They didn't have a loaner vehicle available and no rentals were anywhere nearby. They then after asked if they had any other kind of an option found that one of the reserved vehicles wasn't being used because of a delay in service for another customer. They gave me that vehicle and had mine ready the very next day. I gotta hand it to them for going out of their way to help me out. Three out of five stars wouldn't change a thing

Bruce and Ryan were absolutely AMAZING!!!! We've bought trucks from other dealerships, but with Cadillac, we were NOT bombarded from the get go. We traded in a vehicle that we learned was sold to us for WAY more then it should have been sold for.. and with being said, Bruce was extremely impressed with our knowledge of the AT4 Model GMC trucks and he stated he learned more from us than anyone else! Bruce was kind, patient, and very comical, but serious at the same time! We were able to get our truck payments where we wanted them to be WITH the gap insurance include, thanks to Ryan, and we got the truck weve been wanting for months in just a few short hours... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Bruce Bettke at the Cadillac dealership on Motor way in Colorado Springs!!!

I believe it was a really good experience for me.however the very next morning I have questions because I have a tumor size lump in my tire after passing the 29 point inspection for safety I don't understand that I know I did not have a bulge in my tire before I went there so I am a little bit in question.

Went in to have my touch screen replaced. I thought I was going to be there for a few hours, I was in and out with an hour and a half!!! Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean.
