Hector has been an gem! From the day I walked in needing help with my old beater, he's gone above and beyond to help me with technical issues in my car. He ghetto rigged my AC system so I wouldn't need to pay more to have the whole thing replaced and it works now The last place I took it did not offer this more affordable fix. I went and bought replacement parts I'll probably never have to use (complete waste of money ) before I went to Road Runner. My car is super old and not sure how much longer I'll have it so not trying to spend an arm and leg to fix it up. I highly recommend you take your hard earned cash to Road Runner Auto Repair shop. Roadrunner Auto Repair resolved my issue in a timely fashion and was very kind and professional throughout the process. I ran into car trouble while traveling solo in Colorado Springs and was only able to catch my flight out of Denver in time thanks to their quick work. The pricing for the service was reasonable and their waiting area is very clean. Very grateful to the team here for their help.

I have been a consistent customer of Roadrunner for 16 years and haven t had any reason to go anywhere else. Roadrunner Auto is a genuine local business. They are also family owned. The main things about Roadrunner Auto is the great communication with what needs to be done and gives a reasonable time to make payments. I highly recommend coming here if you need quick easy repairs or even big projects.

Hector was very nice and his crew did a great job fixing my car which had a bent tie rod and a broken stud. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Roadrunner Auto &Truck.

I had a great experience with them. I called and explained what was happening to my Xterra and he explained what the cause could be. They were able to get me in quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the problem the same day. It was my U joint on the shaft drive. They fixed my horrible vibration problem and it drives nice and smooth now. There are other non-related things I do need to fix which will be at Roadrunner auto. Thank you guys very much. Great service, work and price.

Here is what happened - I gave Hector a true scenario from the last Mechanic from the day before, Hector said, if he couldn't find the problem with my engine noise, he would not charge me n his diagnosis fee of $100.00 - Hector charged me for half-hour n then charged me $55.00 (that's not half of $100 is it?)+ tax n said that my engine noise was due to (way to long to input) I had mention to Hector that the previous mechanic said, 'its my Camshaft synchronizer' he just wanted Way to much $$$... I ended up Utubing my vehicle make n model n found that the Utube guy is demonstrating the 'Camshaft synchronizer Noise' that Sound like the noise my vehicle is making. I purchased this Camshaft synchronizer' n installed it myselfCalled Hector back n gave him every Opportunity to make things right, he said, 'he could give me credit' why would I want to use u again if u mis- diagnosed my problem n then wanted to charge me Almost $700DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP - HE'S A LIAR N SCAMMER

Hector saved our family a ton of unnecessary effort and cost. We'd had an auto parts store advise us that our alternator had failed, and so we were planning to replace the alternator. Hector's second opinion was pivotal. He told us that the alternator tested fine, but the battery had failed. That was great news as the battery was still under the manufacturer's warranty!I've been on the lookout for an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced auto shop, and am so glad to have finally found this gem - Roadrunner Auto - based on a good friend's recommendation.Many thanks Hector and company for helping us know how to get our vehicle running again, and saving us from a completely unnecessary and involved parts replacement! Such excellent work is refreshing to see.

Absolute highest recommendation possible for Road Runner. Hector, Anna, Luis, and Cody are extremely kind, excellent customer service, fair prices, and excellent work. I've been going here for almost two years. Everything from new engine, new transmission down to and including simple oil changes. The best people and best service. Hector and Anna are good people with the highest integrity -- you can trust them!

Great service! After having my car worked on by another mechanic and spending lots of money my check engine light continued to go off. I brought my car to Hector to get a second opinion and he was able to fix the problem same day. I greatley appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for great honest work.

I contacted Hector on Wednesday to discuss a brake job on my wife's car. He was able to get us in on Friday. He inspected the brakes, and informed me that we only needed back brakes and rotors. He was able to complete the job the same day! My experience is that most mechanics would have used "scare tactics" to sell an entire brake job and more. I appreciate Hector's honesty and integrity!! I highly recommend him and his company!

I had these guys rebuild a front end on a 2008 F 350 4x4. They did a great job, stuck to the price quoted and worked with me on the parts I brought. Nice family and would definitely recommend this small business to others as a repair shop. Thanks Hector and Crew
