What a great job Crash Champions( Service King) did on my Honda CR-V! It looks like a new car and is immaculate inside. They finished ahead of schedule as well. They gave me a lifetime warranty on their work at no extra charge and worked well with my insurance. Couldn t be happier.

Absolutely a fantastic job with my truck after I was rear ended. immaculate condition & some of the friendliest staff members to help with what matters most. I thought this place was awesome! I was originally scheduled at another place a month out for just an estimate. Service King got me in and working on the vehicle within the week. Constant communication and it was done a week early. Repairs looked perfect.

Service is ok the repairs were completed.The issue we have is multiple times we were told, "il find out and call you back"Days would go by without hearing updates.We would consistently have to follow up on our follow up.It felt as if they were just trying to get us off of the phone then we were forgotten about.As a business, don't tell a customer you will do something and not do it. Even a simple call back with updated information.I will say the staff is friendly, and always polite. I understand they are busy which is good. Just don't forget about your customers as they do not forget about the business they are paying.

Did not fix all the issues. Had work done there because someone hit me in the front passenger side. Car only had 5k miles on it and now the headlight fills with water. They fix what you can see, but don't fix the items you cannot see.

I have "unfortunately" had to go to Wilson's now four times and each time they have provided me with exceptional service. However, I have to say that this last time I had to visit them, they went above and beyond what I expected! At the beginning of December, my whole front bumper was completely damaged, due to someone running a red light. All body shops were telling me they couldn't get my car in until mid Jan, due to all the hail damage cars. Wilson's said the same, but because my car was unsafe and couldn't be driven, they made me a priority. I had my car back by the end of Dec, looking as good as new! They absolutely did one amazing job!!! I will and do always recommend Wilson's to anyone!

This place is a joke...take your car here if you want to wait 9 months and still get it back unfinished...even installed a different exhaust tios that stickbway out...gave me my car back 4 times saying it was done...can't believe usaa back this Mickey mouse shop

I was over satisfied with my experience with Service king! They did amazing work with great customer service! I don t give that compliment lightly. I had just moved to the Springs area 6 months ago and got into a t bone accident in a kind supers parking lot in December 2022. Service King was the only one who was able to help collect my car and bring it to their shop after two pickup companies rejected my requests and AllState was unable to help either. Moving forward, my Mazda had about a 3 month lead time on parts, however Service King was working my cars issues straight away, and pushed hard to get those parts in just under two months! They were incredibly warm and kind staff, and even the main rep I worked with remembered me after a month! We chatted about holiday plans! This is definitely a repair shop I would recommend to anyone and can t say enough for their high quality service! I brought my car here for repairs after getting in an accident. At first, I was appreciative of what I viewed as good service. Service reps here walked me through what the repair process would look like and were initially patient to answer any questions I had.However, that good customer service soured as soon as the car was dropped off. My estimated repair time 10 days came and went with one phone call update. It took 3 weeks to repair my vehicle and in that time I only received the one update. This was frustrating, because anyone would want a little more information on how an 8000 dollar repair job was professing.Finally, I called a little over two weeks in, inquiring as to the status and expressing mild displeasure in the time extension (mostly because I wasn t being updated), caveating that I understood that parts and labor shortages were affecting things. That wasn t the issue the lack of communication was. I was told don t take this the wrong way, but you should calm down a little by the service rep Robert, who was quite condescending despite my justifiable concerns.Finally, upon picking up my car the exterior and interior were pretty filthy despite being told by Robert the car would be detailed right before being inspected one final time. I didn t complain, just happy to have my car back, until I got home and realized that the brand new car seat and infant carrier I had in the trunk were both gone! I will be following up to either get these items back or will make a claim against their insurance for the disappearance of these items.Overall, I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your car repair needs. This center will not give you consistent customer service over the duration of your repair, with little communication throughout the process and probably a curt calm down if you take the initiative to call for updates. Robert was condescending and also overcharged me for the deductible, tacking on a random $100 charge that I thought at first was my insurance providers fault, only to be told by USAA that it was in fact Robert s fault for not doing his due diligence.But perhaps most alarming, items from your vehicle might disappear by the time you pick it up. Car owners, beware this establishment. Two stars only because the repair job was sufficient. Everything else was at minimum below expectations.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. My car was there for 8 months and its still not right, we are having to bring it to completely new shop to have the issues corrected. Thank goodness the insurance is paying for it, because its thousands of dollars worth of work. The paint work was atrocious, the body work is atrocious. Their staff have no idea what they are doing. They are on their 3rd GM in less than a year, and the new one is just as bad if not worse. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go elsewhere!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was hit by a motorcycle during my move to Colorado. 100% on other driver and was set up by the other drivers insurance to get my truck fixed by this service King. Went into the shop today to drop my truck off for the fix and was told they won't do the work because I jump start my truck with probes in the fuse panel, and would need to "spend my own money" to fix the way I start my truck before they'd do to work.... I get it's not ideal but come on aren't these guys/girls suppose to be a mechanic? I've jumped started my truck for over 2 years from the fuse box to send power to the starter no issue and I'm not. Not to mention you could tell the kid was oblivious to what I was saying while explaining. If you want to be a mechanic in my opinion learn how to mechanic.Ps. Service king worker that'll respond " I'm sorry we'll pass this along to another department" don't bother. You guys are not a car shop... you stinkService: Body & Trim

