I bought a car from them April 2023. I noticed a strange noise when the AC was on, so I inquired about it during the warranty period. The service department said there was nothing wrong with it. I still felt uneasy and asked them about it again, they said they still didn't find anything. I took it to a local Jeep dealership in Pueblo and they said the blow motor and the heater core need to be replaced, a cost of $2,000. I recently asked about a trade-in at Red Noland, and I was told they were upside down on the car. This made me feel like I was taken advantage of by the service department; like they were told to just wait out the warranty period so they wouldn't have to spend anymore time or resources on the car. That didn't stop them from selling it to me at high market at a time when auto loan rates were 9.5%, though. If you buy a car from them, hold their feet to the fire with your requests. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, but it all feels disingenuous now.

To Recall or NotFinally had time to take in the 2012 SRX for the rear Toe link recall. Recall was to replace the adjustable toe links with non-adjustable ones.Upon picking up the SRX, I was told everything was good (free 25 point? safety inspection) to include an alignment which was performed as part of the recall.On they way home, I notice a side to side movement like a pendulum when hitting bumps as well as on the interstate. On the interstate the side to side movement erupts when on a slight turn then goes away once its a straight away. Mind you, it makes it difficult to steer when it does this. Maybe it will go away in a few days. Nope.So, I called the service department to see if this issue was normal and related to the replacement of the toe links since it only started doing this after the recall was performed. I was advised that it should handle as it did. Well, it doesn't.Had some free time this Sunday and decided to take a peek while on my creeper and at first I didn't notice anything unusual. After taking a second look though (see comparison of driver and passenger bolt), the bolt on the passenger side rear didn't seem as flush as the driver's side.I took the wheels off to further inspect the passenger side and low and behold, the bolt wasn't tightened down as it should (multiple pictures with so much of the bolt clearly exposed). I have 2 choices at this point. Option 1, take it back and waste another 3 or 4 hours as they don't offer loaners anymore so you'll have to wait for a courtesy ride to/from. Then probably hear an excuse like the bolt probably loosened up? If it was torqued to spec, it wouldn't loosen up in a matter of days. Option 2, since it didn't seem to hard of a job just fix it myself.Option 2 it is. After I take it for a test drive tomorrow, I'll update my review to confirm that it resolved the issues I was having. I'm confident it will. One of the main reasons I'd rather fix and maintain my cars as I know it's done right.

This is a 1st Class Dealership. We had such a great experience with Salesman Tyler Bombardier. We live a distance, spoke with Tyler on the phone, let him know when we were going to arrive and he had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive. They were great to deal with. We highly recommend this dealership.

I'll start off by saying my wife and I have had many interactions with both sales and service at this dealership and the only reason this isn't a one start review is their service department is good, although pricey like most dealerships.Yesterday we came in to inquire about upgrading our 2018 Escalade to a newer model. And just like previous visits, we were given a pathetic offer for our car that was literally five thousand less than Kelly Blue Book trade in value.What's worse is they deceptively included tax savings as part of our offer, making it seem like they were giving us more. They also stated the car needed new rear suspension and tires even though it only has 44K miles, rides fine, and suspension isn't recommended by the factory until 50K. For the record, the tires are almost new Bridgestone Blizzack's, perfect for Colorado winter. Typical shady car salesman behavior trying to make you think you car is worth less than it is.We have gotten six texts since yesterday pestering us with attempts to better the offer. When are these people going to figure out trying to screw people isn't good business, loses sales, and wastes valuable time. Make people a good offer and start doing business a better way! As someone who has been in sales for decades, I know this from experience.

Service department is a joke. $240 just for a diagnosis for a shock? So basically think they should be compensated $500 an hour. Take your vehicles anywhere but here. CROOKS. I have no interest in speaking with another person from this place. As I said take your vehicles anywhere else

After countless hours at other dealerships, my husband took me on a day trip, 2 hours south from our Northern Colorado home.From the very beginning upon entering the door we were greeted, asked if we needed beverages, snacks, and/or anything aside from the basics.Chris Maynard (sales manager) came to greet us and introduced our sales consultant Eric G.Eric had our vehicle pulled around, gave good routes for test drives and showed us important features on the vehicle before we took off for our drive.The buying process was seamless, a true "well tuned machine" these folks know how to make you feel good about buying a car!Worth the day trip to encounter excellent customer service from start to finish.Thank you Red Noland Team!We already love our new Cadillac!

I wanted to purchase a new Cadillac. I was trading in 2 vehicles. The high pressure sales and aggressive sales team were so uncomfortable that I pulled out of the deal. I would never buy anything from any of Red Nolan dealerships!! I felt like I was in the 1950 s trying to buy vehicle as a single woman! Very disappointing

Great car buying experience, terrible customer service experience. It's been a week of empty promises of them "working hard" to get a loaner vehicle while they figure out what's wrong with the vehicle I purchased through them. I've called 3 seperate times, twice I've heard "ill let you know by the end of the day" with absolutely no call back.

