Wow, I was able to talk to a nice man named John from Service Auto Glass. I told him I blew out my back window and he suggested that I come by the shop and they will cover the large hole on the car.The front desk manager Vanessa was nice also, helped me schedule me up and they both did it with a smile Even the guys in the shop they came out right away and covered the hole.And to top it off, the price was perfect!Thank you SAG Service Auto GlassSo on Thursday they will install the new tinted window.Just impressed with the customer service !

Chad did an excellent job! The whole office and staff were very professional. They got me in right away, my car was vandalized on Wednesday and they fixed it Friday morning. They would have had it done Thursday afternoon, but I couldn't get the car to them. Really excellent service at a fraction of the cost! Thank you!

John was beyond kind, helpful and respectful. Our daughter s back window shattered and he cleaned up her car and taped it for her until we could get the replacement windshield, which only took two days. The day of the replacement, the work was completed in less than an hour. Customer service and materials were top notch. We will definitely return in the future.

I am so pleased with this company. I had a small quarter size window damaged 4 days ago. Service Auto Glass got me in today and did a quick and reasonable fix so I could be on the road again. I brought in my 30 year old truck with a modified back glass I asked the shop to swap out with the existing one. Although a little cautious at my request at first, the team dove head into my proposed project and crushed it within an hour. Everyone on the staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they charged me the best price among the local shops I contacted. I will be glad to return in the future knowing I'll be well taken care of.

Had to get my chip in my windshield done right away, they said come on in! Nice. I called other places, big name by the way, 2 to 3 day wait, really ! I would recommend them to anyone. My chip was fixed in minutes, just doesn t get any better than that! Thanks to all .

My car got broken into last night, and this shop performed a flawless crash wrap free of charge with no appointment until I can get the window fixed. Amazing service and sweet peiple. Highly recommend!

Excellent and prompt service with comparable prices to other shops. Slight discrepancy between quoted price and actual price on pickup which they were quick to rectify. Overall excellent experience and will be returning for other auto glass needs.

We hired them to install a large tractor door which was one large piece of glass. Reception / scheduling team was friendly. We had a couple minor setbacks which was not their fault. (Missing parts from our vendor) They quickly and professionally took care of everything. Shannon our technician was professional and courteous. We have been using these guys for over a decade and they have always been there for us. They take care of our small fleet of heating and air-conditioning vans and we couldn't be happier to work with them. From the owner John, to their receptionists and their service techs they are always very professional and polite. Their prices are always very reasonable and their response time is fast. If you're looking for a great glass company with an outstanding small-business customer-oriented attitude I would recommend using these people. Thanks for the many years of 5-Star service!

Took my RV there a few weeks ago for a windshield. The day after I picked it up I noticed a 160.00 emblem was cracked and a 3" scratch in the paint, I called , emailed, sent a picture, called and talked to a lady and was told she'd tell the owner to call me. Weeks later no call or contact of any kind. But its not to late, I hope then owner would it least call ! Even if they call heads south its would appreciated.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very happy with service auto glass. Guys were very polite, punctual, and were quick workers. I got an appointment right away and they swapped out my windshield in under 30 minutes. It also helps that this was the most competitively priced company I came across in my search. I definitely plan on using them for all my future windshield replacements!

The most amazing experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. I shattered several windows driving home at 2 am and had work the next day at 5. I called John, the owner I believe, and he took my call and acted as if I was the only one he was concerned about. They even told me I could come in earlier than scheduled to fit me in and this is all still same day! Then they ran into some issues bc my car is a POS but when I told them that whatever they needed to do to get it done they had my blessing, and they did! They replaced 3 of my windows, same day, better quotes than I got anywhere else in the springs, they treated me like family, and I have a Saturn so the fact they even had Stock for my windows THE SAME DAY shocked me. These guys are wizards. I ll never go anywhere else from now on. Also, their lobby is cozy and well air conditioned which made my experience even more top tier. We used Service Auto Glass to remove a large mirror and we were going to use them to install a glass pane in our shower. Two men came to the house and we asked them to wear a mask because we have a vulnerable octogenarian in the house. They not only refused but they said that; "We don't need your work. If you want us to wear a mask then find somebody else." I called the owner and he backed up his men. If this is the kind of service that you want, by all means, hire them. I would NEVER these arrogant people in my house again.

I called and the staff at Service Auto Glass actually answered the phone. WOW! I wasn't expecting that. Great people that actually answer the phone and most importantly a quality repair. Purchased a passenger window glass for a 16 year old car. It arrived early the next day. The price was quite reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and if I need more glass in the future I won't hesitate to use them again.

It's a little challenging to find good customer service these days especially after covid, but Service Auto Glass was phenomenal. They showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job and had good prices. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. Couldn't find anywhere else to repair my window same day, but they pulled through. Both over the phone and in person they were professional, friendly, and helpful. Fair prices. Would definitely go to these guys if I ever have car window troubles again.

We had one of our windows break and I called them as soon as possible and they were super helpful! They got us in really quick and even fixed a rock chip in 10-15min. Nice people, great service and local! Highly recommend!

Great place, great experience! John and Madison were both so helpful and friendly, and you can just tell that they really care about their customers. I was in and out for a windshield replacement. I stayed there and used the wifi, which was a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

Service Auto Glass is a great company. They always answer their phones, and the receptionists are very friendly and professional. They scheduled us within a few days and got the job done in a timely manner. They left my vehicle nice and clean. I would highly recommend them. I will use them again.

Best place in Colorado Springs for your glass needs! Over the years I've had them install auto glass, make auto glass for collector cars and repair damaged home glass. They are terrific. Always friendly and efficient and very competitive on cost. They are my go-to glass people and I know you'll be happy with them too!

Excellent service and support! The tech came to my home and installed the new windshield without any issues or problems. He was professional and his office assistant was very courteous. The windshield was far cheaper than I expected. Thanks for going the extra mile!

My appointment was for same afternoon that I called. The personnel were friendly and professional. The receptionist helped me with the insurance and then got my Jeep into the shop right away. I waited only a very short time for the repair and the window looks awesome. I will definitely go back for any further rock chip repairs or window replacements.

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and service provided by Jason. I had a sliding glass door replaced, and he was very thorough in determining the size and type of glass I needed for an exact replacement. This was very important to me because we have an energy star home and want to retain that certification. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Service Auto Glass and Jason, in particular.

This is the second time I went in for a chip in my windshield. The first one I was told did not actually get into the glass they put a resign in it but did not charge me. Fantastic customer service. She got me in the the very next day and provided a tech tl come pick up my vehicle due to the bad weather. They had it installed and waaaaay cheaper compared to what I was going to pay at the dealership and a groupon at cascade. I was sceptical because I got such a good deal, but it was fast, easy, and my windshield looks great!
