I recently had my car taken in after a recent altercation with a curb. This place is an example that a lot of other shops should follow. I never had to call to check on my car because Erik kept in regular contact with me putting me know the status at any given point. REALLY CAN NOT say enough about the customer service. When i picked the car up, everything looked beautiful and untouched. It drove just as it had. I am very satisfied.

They were able to get the parts in quickly and repaired my car in a timely manner. When I picked it up, I noticed there was a slight issue. They resolved the problem, spontaneously. Magnificent service.

We are extremely happy with the body work that was done here. We received daily texts, keeping us updated on the work, and our vehicle was ready a week earlier than anticipated! I highly recommend them for your vehicle's body work.

Customer Service is clearly not their strong suit so i'm hoping the repairs make up for it. I called in August to make an appt and was told first available was February. Understandably so as the damage is due to a big hail storm and everywhere had the same wait times. Drop off day arrives, we pick up our rental then my husband heads to the shop to drop off and gets told we can't yet because the roof part they need is on back order. They also tell us we'll need to return our rental that we just picked up because insurance won't pay for us to have it as long as it'll take due to the part not being there. I'm not frustrated that the part isn't there. What is extremely frustrating is that we had the same appointment for 6 months and the shop had to have known that day that they weren't ready for us. Instead of placing a courtesy call to us that morning and explaining the situation, they allowed us to show up to our appointment still. We took time from work and our busy schedules, got a rental, and wasted gas driving around town for this. It could have been so simple with a phone call as communication is key. On top of that, the staff were not friendly about it at all and you could hear the attitude in the guys voice. Then today, the lady calls me because apparently the part is in now ( our appt was only 4 days ago) and asks if we want to schedule to come in now. I asked to confirm the part is in now and the lady says no but it's not on back order anymore and is showing delivery time as 7-10 days so they're okay to start repairs while they wait for that part. okay great. I asked if they wouldn't mind giving us a call that morning if there are any issues due to what happened previously. she says yes. I said okay great thank you I hope you have a good day. Then, "click". Not quite sure how I receive attitude for the shops inconvenience but okay. I understand things happen and although I would have preferred to not have to wait any longer, it is what it is and I get it. What I don't appreciate is the attitude and the complete disregard for people's time. I'm hoping maybe we just caught them on a bad week and things will be different for our appointment.

This has been the worst customer service experience and quality of work we have ever experienced both from the insurance company and the shop. The lack of communication is absolutely remarkable. I was even assigned to the manager after complaining and still zero communication. Dan and Eric were zero assistance. I have had to return after reporting poor paint work when I went to pick up. Paint didn t match looked terrible and was textured. Additional electrical issues and knocking with the repair which they and insurance conveniently can t replicate and cleared codes so the dealer cannot see the error codes to advise how to fix. Zero stars is not an option a Progressive the insurance of the hit a run that slammed into the back of me causing 22k in damage was absolutely the worst. Unfriendly and treated me like a criminal for a no fault accident. They will also be getting a review as well. Top it all off with me dropping off two key fobs and only being returned 1. I got told I don t know just call around and see what they can find. Unacceptable.

Like most of the Springs I had hail damage. I called around and this was the first place to set me an appointment. Lisa up front was very nice and got me on the schedule way quicker than I thought it would be. I received text to give me estimated times for pick up. I called twice and every time was given great customer service. I picked up my car and did notice a new scratch. I dropped by and Shauna was so nice. We looked at pictures and she said yes that happened during repair. We will fix that right away. I dropped off my car in the morning and she drove me back to my house and delivered my car back to my house. She was upfront and honest and they took good care of me. I was very impressed with how everything was handled. Great customer service and great work. They worked with my wife and I while they were waiting for parts to come into the shop. When we did drop our car off they said two weeks but they had it done in five days. The repairs were fantastic, cannot recommend them more.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are rude and unresponsive to any issues. They had my car for a week. Told me it was ready to be picked up. I arrived to find the damage to my car was STILL there. I called, left messages because you can t get anyone in the phone. No one called me back. Drove my husband s car to Crash Champions. There was a woman there who explained to me she only does the paperwork and leave word for someone on Monday. Absolute worst customer service. I say service but that s a joke. What were they doing with my car for a whole week? Apparently nothing or if they did do any work, it wasn t done very well. Go anywhere else but here. I wouldn t give it any stars if that were an option.