They are not very good communicators. My mothers car has been there for over a month, everything paid for and still no progress or anything being told to her about her car. I definitely would take my business else where for sure and when people leave bad reviews on the website they delete them to make them look good.

I have had my truck back to these people at least 5 times getting things fixed that should and could have been done the first time. my roof still leaks and ther are runs in my boxside, The last time it was in the wher repainting the boxside because they buffed through the clear coat. So the sanded that spot with ther finger tips and now it looks like a dent, because they sanded such a small area so hard. when explaining this to Tracy the newest GM she told me i was wrong and explained how many years of experience she has in this field. Will try someone else

First i will say the employees (the gentleman at the front desk & the woman who was going to do my appraisal) where nice & helpful. The management- not so much. I had a 2:30 appointment & the woman who helped me on the phone asked if she could wash her hands. I said yes & after the manager asked her to come into the office. She asked if she could help me first & the manager said after. I waited half an hour while they had a store meeting with the door open 5 feet away. Totally unprofessional on the managers part. I wont be back.

Had my appointment rescheduled 3 times. One was over booked. Then they asked if I needed a tow and I said yes. I called the day before the appointment to see when the tow was coming. I was listed as a drive in so the appointment was moved again because they put it in the system wrong. Get some people that know what they are doing!

This was my first visit. I had some body repair work done that was self paid on a 2016 Mazada CX-5. The estimates can be done on oerson or by uploading pictures. I had mine done in person. I had the estimate done in October 2022, and due to supply issues, I had to wait until January 30. 2023 to get the car in. The work was excellent. They replaced my rear bumper, removed a car length sctach caused by a tree limb, and replaced some interior parts. They cleaned the inside of the car, and it looked new when I got in

I went to pick up my car this Friday because my radiator was getting replaced and this company did not fill my radiator with antifreeze at all before allowing me to drive it away. On my receipt they claim to have fixed numerous things that they did not fix or replace and they may have possibly screwed up my entire motor on my brand new 2019 Hyundai Elantra driving it from where they were working on it to the front of the store for me to pick it up with no antifreeze in it whatsoever. I do not recommend this shop to anyone please keep your car away from here if you value it at all. After driving away from the shop I drove around the corner to put gas in it and check my fluids because I was going to drive this car 12 hours from Colorado to Arizona to see my dad. I moved my vacation to the following week luckily because if I wouldn't have done that I would have driven this car for 12 hours and would have been stranded somewhere either in Colorado or Utah and my car would have been done for.

They have had my car since February 3rd and have messed my car up 3 times. It is being fixed through an insurance claim and they messed up all my electrical in my interior and said they didn't do that and won't fix it. Absolutely the worst experience ever with a car. Even if your insurance recommended them, do NOT go to them. And they haven't fixed my boyfriends BMW yet either.

