. I went with another tire and I m glad I did. They did the alignment and checked everything on the truck. Brian is another notable mention as he went above and beyond to drive me home when I dropped my truck off and kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. When I returned to get my retorques done, they did it without any delay.They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make things right. Buying quality products it won t be cheap but SoCo will work with your budget to set you up for success. They know the products they sell and warn you of the pros and cons of each product.They are not focused on up selling you unnecessary products. We stayed within my budget and I got exactly what I wanted in the end. It was determined that I didn t need to replace my isolator mounts and instead of just doing it and charging me for it they returned the parts and saved me some money.My friend referred me to SoCo and raved about how great they are and he was right. Thanks guys for taking care of my truck so me and my family are safe while traveling down the road.

I've tried a few mechanics around town and I landed on SoCo Customs! Amazing shop, impeccable customer service, and communicative of what your vehicle needs! If you need a shop you can trust, pull your vehicle into SoCo customs. I've loved how they've worked with me on my Jeep Commander...and its a Jeep...so I need all the help I can get lol. The GM Gary has great customer service. Long story short, I ordered a fifth wheel hitch and my trailer deal didn t work out. Gary could have charged me a 25% restocking fee plus shipping, but he worked with me. When I m ready I would definitely go back just for the service.

SoCo Customs went above and beyond to upgrade my truck. I drive a 2014 Tacoma with 110,000 miles and it was time to replace the front end suspension. SoCo replaced my spacer strut lift with a Rough Country loaded strut and Icon Dynamics Upper Control Arm. Shop scheduled an appointment roughly a week after putting a deposit. Parts were installed quickly and professionally. SoCo even has alignment equipment in house!Shortly after the install found an interesting creak in the UCA travel. Connects SoCo and explained the issue. SoCo offered to have me come in same day to take a look. Mechanic took a test drive and offered to remove the creak. They ended up rebuilding the UCA assembly. Problem solved. During the rework, owner walked us through the full process and checked in with me. I was really impressed. After 1,000 miles on the new parts, I could not be happier with the service and recommendation of suspension components! I can't forget to mention the nice customer waiting area with Netflix and a comfortable couch! Have had lots of work done here (suspension kit, alignment, brakes rotors, etc ) every time I come here I know the job will be done correctly and as close to perfection as you could ever wish for. If there is the slightest thing bothering you about your vehicle they will take the time to figure it all out and get back to you quickly. They are fair priced and honestly could charge more for their quality of work. Josh is a straight up honest person and is always reaching out to see how everything is after leaving the shop with your vehicle. Gary s customer service is the best and at the end of the day ever employee here is personable and easy to get along with. Five stars and I wish I could give them more.

Josh and his team did an awesome job on my build for my 2021 GMC 1500. They were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did they make sure that I was completely satisfied, they also made sure that I received all the proper instruction to keep truck in top shape and performance. I recommend them to anyone. I am new to the area and was looking for a reputable truck shop to start getting work done to my truck. I found SoCo on google with amazing reviews. I scheduled an appointment to get my truck s oil changed and to discuss getting some work done in the near future. The staff was nice and welcoming. After sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours I went outside to get some air and noticed my truck had yet to be taken in to get worked on. I was now approaching two hours past my scheduled appointment time. I went back inside to talk to a staff member (who had seen me come in and waiting in the wait room) and told him I would just like to have my keys as I didn t think it would take this long just for a simple oil change. He apologized and said there was miscommunication about my truck getting worked on and that they could get it into the shop now if I wanted. I ended up leaving as all this could have been avoided if someone could have communicated with me (the lone individual in the waiting room) about the services I was there to receive for my truck. I m sure they typically have great service and do fantastic work, but I wasted almost two hours there when all I wanted was a simple oil change. I was looking forward to having my truck updated and modified here but I will be looking elsewhere.

Very highly-qualified professionals who are honest and trustworthy. Josh educated me on how I should build my truck and now everyone compliments my truck everywhere I go ! They made it to where I could continue my build at an affordable cost so I could have the truck of my dreams . The entire staff are super nice and knowledgeable, they made me feel right at home. I have known Josh since he opened. I should have taken my daughter s car there to begin with when I had an emergency. I was 10 days out from dropping her off at college when I noticed it was leaking fluid and she told me it was also shaking when she drove it on the highway. YIKES!! i know how busy SoCo can get so i assumed there was no way he could get me in.. I took it somewhere else, and they told me it needed a new rearend differential, new rods and all kinds of stuff that made her afraid to drive. $8,000 in work!!! i was close to buying a new car. I called Josh for a second opinion. $1700 of work was needed. He got us done in 24 hours. I should have just gone their first. SoCo Customs completed the design and build on my '21 Tundra -- leveling kit, wheels, tires, and window tint. Gary and Josh, and their team, were great to work with through the entire process from start-to-finish, as well as the follow up post-build. We worked through numerous wheel availability issues and Josh was not only very patient in dealing with all the unexpected changes to the design, but he was also very persistent in ensuring I got the best price on the design that best fit the requirements I provided. Took my truck in to remove a 6 lift that was on it. I provided my own suspension parts because they didn t stock the brand I wanted. They were more than happy to install it for me without jacking labor rates up on me. Unfortunately, due to my lack of knowledge, there were necessary parts that I did not provide. They were very good at communicating this with me and got me the parts necessary. Not only did they get me the best price on those parts but they got them right away and completed my truck in a reasonable amount of time.My truck looks and rides great after the work they performed.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ve had just about everything on my 2010 Nissans Xterra replaced/upgraded. SoCo Customs did all of the suspension, steering, exhaust, brakes, rims and tires, front bumper and winch and a bunch more stuff I know I m leaving out. Their work is impeccable and they do everything they can to make sure the job is done right the first time. You may find a cheaper auto shop, but if you care about your vehicle you ll take it to a place that cares about it as much as you do and for me that place is SoCo Customs!!! Thanks goes out to everyone there who worked through all the problems that this job threw at them and made my vehicle a true one of a kind. As a customer thats just beginning a project these guys are way better than any of the other shops in colorado springs! We sat down and broke down the entire overland truck build plan and SOCO's staff helped me figure out the best course of action and how I should properly tackle the complexity of my build. SOCO was highly recommended by my co-workers and their reputation has proceeded them! I'm a couple purchases away from getting this build underway and I cannot wait for the project to begin, and will leave further feedback as we get the project underway and completed!

I spoke with Josh and Gary and both were extremely helpful in recommending and installing components to get my Toyota Tundra ready to carry a truck camper in the bed. I contacted SoCo Customs because I was wanting to put a lift kit and bigger tires on my Toyota Rav4. Josh took the time to find out how I wanted my ride to look when complete and then researched/called Toyota to see if it was possible. As it turned out my vehicle is not set up so that I can get the look I wanted. But Josh was honest enough to tell me the facts even if it crushed my dreams. I loved his personable approach and honesty. I will certainly be calling them if I ever want to customize a vehicle in the future.
