Ryan and the team at SimplyEuro were simply amazing last month when I brought my daughter s car in simply for an oil change.Ryan made the check in process easy and was quick to communicate with me as soon as the service was completed. And then went above and beyond by covering the cost of the oil change even though they were barely a few minutes later than I had said I d prefer (literally less than 10 minutes).We ve got two Fiats in the family and lots of friends with other European vehicles - and I ve already told ALL OF THEM to come check this place out! Thanks so much! We ll be back!

Simply Euro is the best shop in Colorado hands down. My first encounter with them was my cv axel breaking during a snowstorm. It was an hour after they closed and Ryan still got me in. Car was done very quickly. Every visit since has been great and very quick!

Great experience. Pricing is good, but the service was outstanding. All costs were laid out and explained. Even got to talk to the technician that did the work on the car, he explained everything that was done and showed me the work they did. If you have a larger task for them, they have loaner vehicles but it only took them two days for a lot of work. I highly recommend them if you have a European vehicle.

The guys here at this shop are great! Beautiful shop too! They got my car fixed up in a very timely manner. I thought I'd be out of a vehicle for a week and I had it back on the second day. Very professional shop that won't rip you off. Highly recommend taking your European cars there for service.

I was very pleased with the service. This was only an oil change but they got me in and out quickly. They did a great job I.e no leaks. And had talked to them about some other service the car needs and I will definitely think of you guys to take care of those things. Thanks for having a great business.

SimplyEuro is a great! I have a Fiat and wasn t sure where to take my car for good service. SimplyEuro is convenient in location off of Powers and it s clean and friendly. My car needed an oil change and brake light replacement. Everything got done and they had the bulb in stock. Ryan, the manager is great to work with. I felt like they cared about my car and that they are honest. This is where I m going next time!

Needed a serious repair to my oil pump system on my 2019 Mercedes AMG gle43. SimplyEuro gave great service throughout with specific details about what it entailed. Everything came out great and I saved a lot compared to using the dealership. Ryan was my point of contact. Being a business owner myself, I understand good customer service. He was awesome. I d highly recommend SimplyEuro Automotive!

From my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this shop for service. I needed a few simple routine maintenance items for my Golf R that should take no more than a few hours to complete. I booked an appointment for day 1 at 7 AM, dropped off my car, and then was only notified at 3 PM that day that they would need to keep it for an additional day. Then after waiting until noon the second day, I was finally able to pick up my car. The customer service employees were fine, but the scheduling and communication are absolutely unacceptable. Also, in terms of pricing, the total price here ended up being exactly the same as the VW dealership. While I saved some money with certain services, they charged me the same, or even double, for other services compared to a dealership. After getting my car back, I also realized that they did not complete all of the work I requested. I would not recommend this shop if you are looking to save money, have your service completed in a timely manner, or have all of your requested service truly completed.Edit: However, Ryan was willing to hear my on my issues and completely understand and willing to make things right. I will be happy to give them another chance to do as well as their ratings seem to say.

This place is amazing. I went to this location in a panic as my under cover splash guard on my vehicle was falling off. I recently had surgery and was unable to lift anything, so I needed assistance. These gentlemen assisted me immediately! The Mechanic showed me the issue and performed a temporary repair until the part came in. The following week the part came in, I made an appointment and they took care of my vehicle. The customer service was superb and the price was unbelievable! I d recommend this company to everyone!

Quick place to get an oil change. They also showed me a few things that needed attention on my non euro SUV. Rather than just telling me, they showed me what they were seeing. Very clean environment and they take pride in making sure the customer is taken care of. I did speak with them about my euro car that had previously been in and they were knowledgeable about the concerns I had and provided some info regarding a good course of action.

I came to Simply Euro for the first time this week. It was an easy and transparent experience! Most boutique shops are quite pricey and salesy . I did not get that from this fine shop. While my MINI Cooper S Clubman was up, Nathan invited me into the bay to see the underbelly. I appreciated the easy discussion about my brakes, suspension and other items. I got that he was well-versed and more than proficient to work on my car. It s nice to have Simply Euro in town! I ll be back. This is much more beneficial than trekking to the dealer in Denver. Thanks!

