My semi broke down on the freeway in the "cold" morning hours.. Rush wasted no time coming to my rescue and the best part is, my truck was up and running before the end of the day! Most places keep you truck for a week before they even look at it. "Thank you Rush, YOU ROCK!"

After spending an entire day calling commercial truck and transmission shops in order to find any shop that could service our 2016 NPR Izuzu box truck, I stumbled upon Rush's Truck Center.Having already been turned down by multiple shops throughout the day I promptly informed Andres Cruz of our vehicles: model, year, engine model, transmission type, as well as the initial diagnosis we'd received from Big-O putting our truck on their lift.After expecting to hear the similar disappointing message I'd received all day from Rush's competitor's, I was shocked to hear Andres say that they not only service our type of truck(he was sure to phase it in a condescending manner as if to imply that "they work on these types of vehicles all the time and it would be easy") but they also do transmission repairs/swaps as well. Excited at this news I sent our driver over promptly to deliver the truck.A full two days later with no call and no answer when we attempted to reach out. When we continued to not receive a reply we sent our driver over to find out what's taking place with the truck. I found this strange considering I was never called for a parts list or consulted on the charge for fixing whatever issues Rush may have diagnosed. Well, the reason for that is(as they explained to my driver while he retrieved the vehicle) "We don't work on those types of transmissions, or these trucks".So while they didn't manage to fix our truck, they did however manage to not only waste two more days; as loss of use for one of our trucks, but they also managed to charge an outrageous over $225 fee for lifting our truck into the air and providing less of a diagnostic than the FREE diagnosis we received from Big-O.Andres Cruz and this company are either incompetent, or(more likely)knowingly deceitful in order to make a quick buck off of anyone who will trust them. We of course will not only never do any sort of business with them again, but like this review; we'll be sure to caution any and everyone we can about using their services.

Took my truck in on Wednesday morning for a clutch replacement on a 2019 kw t680 12 speed automated transmission. Kevin the GM took great care of me and personally over watched the whole process. He was very helpful and kind. He kept me updated and informed throughout the process and made it easy and seamless transaction. Even went out of his way to pick up a part across town to get the job done asap. Really appreciate the service and hospitality. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road in a timely manner. We need more people like Kevin.

Start off....i screwed up and ran out of fuel, after fixing that problem, realized my starter wasn't working. Rush was the only road side that would accept me. Freightliner has road service, but they decided they weren't working this week, there lost, Rush's gain. In the future if im back,I'd rather come and give my $ to Rush for working on my truck over Freightliner, they've earned it with how they treated me and my truck. Couldn't of asked for a better experience!!!!!

These guys are not only HONEST but extremely competent ! Have brought my Peterbilt 579 a total of 3 times this year and they ve not let me down . Knowledgeable staff , very friendly and fair pricing . I would highly recommend.

We have a 36 foot class A motorhome, they were they only place in town that can take care of large vehicles. The guys were amazing and understood this was our home.Jerry at the service desk. Brett our service guy, Mike the service manager.They gave us a quote for a rebuilt transmission and stood by the quote they gave us. They even allowed me and my pups to sit in their lounge. We highly recommend them!!!!

Best experience I have had in a long time. I had installed new batteries in my diesel pusher. I had good dash/glow plug connections but I had no starter. I called Rush and Mathew scheduled a service call. After a bit of a delay, Aaron called and we scheduled a meeting. My RV was at Peterson SFB and we had to go through security in order to get Aaron s truck on base. We ll after setting in the check-in line for a bit, we decided to take my vehicle with some tools for Aaron and go in with my ID. Aaron diagnosed the issue and fixed my connections quickly. (I had installed the new batteries, but didn t tighten the connections tight enough .). Rush RV -Mathew and Aaron -were very understanding and resolved my issue quickly. I will definitely call them again if I have a service concern.

I spent the summer/fall in Colorado Springs from Phoenix, AZ. While on the highway in my motor home I lost control of my steering twice and knew I had to do a repair. After going to numerous parts suppliers in town, I was recommended to Rush Truck Center. Tori Kelly, Parts Manager was amazing. She took the original chassis numbers and crossed referenced numbers, which Workhorse chassis does not make easy, and found my parts in 10 minutes. She ordered them next day delivery and promised if they were not correct, she would return them and find the right ones.They arrived and were correct. The price was amazing. Tori is the friendliest and most experienced parts finder I have ever dealt with. I am so grateful she was the person that finally got what I needed and was extremely pleasant to deal with. She is not only great at her job, but is joy filled while doing it. She is a blessing to be around and a joy to do business with.

Whenever I require service, Rush gets me in and out the same day. They have always been Friendly and kind. I greatly appreciate their service and professionalism. I would strongly recommend this business establishment for all your light and heavy equipment needs.

Don't buy a peterbilt if you are in Colorado Springs since the service at this center is horrible. Takes weeks to get your truck back and they literally don't ever answer the phone. No updates and took over a week to even get someone on the phone. These trucks are used for businesses and while they are sitting there they are losing money. Horrible customer service.

