Not impressed. Made an appointment a week and a half out for a severe alignment issue. I dropped the truck off and finally had to call at the end of the day due to no communication, to find out they said they couldn t find anything wrong with it and proceeded to tell me how over booked they were and couldn t do anything to help. Huge waste of time and cost me a lot of money having the truck being down. Definitely a company that only cares about big fleet companies coming in and not small businesses owners.Service: Wheel alignment

Great place to have your suspension worked on. They installed all new suspension on my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 two wheel drive. I got the extra heavy duty front coil springs and the extra heavy duty rear leaf springs along with 4 new shocks. I'm extremely impressed with how well my truck now rides. It rides like a new truck right off the showroom floor. I was not looking for a lift but it did lift the truck up unexpectedly higher. Absolutely love it. Best thing I could have done. The owner and employees were all very nice people. Thank you, thank you.

We have a 2018 Coachmen Ford E450 Class C RV that we bought used with 15,000 miles. On our first trip, we found that it had a very rough ride on many road surfaces - particularly on concrete expansion joints. Incredibly rough ride! Like slow down to 20MPH on some roads rough! The issue felt like it was related to the rear suspension. We tried many combinations of tire and airbag pressures, to no avail. We contacted a Coachmen dealer and Coachmen directly for their feedback and they could only comment "that's just the way they ride". We brought our RV to Paul and the team at Rocky Mountain Spring and they spent considerable time working with us on a resolution. After careful review, Paul recommended that we replace our rear leaf springs with an extra leaf and to add the MORryde Suspension System. 110% difference in the ride! Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Spring - they know their stuff! Extra shout out to Roman who performed the install work and who took the time to personally explain the work he did when we picked up the RV!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Over the phone customer service is absolutely awful. The guy I just spoke with 9/25/2023 9:30am was an absolute joke. He should never be allowed to speak with any customers.I ordered a set of springs that I will be returning. I d rather pay a little more for better than this place s customer service!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They did a complete assessment of my older motorhome steering and suspension and gave me a checklist of issues. They advised me to not get an alignment until I had some suspension work done. They could have been dishonest and done one anyway.

They were very helpful in knowing exactly what leaf springs I needed to upgrade my truck for towing my fifth wheel, all parts purchased for 2011 Ram 2500 worked perfectly and the ride is waaaaay better! I will be returning again if I ever need any more springs, Thanks again!

I called Mark (the Owner) from Chicago to tow my truck from the auction to his shop for estimate on suspension repair work. He arranged towing the same day and within few days gave me a very detailed and professional estimate. Unfortunately, the truck needed a lot more work than what I expected therefore I decided to not fix. The truck was sitting there for a few weeks but they did not rush me to move it before I ,made some other arrangements. When I got there a couple weeks later, they explained the damage and repairs to me in very nice and professional way and let me borrow some of their tools that I needed to check something in my truck. I will definitely recommend this business to others for repairs and will definitely go there again when I need repair on my trucks.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Friendly knowledgeable staff. My vehicle battery died after leaving the shop when I stopped to fill up. RMS loaned me their battery charger and I was able to charge up and get back on the road. Good people all around! Thanks

I had one of my drivers take a trailer to this place to have an axle replaced. They had the trailer for nearly two months. I called numerous times to check on the trailer and never got a straight answer as to the status and was consistently told that Mark the owner would call me back. Mark either never got the message to call me back or chose not to call me back. Either way, I am now going to pick up the trailer, as I was told that they still haven t ordered the parts and it would take another 4-6 weeks to get the parts. This is after I was told a week earlier they were waiting on the parts. I would highly recommend not taking your trailer to Rocky Mountain Spring and Suspension.

Phenomenal experience with this business. They were courteous and professional, I was able to request a quote online and was responded to promptly. The parts that were ordered were satisfactory, and the staff ensured I had all the additional required items for the part. I requested oem leaf springs for a 1984 Bronco ll, and RMSS pulled through and was able to locate and ship in the requested parts. 10/10 would use them again for any future needs they offer.

I had an excellent experience with RMSS this week (trailer leaf springs). Professional, down to business, with direct, friendly and perfectly accurate communication--and work. And the turn-around time was superb; I think they might have even gone a touch faster to keep me ahead of an ominous weather forecast. Thanks Mark and co.----

They have worked on more than one of my vehicles, and I have recommended them to my family as well! Great business, great people, great work!!! I would highly recommend rocky mountain spring and suspension to anyone I know. Parts, labor, and my whole experience has been nothing but positive.

Really disappointed. Been in contact about our business vehicle alignment needs. When made appointment, was told to come in at 8am and they'll get it done. Nearly noon they haven't even gotten to our vehicle so had to leave to do some service calls. It's long time of waiting as it seems they're not very organized with their schedule and work load.

In 2018 I bought four leaf springs for my camper from Rocky Mountain Springs. In less than a year they had all flattened out and the clip on one of them had failed. I brought them the spring to request about upgrading to a heavier spring (which they said they didn't carry), or adding a leaf to the existing springs which they said would be $110 per spring (original price of each spring was $35). They told me my camper was overloaded even though I offered to show them the weight slip I have showing the camper is NOT overloaded. In summary, the springs I bought here seem to be average quality at best (certainly no better than the stock Chinese springs that came with my camper), and they are not willing to stand behind their product. On a positive note I will say the U-bolts I bought here are holding up well.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff, high quality US made parts at very reasonable prices. This company helped me repair my trailer by providing tons of essential advice and exactly what parts I needed, nothing I didn't. Recommended to all of my friends

We have a 28.5 ft Class C RV on a Ford E450 frame. We had them replace the four shocks and add a leaf spring on each rear side. Much better ride. It replaced the jolting with more of a bouncy ride up front. Yes, the box still rattles but not as bad. I would go back.

Great service, fine folks. Did what they said they would on time. Did not try to upsell me . They corrected the alignment on my 2018 E450 class C motorhome and added new shocks. I would definitely go back.

I had Rocky Mountain Spring replace the front and rear leaf springs on my Ford Excursion. I wanted stiffer springs for better towing. Mark knew exactly what I was looking for so I went with his suggestion and I couldn't be happier!