These guys did such an amazing job. It was such a pleasure working with Barb! She's such a gem and made the process not stressful at all. My car got hit while parked and the person who did it didn't have the decency to come and tell me. Everyone knows how heartbreaking it is to have to come up with the money to get your car fixed when it's not even your fault. And having to go through the hassle of getting it fixed just adds to the stress, but the folks at Service King made it painless for me. If I ever have to get body work done again, I will forever come to these guys if I'm still in the area! Thank you so much for taking care of my Subie P.S. Think twice before trusting this company with your repairs. I am forced to leave one star but if there were an option to leave none; that is what I'd give.This company's poor communication and overall lack of professionalism are amongst the plethora of issues I experienced. My vehicle was there for repairs due to an accident. They rushed the services and "completed" the work. The shabby rushed work clearly showed upon picking up my vehicle. It had missing and disconnected parts, along with lights coming on the instrument cluster. When missing parts were pointed out to the employee the response I received was laughable. The excuse they gave was, "Oh that piece is on back order for 2-3 weeks. I forgot to tell the front desk to inform you. You will have to come back in."After continuously stressing my concerns with staff and insurance company, they kept my truck for another 4 days. No communication came from this shop about my vehicle being worked on again nor if it was ready for pickup. Clearly they realized they made mistakes, because much of the work appeared to have been redone. Instead of admitting this or giving any semblance of an apology they acted as if I were inconveniencing them when I had my vehicle towed from their parking lot. My vehicle was towed from this shop and taken to another to inspect the work. If you don't want to deal with a headache, use another shop.NOTE: Be wary of any positive reviews you see about this shop because they are incentivizing customers for them. When I initially went to retrieve my vehicle, the front desk employee advised that if I left a 5 star review, I would receive a 50$ gift card.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had our car repaired there after a collision and as soon as we picked it up we noticed on the collision side the tire was rattling and making noises. we took it back and they said there is nothing wrong after they looked at it so they told us to take it to Midas. We took it to Midas and they claimed yes there is definitely something wrong you need to get it fixed it s dangerous to drive so they told us to contact our insurance company so we could go ahead and get it repaired,our insurance company approved the repairs so we called service king to fix our repairs and they denied us. They argued with us it saying that the tire was not a part of the collision but it definitely was as you can see the Cadillac is planted in our driver side tire, but I m sure the rattling and clicking noises that DEFINITELY were not there before the wreck has nothing to do with it. How pathetic... we got into a collision on our tire and they are arguing with us over the damage... thanks for caring and great service service king. Not to mention they gave us an unsafe car to drive.... how could anyone trust them after that.

I would give this place a more negative review, but 1 star is as low as I can go. This place is a joke, took my car here and they kept in touch with the repairs. They said they replaced things that were not replaced. My factory security system doesn't work after they fixed my car and when I complained about it they convinced my insurance company that they didn't do it. Someone removed my battery and replaced it with a different battery. They said the replaced the positive battery terminal but all they did was stick a couple of nails inside of the terminal and torqued it down to where it damaged the battery itself! My AC doesn't work anymore even though it worked just fine before the accident. Don't waste your money people. Go to a dealership! It may be more expensive but so's fixing the car twice! Contacting a lawyer about the issues!

I don't recommend this place. They have had my car for a month now and have changed the estimated date on me three times. Without any sign of remorse. I am left with no vehicle to get to/from work. They had changed the date of pick up just hours before I'm supposed to pick, which is after I've turned in my rental car. I would say, take your vehicle elsewhere or be prepared for things to change without any notice.

My Service King experience was awesome. They kept me informed of the status of my repairs throughout the entire process. Communication is everything and they did it quite well. My vehicle looks new again. Thanks for the great customer service and keep up the great work!

Service King was able to get my vehicle in sooner and completed faster than any other shop. The quality of the work is excellent. The staff is wonderful and Lisa, Ryan, and Ken went above and beyond to make sure the work was progressing and that I was informed every step of the way. Great experience!

Went in for a quote to get our RAV4 repaired, small fender bender that scratched the driver rear quarter panel. Walked in and nobody was around to greet us, eventually a gentlemen comes out and we ask about getting a quote for repair, the first thing he asks if if we re using our insurance company, we say no and he immediately declines service saying we are busy we will only do insurance claims at this time sorry. Working in the car service industry I know the reasoning behind that is because insurance claims pay better. Bad service.

They damaged my car doors vinyl on both sides, refused to fix it and failed to repair my vehicle properly leaving me with bent suspension arms. Thankfully another company did their job.