I just want to say from the first phone call in to Simply Euro I was very impressed! Ryan answered the phone answered all the questions I needed we brought in our car. He called us on the phone to give us an idea of what was going on with it and walk us every step of the way as needed. Lots of service they took care of us. We were not oversold or told this something we didn t really need and I really like that in a repair shop. We are planning on giving all the work For our car Simply Euro.Thanks a lot Ryan for what you do!Mike

Had high hopes for this place with all the great reviews, but after my experience I cannot trust them. Had taken one car and gotten it looked over and a quote. Took another car for a simple alignment and tire balancing. Asked 2 different ways, one if everything was done there onsite, which I was told yes. Asked again if everything was done in house, and again was told yes. Checked my cars gps and saw that it was not at the shop the whole time and sat at Midas down the street for a couple hours. After getting home the next day I received an email from Midas asking how my service was for the alignment. Clearly not everything is done at the shop or in house unless we just have completely different definitions of what that means. But if you re going to lie straight to my face about something so simple I m not sure how I can trust what you re telling me my car needs or what is being done to it.EDIT: Had the owner, Theo, reach out and work to make things right. Greatly appreciate him doing so. Would definitely give them another chance!

I recently visited simply euro and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The location is fantastic, and the employees were incredibly respectful. Not only did they manage to schedule me in sooner than any other dealership, but they also quickly identified and resolved the issue with my car. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff made this visit a standout experience. Highly recommended!

I had made a review about my bad experience I had there the other day with my Audi and fixing some things that they said they couldn t figure out. The owner reached out to me right away and was able to clear some things up with me and refund me for a purchase I had made. I really appreciate him being so understanding and communicative with me about the situation and for that I will give them another chance in the future.

1st time coming here for oil change and I was very pleaded with the service I received. I was notified the day prior that my appointment would be postponed by only 30 though due to the weather (2 ft of snow!) but they had my vehicle completed in just under an hour and I was on my way out. I wasn't pressured to have any other work done after they did the inspection either, like I usually get from most other auto repair places.

Ryan and the SimplyEuro team are incredibly professional and great to work with. I ve taken both of my Audis here and they do amazing work. When assessing any issue they are incredibly detailed and work with you on various options to fix the problem. Also, service was taking longer than quoted, but they made it right and worked with me. Very happy to have found this shop.

Five stars because WOW! @ the service and relief I have received from them working on a car I d just bought.They are knowledgeable in helping relieve my stress about the issues, and timely as far as getting right on to the repairs. I had my car back after only a day! Every previous experience with major items I ve had with any other repair shop, I can almost Garuntee another shop would ve pushed repairing the car for over a week. They have been over the top with the car and concerns their customers have with their cars, and I highly appreciate their professional and skilled workmanship! 10/10 will be back!!

Last week, I took my 2004 Saab 9-5 with a broken front driver's side window control mechanism. Ryan was very courteous, helpful and professional. Bottom line: Simply Euro was able to locate and obtaina a window regulator/motor assembly and install it in record time. They also repaired additional items that needed attention. Kudos to SimplyEuro of Colorado Springs and the service writer, Ryan Snell!

Oil change experience was better than any other shop I ve ever used. Called them on a Monday morning for a full synthetic oil change and they took me in within 20 mins. After arrival they were extremely professional and courteous. They took my car in within 5 mins after arrival and had the oil change done within 30 mins. That s basically unheard of nowadays as some shops have your car for 2+ hours. They even applied a promo code for the oil change I didn t know about. Couldn t be happier with my experience!

RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2018 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY. ACCESS TO A DEALERSHIP WAS THREE WEEKS OUT ~ UNACCEPTABLE! I contacted SimplyEuro and was in the next day! The service was personable and attentive. Caleb, the Land Rover Specialist, came out and consulted with me directly. They have found a repeat customer.I am looking forward to a trusted relationship for my vehicle maintenance, not only for my Land Rover but also for my other two vehicles!

Popped in here today with a last minute appointment. Jonathon and Ryan were terrific. I was in for an oil change and it was done in about 45 minutes. Office and waiting area are VERY clean with drinks and snacks available. I also had a seatbelt issue in the back seat which the local BMW dealership could not fix. These guys repaired it in under 5 minutes. Great experience all the way around, thank you!