Chose Service King because it was in a list of recommended shops provided from USAA. The shop completed the work in an acceptable timeframe and they sent me texts daily to update me on the status which was nice. Got the truck back and everything looked fine at first glance. I have someone very close in my family who has been an insurance adjuster/manager for years and literally tore the work apart. My rear taillight came back to me broken which it was not prior. The panels were not denibbed prior or in between coats so there are small little bumps in the paint in multiple locations. They also did not wet sand the panels painted so there is orange peel all down one side of the truck. Instead of taking apart the side mirror to Paint the piece needing painted and not paint the plastic they chose to attempt to tape it off and paint it so there is overspray on the black plastic (white paint have you). Instead of overlapping the paint at least a half inch on the inside of the door the painted to the bath she of the door so down the road here that paint will begging to peel. My question is this how many cars leave out of this shop that are not to par and because most people don t know what to look for then they just take it thinking the work was done correctly. I was informed by the manager of the shop that he would reach out to me to get this all fixed after he went on vacation the following week. It s been well over a month and haven t heard anything. I m assuming they think that I dropped it and now they don t have to worry about it. My Yukon is a 2009 so I also believe because it s older they felt like they could cut corners. I would absolutely not utilize this shop and I have informed USAA how very disappointed I am in the way this was all handled.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle to Service King to fix my passenger side due to an accident. The staff were very friendly and kept us up to date on their progress the entire time they had it in their possession. After it was fixed, it looked brand new. Thank you service king for all your hard work, I will recommend this place to anyone who needs your services!

The service I received from them was outstanding. When I arrived the lady called my rental car place twice to verify they were sending someone over. They had my car less than a week. They not only sent me text updates about my car but the gentleman in charge called me and updated me that they would be done early. My car looked great after the rear end damage was repaired and he went above and beyond to take care of my car. They washed it and and it even appeared that they vacuumed out the inside. I couldn't be happier with my experience at the establishment!

I ll be honest, their 3.8 star average review scared me. I own a Shelby GT350 and was extremely hesitant to let them fix the dent in my hood. But, after taking a leap of faith, and allowing them to fix my car, I am impressed. I love my car and was concerned about the entire process. They fixed the dent, matched the paint flawlessly, and took their time to do it right. They didn t rush the job and Nate made sure I was informed every step of the way with FaceTime videos. If I ever had another vehicle damaged, they have won my business and I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience overall. Got my car back much earlier than expected and I couldn t be happier! Jordan Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and his communication and customer service skills truly blew me away. I ll definitely be using Jordan s services in the future, and would recommend him and Service King to anyone in need of repairs!

WOW, I received a reasonable appraisal from Service King. They ordered the parts, hand them painted, and then scheduled the appointment with to install. The quality work was done promptly. I had a great experience working with Service King. They did a great job on my vehicle. Had great service with them and a super clean car ( which I loved best made my day) when bbn I picked it up. Lol. They were very friendly and did excellent work!! I would definitely use them again and would refer them to my friends and others. THANK YOU Service King!!

First off, their work is amazing--I'm used them before and their skill in repairing even the most intricate issues is great. I had to take off 3 stars because their customer service is routinely just below civil. I understand having to wait a long while for a repair when my car is drivable and there are tons of cars with hail damage to repair. My compliant was that I was in on Oct. 7th, gave them my insurance claim information, had them check out my car, and got scheduled for November 29th. I had called twice between then to verify that parts were on order and to get a couple questions answered. Very curt both times, but fine, I get it. Then, I showed up on November 29th to discover that they had mixed up my repair with my husband's repair for a completely different car and all of my paperwork was gone. They hadn't ordered parts, and they were down right uncaring and unhelpful about their mistake. At the very end, Mel, the office manager (I think) told me that she was sorry and that was the first glimpse I had of any caring. I practically cried because I was so frustrated and Wilson's acted like it was my fault that they mixed things up. I'm so frustrated that the situation turned out like this and now, I have to wait another 2 months before they can fix my back bumper.

0 Stars across the board. This is the absolute worst place you could bring your vehicle. I got a quote from here and scheduled my appointment with them because it was at a decent price. I brought it to them after waiting a month and the guy that I had been working with either quit or got fired. The new girl that took over for him told me that the price was going to change. I figured it would a little bit because you never know how long these things can take so I said okay. She calls me back a day later and says it would be $1100 more than the quote. I went and got my car back and now the other side of my fender is cracked. These people are ridiculous and you should never do work with them. These peoples word means nothing.
