Rocky Mountain body and paint did a beyond excellent job on my truck. I had hail damage on most of the panels. Roof and hood needed to be replaced. The truck came out like new with no issues. I would recommend Rocky Mountain body and paint to anyone who wants quality work done on their vehicle.

Rocky Mountain Body & Paint did an outstanding job removing the hail damage from my Caddy. They also removed a dent in my passenger side door. My door looks great, so much so, that I can't remember where that dent was. I truly appreciate the staff and the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired or dents removed. Hopefully I won't get any more hail damagebut if I do, I know where to go.Thank you.

I took my car into the shop with the insurance estimate in September and Nate Brittain the manager said the estimate was about $2500 low. I contacted USAA and was told they just had so submit a supplement and they would review and adjust the claim. USAA even reached out to the shop to clarify that I own the car outright and they don't need approval from USAA they just need to submit a supplement and do the repairs I desire. Nate didn't get back to me and I reached out to him in early November, he said he would have to look into it and get back to me. On November 14th I contacted him again and he could not comprehend that USAA already paid me and all I wanted was my car fixed excluding the roof (which I event told USAA I wasn't fixing but wanted the correct payment amount) and them to file a supplement for the correct amount as USAA won't pay me again if I have another claim. I just wanted my car fixed and proper compensation. Nate tried to discourage me from using them as they are booking into February and I said thats fine I wan to make the appointment then he continued to say he I should find another shop as they can't help me. He waisted my time and cost me 2.5 months of not getting my car fixed and then treated me like I was trying to commit some kind of fraud. Nate doesn't seem to know how to fix a car that is owned outright that the insurance company paid directly to the owner. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I don't even care how good or bad their work is I would never use this shop.

Wow! These guy above and beyond every single time! Affordable, and honest. We have brought every single car we own to Rocky Mountain Body and Paint and they do a cut above job every. Single. Time. In 2018 we brought our Dodge Avenger and Subaru WRX after the big hail storm and they did seamless with PDR and Body work. They had us in and out in weeks and helped us with the insurance part making sure everything was good to go. In 2020 we brought in our Toyota Corolla and they helped us with some body work on the bumper. They fixed it like new. And in 2023 we brought in our Lexus and they helped us with side door body work and just did great. Over the years they have blessed our entire family not only with their work but with their family like customer service and they will bless yours too! I don't recommend. They tried to get me to VASTLY overpay for the parts after they didn't even place the order they were supposed to place in January. Apparently, the order "got lost" even though they took $100 of my money at the time. It wasn't until I called them in March that the order was placed when, conveniently, the cost of the parts according to them are nearly $200 more than the $180 or so we agreed on in Jan. Not only that, but they chose to not let me know of the price increase until AFTER the work was done on the vehicle and I have my card in my hand, ready to hand over to be charged for the service.I wasn't informed of the price increase of the parts a week ago when they called me to let me know the parts arrived and set the appointment, nor when I dropped my car off in the morning. I refused and they took $100 off what they tried to get me for, but I should have flat out refused to pay a dime more than what was agreed on my reciept in Jan. If the order wasnt placed when you took my money and the parts actually did increase in price in March when you did your job and ordered, that is the fault of the business, not the customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The front desk is super nice and great. The workers aren t reasonable or understanding. I turn my car in to get my passenger side door fixed and I got it back with my driver side button broken and they claim they didn t have anything to do with the driver side door. They claim it was a wear and tear. Daniel didn t feel responsible for it and now I have to go through someone else to get it fixed. I do not recommend this body shop to anyone.

Very professional! Nate and Cathy are wonderful people and so are their staffs, they ensure your car repairs are done to your satisfaction. Someone had backed up their car into mine and the right front door was completely damaged and jammed. Reading favorable reviews I visited this place and I felt my car would be in safe hands with Nate and as thought off, they did a amazing job on my car! Perfect color matching and shine. My looked like new once again. They went extra mile to get the car cleaned up inside out and delivered my car almost looking like new! Thanks Nate and Cathy.I would highly recommend this place. They deliver what they promise and are pretty competitive in their pricing as well and they do an absolutely professional work!

