Marcus did an amazing job with my oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and Marcus took the time after the service to educate me on the results of the inspection and gave helpful recommendations. Overall fantastic experience, thank you Marcus!

Marcus came to my my dad's house, who is a 100% disabled Vietnam vet, and swapped out the tires got a new battery and got the car running!!! Thanks Marcus! Marcus helped me out with my son's car. He came to the house, and was on time, professional and thorough. He explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it, without talking over my head or making me feel dumb. He offered to come work on the car in the snow on a Saturday, which I thought was above and beyond (we did wait until Monday because it wasn't an emergency). His pricing seemed reasonable and fair to me, his service was excellent. Thank you!

Marcus and his wife have been incredibly helpful in dealing with my ignition interlock. I have had several equipment related issues and Marcus even did a remote service for it. Pricing is fair, i cant reccomend them enough!!

Very professional, and got the work done very fast to accommodate my day, and for much less than I was quoted from any other shop. Also found a problem with a loud vibrating noise that other shops could not locate and fixed that as well. I highly recommend using these guys, and I am so happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic that doesn t take advantage of you financially, or for lack of knowledge on the field

Brought my F150 in for maintenance, and was thoroughly impressed. Quality work, great communication, good price. I had some questions about some unrelated issues I d been having when I picked my truck up, and Marcus got back under the hood and under my truck, and proceeded to take ~20 minutes to walk me through the issues, how he d monitor them, and when to take action. Never had a mechanic who would do that before, and would definitely recommend Marcus

Everyone here is so helpful and efficient. They have done some more intense work and simple oil changes on my car and I ve never been dissatisfied! I definitely recommend coming here..especially over the actual Subaru dealership in town!

Had the pleasure of having Marcus replace my brakes and an oil change today. Phenomenal service, he even did the work on a Saturday, a day the business is closed. Marcus was easy to talk to and felt heard about the issues with my car. He performed a free inspection and estimate on some more mechanical issues I have. Definitely will be using his service again in the next few weeks.

I called Marcus last minute today to have a mechanic look at a car my husband wanted checked out before we purchased it. He answered right away with professionalism. He was available last minute to come and check the vehicle out. He looked at everything, and test drove it. He was very prompt and kind the whole time. He did not hold anything back and was very honest with us about the vehicle we were looking at and what needed to be repaired on it. He said the vehicle was in good condition with normal Matience that needed to be done. The car we were looking at was a 2010 Subaru legacy. For how old the vehicle is he gave it 4/5 stars. When we will get the repairs done we will use his auto shop. He was amazing and very sweet. Please reach out to him if you ever want a vehicle looked at before purchasing it.

If you're needing any repairs on your vehicle Marcus is your guy! He made my car issue a priority and came out on a day that he had other plans just to help me out. He fixed an even worse problem another mechanic had caused and made sure I was all good to go! He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I will only be using him from now on!

When Jiffylube neglected to put a seal on my oil filter, causing it to leak all the oil out, and my regular mechanic was booked until Jan, Marcus at Royal Automotive came to the rescue. He handled my situation immediately, and even though we had never met, I felt like I was a VIP. This guy is the real deal and came through when I needed it at a reasonable price.
