This place is way too busy to go to on Sundays, the a.oubt of people that are waiting in line at the cafe is just mind boggling to me. I'd recommend if you go to use the Scan and Go app and just forget about going to the cafe if that's what you wanted to do.

I recently had all four tires changed for the winter, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was noted my tire pressure sensor had failed. After being quoted a ridiculous amount at the dealership. I returned the car to Sam s tire center and paid very little and service was done with expedited time and service. Will utilize their services in the future.

These guys are out stealing. Everyone in the shop has been great but kudos to Adrian for offering outstanding customer service. We have always gotten our tires elsewhere but our last three experiences at Sam s Club have made us change our mind and this is where we will be shopping for tires from now on.

Usually had good service in the past. Was told different times in the same day when my tires would arrive, never notified about the delay and then never called back to tell me if they even came in. Tried calling following day to see if they were only to be placed on hold up to 10 minutes. This after being transferred by the customer services people multiple times, I never was able to reach the tires department and was never given that basic information. Will try again tomorrow.

No accessories except wipers tires n batteries. Hard. To get help when your standing waiting and they are always in shop . Come on Sam's let's look at a human cashier or helper at least available. We went to a competitor and had four new tires on gf car and both yes both of my trucks. So that's twelve tires I see that Sam's lost business on and future sales BC when I went in competitors they had a human there to help.

Have bought several sets of tires from them...they are always cheaper then the competition...and great service...

Wasnt even getting a regular service. Just needed air in our tire. We pull in and proceeded to bag out so we could pull in better. Scrawny guy named Kirby or some bs comes out with all the attitude in the world, cursing and everything. Go in to address it, he starts going off loud in front of employees. Shouting and making no sense, accusing us of being "too high on weed". Hadnt even approached us or tried to help or even look in our faces to say something so ignorant. Saying how we parked in a bay that couldve gotten him fired. We were in and backed out in 5 secs. Why was the chain not up anyway? No, your mouth got you fired hopefully. Youre apparently a constant problem according to Sams Club. Even other employees are looking on like, wow unprofessional, as they watch this idiot run away shouting like an angry coward.

Didnt know i had lug locks and went threw the store i was told would take them 35 mins went threw the store took almost an hr to have them tell me they couldnt get the tires off theu didnt call my name over the intercome or call me on my cell very unprofessional not a place i would ever go for tires

Had to chase people around to get help at tire desk and they can't lift anything over 10k pounds.