They took forever to repair my vehicle. Longer than the quoted time frame. They gave me the car back with the check engine light on that has never been on for the time I ve owned the car and said it wasn t due to the accident though when I took it to Dodge they said it was and fixed it in less than 24 hours. And now I find out they didn t fix everything from the accident so I have to fight to get it fixed since I assumed it was once we left the shop. I will not recommend them to anybody and will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!Service King repaired the hail damage on my Honda Civic (no paint required) and my husband s Ram (lots of repair required including painting). They did a remarkable job on both vehicles! Rob Stynski was our service manager, and he was great. The communication was awesome and Rob was professional. He let us know up front roughly how long the repairs would take- his timing was accurate and reasonable for the damage.This shop is not close to where we live, but now that I ve worked with them, I wouldn t go anyplace else if my vehicles needed repair again....but I sincerely hope they don t!

For me, communication is key. Service King kept me updated throughout the time my car was in the shop with automated text messages. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our car was done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Fantastic customer service!

I used this company through insurance. They called me, texted me, and promptly got my car fixed within a week. Every day I received a text message of the progress on my car. Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to answer all the questions and the job they did on my car is flawless. Recommend to anyone.

Everybody at Service King was extremely helpful. My husband s vehicle got hit while he was deployed (we are military) and Rob went above and beyond to help me in and out of the vehicle when I turned it in and got my rental with my car seats. They are very professional and efficient and keep you informed along the way. My husband s truck was finished in just 5 days.

Took my vehicle to Service King after I was in an accident. From the beginning nothing was repaired correctly or in a timely manner. First thing they put the wrong axle on my vehicle. Then it was a leak. Ended up being the radiator cap was not put on. Then there was the brakes, I got home from picking up my vehicle and the emergency brake light came on and prevented my vehicle from moving, because of brake failure, turns out the brake lines were not tighten down and were leaking and were not replaced correctly. Then there was the loud noise from the front end, it was because, a shock was not installed correctly. The noise in the drivers door, that was because nothing was put back together. They used duck tape to hold my bumper on because they couldn t get the after market bumper to line up. All the while they played the, it s never going to be the same way it was before the accident , card. My car had 25,000 miles on it and was 3 � years old. It was well maintained. When I went in to get an estimate for my car I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED they not total the vehicle or to let me know the amount before contacting my insurance. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the tail light/back quarter panel and everything else was cosmetic damage (scratches, paint transfer, interior damage we could fix). They insisted I list every bit of damage to the car so I listened and I did that expecting to be called about what the total was so we could take the cosmetic stuff off if it cost too much. They did not do what I asked at all and sent in the estimate to my insurance who totaled the car. I am incredibly upset that I was lied to and now Service King has left me in a financial situation with the vehicle my husband and I cannot afford. I will never suggest them to anyone I know and do not recommend going here at all. All they had to do was make one simple phone call to me before sending off the estimate, which they said they would do, and I stressed to them several times that my husband and I did not care about the cosmetic damage and would want that removed from the estimate if it was going to possibly total the vehicle. They didn't listen to me at all and pressured me into pointing out every bit of damage even though we could have cared less if it got fixed. Highly upset and would not reccommend.

I was rear ended Dec 11th last year and the insurance had taken my car to service king to have repairs done. The initial process seemed great, I was updated on everything notified of when the parts came in and how long the work would take as well as getting a rental. My car was there for 2 weeks. (Would have been less but it was around the holidays) they finished on the day they said they would and the work that was done I'd rate a B-, for the fact that I have a big drop of gloss next to the taillight from the paint job. This is when it started going downhill. The person I was dealing with Michael, had informed me that he ordered my exhaust and diffuser that were damaged and that it would be there before the end of that week. I was told this every week after that that my parts would come in. Fast forward one month. I still do not have the parts that were "ordered" and I'm driving my car have finished. Now every time I call I get told I will be called back and never do. I told them to just give me the money and I'll order it myself and still no answer as to if my money is being sent or when or anything. It's now Jan 28th and I still have no money for the repair nor do I have my parts fixed/replaced. Worst experience ever and very frustrating. I will definitely be saying something to corporate and will show proof of what's been going on. Please look elsewhere if you need repairs done. They seem nice and the place is nice but don't let that fool you.

Excuses is all they will give you. Don't expect your vehicle back for 1 month or more. They don't give updates. Make sure to verify all their work they keep trying to put cheap after market parts on somthing that should be oem. And all this and I still haven't gotten my vehicle back. If you have progressive take your vehicle elsewhere.