Nate, Kathy any staff are AMAZING!!!!! They are so sweet and a joy to be around. Nate is very knowledgeable and so friendly. Kathy always makes my day when I hear from her. They take the time to make sure your car is in good shape and condition. Amazing customer service. When I tell you that this business does amazing work and has the best customer service ever, I do not say it lightly. I've been getting auto body work done for a couple years through Rocky Mountain and they've always been professional, kind and very informative. They also always make sure I'm satisfied with the work and have fixed things I had concerns about. But a lot of businesses can do that right? So here is where they set that bar so HIGH I honestly will not go anywhere else for my body work!! So a couple years ago they fixed my front end, cut to today I have a coolant leak. Turns out some mounts weren't placed on my radiator casing. I call Rocky mountain and the lovely office manager remembers me, and my name is not an easy one. She even remembers the work and my car. Hands me over to Nate and I have the dealership speak with him. Immediately Nate says their concern is to take care of me. Asks whats needed and what the price is and says send over the bill. Then he apologizes to me.I cannot express how grateful I am to this amazing company full of amazing people!! They took care of the issue in 2 minutes. They were so quick and polite and it immediately reassured me that I've been taking my car to the right place and the right people.This is the place you should trust with your auto needs!! They are local and amazing and truly care about their customers!!I am extremely lucky to have found this gem!! Thank you all so much RMBP!!

Very dishonest people and low quality work. I wish I went to another body shop. I only liked the customer service from the lady in the front, she was very nice.

I can't say enough about Nate, Kathy and Staff! My car has seen them over the years due to unfortunate circumstances. Each time my repairs are fixed, and looks brand new! Nate is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to my needs. Kathy is a joy to speak to over the phone and in person. She has helped me in my many of times in need. My car has also seen them for Hail damage and Frank does an awesome job too! My car/cars will always come back to them. Loyal customer for life!

Took my car here after my accident, they were really nice and helpful, had my car done in couple of weeks and did an amazing job, looked brand new. Not only did they fix my car they cleaned it and filled it up with gas, I can't explain how great that felt after the stress of an accident. 100% recommend them to everybody.

Amazing staff, going above and beyond. Would recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their car. My wife needed to get her SUV fixed quickly because of her work and being the only transportation for all of our kids. They managed to order the parts (from Denver) and get her car fixed (and even washed it!) all within 18 hours of my initial phone call with them. Fantastic service can be such a rare experience and yet here it was in spades. Thank you.

The Best Experience ever!!! Nate is a true Professional and showed his Expertise in auto body repair. Additionally, Nate and his staff were top notch in customer service and taking care of what needed to be done to repair my car. Nate took a stressful experience (auto accident) and made it easy to smile again! My car is showroom perfection inside and out! Beautiful job! Nate deserves more than 5+ stars..definitely, an A++ grade overall! Recommend this shop to all!

The service I received from Rocky Mountain Body & Paint was exceptional. My new bumper and fender look as good as new. Nate updated me along the way and notified me as soon as everything was ready. Everyone in their office was pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Just got my my car back on Friday, victim of the recent hail storms here, and these folks did great! You could never tell it had bumps or cracks on the lights. Car is running just fine as well. Thanks for staying over to get my vehicle too!

UPDATE: Picked up my Rav 4 today. 1 week earlier than quoted. As usual Kathy, Nate and their team did a phenomenal job with all of my hail damage. At this point RMBP has a customer for life! Thank you so much.This is going to be my second experience here at Rocky Mountain B&P. Learned of them by word of mouth. They took care of $6400 of PDR 2 years ago and my RAV4 looked amazing. Expecting nothing but the same outstanding experience as before. Kathy is amazing along with the crew.

Get people! Great service! If you need this type of work, go to them!!! Twenty years ago, the fixed a collision issue on a Saturn, and it looked new. This week, the applied a plastic bra to a Tesla Model 3 and made me happy.

These guys are very unresponsive and have poor communication when it's there. They said it would take a while to get the car fixed. My car was at their shop for about 3 weeks and they decided they wouldn't work on it simply because I asked to not to do any work before they called me. They told the insurance company that I told them not to work on the vehicle. Now I have to have another go-around with the insurance company. Thanks for nothing.

I would absolutely recommend this shop for auto repair ! Nate was very professional and did a great job on my repair. They got it done in the time promised and the car was spotlessly clean when I picked it up. Great service ! Thank you!

I would not recommend this body shop, my wife picked up her SUV and 5 miles later was having it towed back. They did work that was not related to the claim and said they were doing me a favor but the favor in my eyes it looked worse and they won't make it right. If they would have asked I would have payed them to do the work now I have a halfway fixed dent.

I'm sorry but it was unsatisfying. Why would someone ust do the one side of the car? I don't get it. Now I would have to spend another $1500 to $1600 besides the one I have already paid if I want to get touch up the other side and lower front paid done. I am so disappointed. ;-(

Bad paint job and paint was the wrong color.I might give them one more try to make it right ..The owner is nice but honestly I'm so disappointed with places here in the springs but I did get the name of a new place that I was referred to that does good work.
