Dillion is a great mechanic. He did mobile on our R1S and then did some minor stuff on our R1t this week. Brady is a great manager at this location and we appreciate all they have done for us.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! Thanks for everything and for walking me through how to create a service request.UPDATE: I had service today, which overall went great (they replaced a damper that was leaking). I changed my review from 5 to 3 for the following reasons:- I was promised a loaner vehicle, I even asked to confirm and took a screen shot, but there was no loaner car. Another person being serviced at the same time told me they also were promised a loaner, so this seems like common practice- I was told when I checked in that their remote diagnostic showed a slow leak. If so, why did I have to be the one who reached out? If everything is being monitored, it would have been great to have been told about it rather than self diagnosis- I was given Uber credits for the day, which is better than nothing, but you can't schedule rides with the credits, and requesting in real time was a 15 min wait on each end. Also, the tips I provided to my driver's apparently don't come out of the voucher, instead my card is charged, so the "free" service cost me 2 hours of commuting, 30 minutes of waiting, and $10 in tips.It seems like a luxury vehicle is already cutting corners which was unfortunate.Staff were friendly, they charged the car for me, and the fix was done same day. So it's still overall 3/5 for me.

Nicely appointed, friendly & efficient staff. Service center just opened and Rivian employees are doing great!