We are extremely satisfied with experience at Red Nolan! At first we were a little skeptical, only because we had been looking around and been pressured by sales people at other dealerships. We ended up at a different Red Nolan branch and Stephanie (Thank you so much Stephanie!) asked if we had ever looked at a Cadillac. What? Of course not, was our first reaction. Long story short, we are thrilled with 2023 xt6! They were very willing to work with us and inform us about our options without a lot of unnecessary 'pressure talk'. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there. Went in for a nail in my tire. I was told it was not repairable and would need to replace the tire($300). I decided to get a second opinion and got it repaired for $15...so sad about the dishonesty to a woman.In response to the owner: Sir, your employee Peter blatantly lied and said the nail had penetrated the side wall of the tire...lies are bad service!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for months and instantly Stephanie seemed to just know what we needed and what fit my wife s personality. She truly has a passion for cars and for getting people what they need. She was so easy to talk to and felt like we had been friends for years!!! Bought my car around a month ago. First, the tank was only half full when I drove off the lot. The team lost the spare key and promised to get a new one made as part of the deal as well as fixed a few spots on the vehicle. Only after I followed up with the general manager regarding these items was I contacted by the sales consultant to get them fixed. Was told I could come in on a Friday, so I dropped my car off the day before as I live across town. At 3pm on Friday they called me and told me they were only able to do the key because the detailer that was supposed to fixed the dings wasn t there on Friday. Was told they would reschedule me and I have yet to hear from anyone. Being in the car business myself I know what needs to get submitted. Not once did they mention they needed a document from me so I sent it myself over a week ago. Have not heard a single thing. Very disappointing customer service.

Everything about the car buying process and experience here was smooth and easy. Sales, management, financing, and parts staff were all knowledgeable and very respectful. I was treated as an educated buyer and felt completely satisfied with the entire experience. My new XT6 is absurdly gorgeous and I couldn t be happier with the product and experience. When all other dealerships are adding thousands in surcharges to the MSRP, this team pulled together $3k in rebates on the new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership team!

Recommended.-Thousands spent on bringing used car up to like new standard.-Rarely ever find a dealer going to this level.-Drove it to Breckenridge with family for a ski trip. Over 2 months ago I purchased a used Range Rover. I asked the salesman (Jobe) if there was anything wrong, because I was in Denver. He stated its an amazing vehicle. After driving down, I discovered the sunroof didn't work. I still purchased once they promised in writing to fix it. 2 months later after I had to constantly call and check, the part is in. After being promised a call back 2 days ago, I cant reach the salesman or general manager to have the lot tech do a swap to provide me with a loaner (as promised). Worst customer service experience I've ever had buying a luxury suv. I'll pass on their invite to be part of the "family"

We were looking for a specific vehicle that was a specific color and had a specific interior. Unfortunately, we couldn't find what we were looking for in our home state of Georgia. So we, hesitantly, began to expand our search.We found exactly what we were looking for at Red Nolan, but were extremely concerned about buying a vehicle without being able to physically check it out. FORTUNATELY, we spoke with Job Smith on our first call to the dealership. He was phenomenal!! We couldn't have asked for a kinder, more considerate, honest salesman. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and is THE reason we made our first ever online vehicle purchase.He is the person to contact if you want true customer service. I should have written this a lot sooner, but better late than never! I had a great experience with this dealership. If anyone has tried to get a new car within the last 2 years, you know how difficult it can be. Add to that I ordered a CT-5 Black Wing. given the limited availability and high demand this dealership could have easily charged me a Hugh market adjustment.the process was easy and straight forward. I felt I got a fair deal for my trade and was treated with respect. Bruce Bettke (sales) and Leif Clinard (Sales manager) put up with numerous calls from me asking where my car was. We actually purchased 2 vehicles my CT-5 and my wife's XT-5 within a month of each other. Both transaction's went off without issue. in todays world of games dealers typically play you won't find any funny business here. If your in the market for new or used you won't find a more straight up easy to work with group of people here. Highly recommend you give Red Noland a try! They have a great service department as well.

I recently took another one of my vehicles in to Red Noland Cadillac for a second opinion on repair work that strongly recommended by the repair shop that specializes in my particular make of car. I authorized Red Noland to proceed with whatever repair they felt necessary to perform in order to keep me and my family safe as well as prevent any future damage that might occur if repairs were not done. I cannot express how much I appreciate their honest, integrity, and professionalism. My vehicle was not needing the very costly repairs that the other repair shop insisted on performing. How comforting to know that there is a dealership/repair shop that puts customers first over making a buck.