I went here with an alternator issue from another Rush Truck Center in Florida and they took care of me. They went thru 2 more alternator before finding one that worked... This made a total of 2 defective alternator before getting one that works. They spent 2 days and hours from 2 different techs to make sure I left with a working truck at no extra charge to make things right....THANK YOU GUYS

Called for a service appointment and was told to come in at 0700. I show up and Rush is surprised to see. Full disclosure, I did have some warranty work done on my old truck a few months back and Rush did a good job. The repair cost was higher than a cat s hind end, but it was a warranty claim and I stuck it up the dealership.I am an Owner Operator and wanted four Cross-Fire tire balancing valves installed. Rush did work me in. I insisted the the valve assembly be mounted on the wheel stud and not the hub seal. So I guess 50 percent is good enough. I have a vinyl wrap on my cargo box and additional graphics on my cab $8500 worth of graphics. I know how to read the cross-fire device. I supplied the product for you to install. Your tire guy placed Cross-Fire stickers on the sides of my cargo box over my vinyl. Seriously?!? Back to my graphics peeps to see if they can safely remove these eye sores. I m so mad I could spit nails.

These guys have been over the top to work with!I bought a 2006 Kenworth W 900 mixer truck and have had a variety of problems with it.Time and time again they have worked me into their busy shop schedule to get me back on the road.Several times they have had to send out a mobile tech to get me back going again. They were very prompt!They recently rebuilt the engine on the old Kenworth and the thing runs like a top!I highly recommend using Rush Peterbilt in the Colorado Springs area.

Bought a used Peterbuilt in Commerce City , I drove down toward the Springs . Had an Issue with the air bags. Robert Morales in Service was a true professional. I had a horrible ride with the air bags deflated and I let Robert know it . He smiled and said he was sorry for the experience then assured me that they would make it right . Made me feel like these guys really care ! 100 percent recommend these guys ! Have had experiences with Trans west and while they are professional they certainly don't give a hoot about you like these guys . That's the reason i even bought the truck from them.

We had our check engine light come on in our Motorhome while traveling through Colorado. We were unable to go more than 45 miles an hour. This was a Saturday morning and we were unable to find any help until we called them. As soon as we pulled in the tech did a diagnostic test (at no charge). Luckily it was only an air filter. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond.We will be spreading the word.

I am from the Atlanta, GA area and while here in Colorado Springs my RV engine light came on with a P0300 code for a misfire. After calling several Ford dealers and other mechanic no one would look at my RV. I called Rush and had a mobile mechanic the next day. He checked the system and could find no issue other than maybe a low octane fuel problem. These guys helped me when no one else would and did not even charge for their diagnostic visit. I want to thank the mobile mechanic Aaron and the manager of this garage for their help. Being 2000 miles from home with an RV issue is not a pleasant feeling. Thanks again Rush Truck Center for your help.

We broke down in our motorhome and our wrecker driver was kind enough to call around and spoke with Richard Jean Blanc at the Colorado Springs Rush who dispatched a mobile mechanic for us.The mechanic showed up, grabbed tools, and the part and had it replaced and the motorhome functioning correctly in only an hour.He was very professional and friendly and we would definitely recommend this mobile service to anyone needing a repair in the Colorado Springs area.

Took my Class A motor home in for a check engine light and ended up spending appox 5700.00 dollars to replace the turbocharger. when I picked up the Motorhome it ran terrible. They had also scratched two cabinet doors in the Motorhome trying to access the engine from under the bed without opening the slide and never said anything. They agreed to repair the cabinet doors a week ago. I just contacted them and they still haven't made any repairs to the cabinet doors

While my truck isn t finished because they had to overnight a part from OKC I am very impressed with the service thus far. They secured me a complementary ride to a hotel and have been nothing but accommodating since I arrived this morning.Also if you re looking for a new truck, I d go there. They spec out trucks to be the best looking on the road. I m currently attempting to convince my company owner to purchase a truck that s sitting on their lot.

Family!!! They make us feel like family! Once again they have gone above and beyond! The care and attention to detail is something that gives a huge piece of mind when we head back out on the road. Quality work and excellent customer service! Definitely recommend and is worth the jaunt off the interstate!

Absolutely piss poor customer service. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.Instead of answering the phone they let it go to a call center, which is supposed to take your parts order, then ship it to Colorado Springs. If I wanted to give my order to someone I have no professional relationship with, I'd order from Amazon!In the trucking industry it's vital to make those trusted relationships to keep your business running. Without them, there's no reason to buy from that business, just buy cheap and hope it's right.Who ever came up with an idea like this should be fired, because they are totally out of touch with the small business Owner operator world.

Never answer the phones, have to order all the parts never have any in stock, seem to close whenever they want to will never use again even as a last resort

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Call center was prompt to answer and extremely helpful, when I got to the store to pickup my order I realized I had forgotten a few parts and the guys at the counter were more than happy to help me out, feels good to get great customer service in town!

this is about the best truck service center I've ever been, got me in right away , gave me a ride for food .. was upfront with me and genuinely decent.. Richard treated me with the upmost respect.. treated me like I was a friend/ customer and not a payday .. 1st time customer..left a great impression if i have trouble in the future this is where I'm going
