Had a recommendation to try the electrical genius at Red Automotive after my Highlander wouldn t work, even after a new key and 3 people looking at it. Kathy told me not to worry, she answered my questions, and took time to care. Figured out the issue, and I m back on the road. The mechanics at Red Automotive were upfront, honest, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Prices are very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. They were accommodating and kind in every interaction I had with them. My car runs better than it has in years and I am so impressed with the work they did. I won t take my car anywhere else now that I ve found them!

I had a ball joint and my front breaks and my alignment done for half the cost of just an alignment and breaks quoted from three other shops with the warranty. I let them know I was coming later that week to have the work done. They had the parts ready. I brought my car in the morning and they were done by the afternoon. Car is running great.Finding a good mechanic is worth its weight in Gold.

I was referred to to red auto by my uncle. I'm not 100% sure if they are good mechanics . I do know that Kathy is bad at communicating. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I got there Kathy tried up selling me on new struts. Red replaced my upper and lower control arm on my passenger front tire. the strut or shock was bad on the same tire that they replaced those controls arms. I'm really confused why Kathy didn't not call me and explain that the front passenger shock or strut was bad. Instead the call i received was my car was ready. I guess it was because they where trying to up sell me on shocks all the way around. I call these used car salesman tactics. I have no respect for business that try to do this to unspecting clients. Hopefully the work is as good as the rest of the reviews I read.

Excellent EXCELLENT work AND service! These guys really came through in a tight situation and helped me and my family. The work was done well and completed before expected. The entire process was easy going and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Excellent service! Actually got referred to them by a guy at auto zone. they ended up actually finding out why I had a leak, instead of getting told from another repair place telling me I had a blown head gasket and needed a new engine jesse and Josh and the whole crew are amazing! First time ever did i get brought into the garage and get shown what they did and what parts they replaced without having to ask!

Jesse is a fantastic mechanic. Always honest and very fair with his pricing. He has quick turnaround times, and has always been able to fix my cars. I highly recommend you try him out.

I always go to Red automotive for vehicle repair. Price's are fare , their honest and guarantee their work. They don't tell you something needs repair if it doesn'tI would give a rating of 10 stars . They are the best in Colorado springs

So I brought my vehicle in to Jessie a couple times and was very happy with his services, so much so I asked him to put a lift on my jeep. He stated he hadn't done one before but after looking over paperwork on it he said he was willing to give it a shot. I want to tell you I know it was a challenge and yes I could have brought to a "jeep" shop but I trusted jessie would figure it out and get it done. HE DID! And as of this post I am very happy with it. Thank you sir, you rock!!!!!

Awesome guy. I was able to come in on Saturday. My blinker wasn't working. He found the issue showed me a picture and explained how he would fix it. The entire process took about an hour. The price was very reasonable l. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Red Automotive is hands down the best place in Colorado Springs to bring your car. Jesse is an expert at his craft and honest, yes, I said honest! 5+ stars, this is a great local business!!

Shop is clean, the staff is very polite and best of all Jesus is honest and shows that s he cares about his customers. I have been dealing with Jesus for about 10 years now and he never disappoints. Highly recommended-OlegServices: Transmission, BrakesServices: Transmission, Brakes

You guys kept all my stage 3 cam shaft parts. My valve springs were supposed to be double and the factory springs are still there. Worthless people

Told me I had a blown head gasket with out a compression test, water in the coolant, or the engine overheating. Had another mechanic look at it for free. They charged me $91.87 for an estimate/diagnostics on my 87 Ramcharger they didn't even halfway do. If you got a car that has a computer that can tell them what to do you'll probably be ok with your lil plastic car but when it comes to real auto repair, I'd go to soco customs. Soco doesn't even charge for diagnostics. Don't pay for shoddy workmanship otherwise your voting for it like they voted for the p grabbing president.
