Excellent, no nonsense experience in ordering and purchasing a phenomenal Ineos Grenadier. Eric Gottlieb was my sales person. I live 2.5 hours from the dealership. Eric had everything ready to go as soon as I arrived for my test drive and again for my follow up purchase. I would highly recommend Red Noland and Eric for your next auto purchase.

Ordered my Grenadier from only pictures and online reviews. Just took delivery 2 days ago right before the spring Colorado snow storm! Eric and the rest of the Red Noland team made the purchase experience as fast and easy as I've ever experienced, and I've purchased many cars over the years. I love the Grenadier a little more each day. I now know I made a great decision! Thanks Eric for making it a great purchase experience.

Such a great experience in buying a car! Rick was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and down to earth The assistant general manager and finance guy were equally amazing! The process was quick and they made it feel like I was buying a car from not just any dealership but family. I've heard great things about their service department too. Thank you all so much. Best car buying experience I ve had. Rick listed to issues I ve had with other dealerships, he was direct and right to the point, no haggle or ridiculousness, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely awesome! My interactions with multiple staff members at Red Noland have all been fantastic. From my sales consultant, Rick to the GM, Chris, and working with finance with Jon, all were superb. I never once felt pressure from anyone I worked with, I was treated with respect, and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of and happy. This was the first time I ever used Red Noland but from the experience I've had so far, it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Red Noland team, you guys are doing great work, and I just love my new Ineos Grenadier! A+

We lost our beloved 2011 Ford Edge just before New Year's. After researching and shopping around Colorado, we found exactly the car we wanted at Red Noland. I put in a note to them, and a day later we were in the Springs test-driving it. They helped us line up financing and we bought the car the same day. We picked it up two days later after they detailed it and made sure everything was working well. Really happy with the price, the service, and the attention they gave to us. We were expecting the entire situation to be a drawn-out nightmare but it was exactly the opposite.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Red Noland. My experience here is excellent every time. My salesman Rick is professional, precise and a no pressure salesman. Chris and Jon were also apart of my deal. Very knowledgeable and made my experience easy going. Their selection of vehicles is top tier and the service you get matches that. Did I really understand this would be an experience of a lifetime. No, but that is what Christine and the entire Red Noland family have began for me. I am in love with the Grenadier and Red Noland is largely responsible for what I see to be a beautiful part of my life's story. Amazing people !

LeNita, Craig, and John were super awesome to work with and made the process super simple. They weren t pushy, even in the slightest, and because of my situation even delivered the truck to my house! I ve already recommended Red Nolands to friends! Great overall experience!

Incredible Team! Everyone at Red Noland was great to work with and special thanks to Christine, my sales representative. After waiting almost two years for my Ineos Grenadier, the final step in the process could not have been better. I sincerely wish that I had the opportunity to work the Red Noland Team in purchasing other vehicles. On Friday, my wife and I purchased our third vehicle from Red Noland Pre Owned Center. As with the first two purchases, we could not be any happier with the quality of customer service and professionalism shown by the sales and finance staff. Specifically, Lenita is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with and is the reason why we keep going back to Red Noland. She is very knowledgeable, listens to you and is just fun to be around. The icing on the cake is the high quality of their vehicles. It s sometimes hard to believe their cars are not brand new! If you are looking for the best used vehicles and deal with the nicest people, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Lenita and Red Noland!

I was an out of State buyer, with a little bit of apprehension on buying a vehicle sight unseen. Greg, Rick, and their team were PATIENT and spent as much time as I asked for to respond to questions I had. When I finally did make the purchase, they picked me up at the airport, and the entire experience with comfortable and seamless. I cannot say enough good things about their group, and how smoothly this purchase was. I would recommend them to any friends, family, or those looking for a truly comfortable purchasing experience ; in-state or not.

OUTRAGEOUS!!!My wife and I have had what can only be described as a perfect experience with Rick and Chris at Red Noland this month. We are getting older and wanted to step down to a single vehicle household. We had a very large truck that was no longer needed and an SUV that was not easy to drive. We test drove 2 vehicles and were drawn immediately to a 4-runner. Within minutes of casual conversation, Rick informed us that we could take the 4-runner home and we had finished our deal.What an amazing experience! No defensiveness, no frustrations, no kidding! This was by far the best vehicle transaction of our lives! If you ask us, you cannot go wrong dealing with Red Noland, Rick Dymek and Chris Maynard.Mark and Jeanie

I really hate going to car dealerships and purchasing vehicles. I recently purchased a Ineos Grenadier from Red Noland. I really enjoyed working with Craig Barela and Chris Maynard, it was not brutal, like my previous experiences, buying a car. They gave the individual detail to the vehicle, and what I was looking for. They bent over backwards and their customer service, and it is the best customer service I have ever seen. The Red Noland dealership and its team are killing it! I also love my Grenadier.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Red Noland Pre-Owned. I had another car at a different dealership lined up to purchase but decided to check one out at Red Noland because it had lower mileage and looked well maintained on the online photos.I'm glad I stopped in, as the car was beautiful and I ended up getting a great deal on it. Craig Barela was a great salesman, very friendly and not pushy at all; The financing and paperwork was done in less than an hour.

We bought a nice used 2017 Acura RDX with Greg Hammond last month. Greg was friemdly and courteous in negotiating a competitive price given the inflationary price surges due to the inventory shortages.Test drive was a relaxed experience , where we got to drive both on highway and city streets at fairly long distance. This gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.Everything was explained clearly and the transaction was smooth. It was a welcome break at Red Noland to not be forced to buy additional services or add-ons that we didn't want, everything was optional as it should be.When we picked up the car it was cleaned and detailed well with upto date servicing. They replaced all the tyres as a courtesy after we noted that there was a vibration felt at higher speeds.Even after the sale was already complete, going the extra mile towards customer service is well appreciated. It was nice talking to Greg. This place will continue to be recommended to our friends and family. Hoping to buy here again in the future and to continue supporting this veteran owned business.

Very nice used car lot with very decent prices. Went in to just look at a Jeep Rick met us in the packing lot an was more then willing to help me look at the exact Jeep I wanted. After talking it over an explaining why I was so hesitant to finance another car. Rick had me more then convinced that this was not only the right Jeep for me an my kiddos but it's also the right car lot for anyone that has been burned by used car dealerships before. I would definitely recommend you go talk to Rick about getting into a new to you vehicle. He might get you in your dream Jeep too.

I just want to say this place is amazing! They work with you and work hard to help you. Not only that due to my circumstances they DELIVERED the vehicle to me. I cannot believe buying a car was that easy. I have had many occasions of buying a car that was an all day process. Not my experience at Red Noland, specifically working with Kevin and Josh. Contacted them about a car on the lot, they had the keys waiting for a test drive when I got there in and out in like 10 min. The sent me the offer while on test drive, and I pretty much brought it back, signed the pre-filled out paperwork and that was it. Even working with Heather at finance was lightning quick. We had our young children with us so we were in and out. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Josh, and 3rd from Red Noland. Kevin, Josh and their team is why I keep coming back.
